One of the most beautiful experiences of my life. The Safari was organized perfectly. The guide Justine Kimambo was excellent at finding all the animals and taking us within a few steps of them. The Safari accommodations were fabulous! Nothing negative to report.

A knowledgeable and friendly person
I joined a 4-night, 5-day safari tour covering Tanzania's Ngorongoro National Park and Serengeti National Park. Our driver and tour guide was a man named Elisha. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the various animal species and their behaviors, and he skillfully exchanged information with other drivers to guide us to different locations. Thanks to him, we were able to see as many as 30 different species over four days, including lions, cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, jackals, gazelles, and baboons. The hotels we stayed at were also wonderful, especially the MeliĆ” Serengeti Lodge, where the food, service, rooms, and cleanliness were all top-notch.

Unforgettable safari with Elisha!
Our recent trip to Tanzania was nothing short of extraordinary, thanks to the impeccable service and guidance provided by Elisha. From the moment we landed at Kilimanjaro Airport, Elisha was there to greet us with a sign bearing our name, making us feel welcomed and at ease.
**Efficient Use of Time and Cultural Insights**
On the first day, we efficiently traveled to Karatu, maximizing our time from the get-go. During the journey, Elisha shared fascinating insights about Tanzanian towns and culture, enriching our experience beyond just sightseeing.
**Exciting Wildlife Encounters**
Our second day took us through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area en route to the Serengeti. We were thrilled to see giraffes up close, a truly exhilarating experience. Elisha offered invaluable advice at a roadside shop, suggesting we avoid purchasing items at higher prices elsewhere.
At the Ngorongoro gate, we purchased an animal checklist, which became a cherished souvenir. It allowed us to track the animals we saw, learning their names in both English and Swahili. This added an educational layer to our adventure.
**Serengeti Wonders and Balloon Safari**
Entering the Serengeti, we were immediately greeted by the sight of two majestic male lions. This was just the beginning; we also encountered cheetahs, hippos, elephants, zebras, and leopards, each sighting more awe-inspiring than the last.
The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the early morning balloon ride. The serene dawn over the savannah, with gazelles and giraffes gracefully moving below, was breathtaking. Viewing the landscape and wildlife from above was a unique and unforgettable experience. We highly recommend this to anyone visiting the Serengeti. The tour was organized through a company called Miracle Experience. Their professionalism was evident from the pilot's thorough and engaging demonstration, ensuring we felt safe and informed throughout the journey.

Most importantly, Elisha, our tour guide, made this journey truly special. His profound knowledge of wildlife, personal stories, and insights into safari vehicles enriched our understanding and appreciation of Tanzania. We look forward to returning and would undoubtedly request Elisha as our guide again.

Great service, awesome experience
We did a 5 day Safari to Massai Mara, Nakuru and Naivasha lake, including Hell's gate national park. Everything was on point. The company was very professional, ready to answer all of our questions before and during the trip. If anything went out of the itinerary, they were quick and polite to amend any inconvenient. A huge highlight of our trip was our driver, Jeff. Such an amazing guy, always smilling, polite, professional and ready to give you the best experience you could get.
With no doubt, jocky tours delivered everything we needed for our trip.

Customer friendly and great value for money
Right from the first communications service was great and this continued throughout the trip. We saw so many animals up close in their natural environment. It really was amazing.

Cheating, bad organized and poor services
We paid the deposit of 7 nights tour for 9 persons to them more than 6 months in advance to confirm our accommodations. In order to make sure , we asked for hotel confirmation and received vouchers from them. But the papers were fake or something, one of our accommodations were changed in last minutes a day before traveling day and they promised that is all , the rest are fine . But it was a lie. They kept changing our accommodations again 2 more times. 1 night seemed like cheating; the rooms were lost 1 room so our 2 single rooms got to be combined to 1 room. We asked for refund but no single dime were returned with so many reasons those not make sense. Our days in the masai Mara park were cheated from 3 to 2 and finally 1 day in order to save their expenses on park fee. Donāt trust this operator if you donāt want to feel like being robbed as us!

Magnificent experience. Magnificent team
We have done a 9-day route visiting Victoria Falls and Botswana with Zambezi expeditions. It has been incredible. A beautiful and unforgettable trip. With a perfect organization. Comfortable accommodations with everything you need. The Zambezi team has been very friendly and always present for everything we needed. Without a doubt a magnificent experience and highly recommended.
