It was quite simply the perfect adventure!
5/5

We booked with Wildlife Safaris because they were willing to let us customize our trip itinerary to meet our travel needs. Not only were they willing to work with us, they bent over backwards to make sure everything went smoothly. I cannot express enough how wonderful our guide, Paul, was. He saved us once from a bad situation and kept us laughing and learning the whole time.

Christine was also beyond amazing. She called ahead to our guesthouse knowing we might not have working phones just to make sure everything was set for us.

The others on our safari all spoke the same language, which made it even easier to make friends. It was the trip of a lifetime and then some!

I urge you to booked with Wildlife Safaris!

An adventure never to be forgotten
5/5

My wife and I (age 60s) met up with our daughter and her friend (age late 20s) for a 6 day safari, visiting Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti and Gnorongoro NPs in early June 2014. We couldn't have enjoyed ourselves more. Our guide and driver, Josephat was excellent. He was well informed, very obliging and a lot of fun. They were very flexible, made easier by our group of four being the only occupants of the vehicle, and altered the sequence of parks to accommodate our daughter being sick on day 1. Food was simple, but adequate, and accommodation was self erected tents on 3 nights and permanent tents on the other 2 nights. This suited our group well as we felt we had experienced the real Serengeti, but may not suit a group less used to camping or wanting more luxury. Our only negative was an attempt to extract payment for the last night's accommodation, when it had clearly already been paid for. No additional payment was provided, and it was recognized fairly quickly that payment had already been made.

Excellent communication, organisation, advice and value for a bespoke 17-day safari / gorillas trip
5/5

Myself and my female friend, two professional women in our mid 30s, have booked a personalised 17-day safari trip for August this year.

We were both really impressed by the personal advice and service that Mr. Otieno gave us whilst we planned outer trip. He came up with a fantastic personalised itinerary that included all the things we wanted to do and see in the 17-days we have available - including all the best safari sites in Tanzania and Kenya, a visit to the gorillas in Uganda, and arrival and departure using the most convenient airports for us. He also advised us on the type of accommodation we might want, according to our personal preferences.

Mr Otieno was constantly available by Skype and by email to answer all my many questions! He showed excellent and patient communication and always responded immediately. He also gave us a fantastic price which met our budget requirements but still allows us to do all we had hoped for and more. He provided immediate receipts for the deposit transferred in advance.

We are very happy with the booking and organisational service that he has provided, and his communication and humour through the quite nerve-wracking decision-making process!

We can't wait to set out in August!

Fabulous Safari Experience
5/5

I cannot say enough wonderful things about our entire experience with Anda Adventures. Remsi is wonderful to work with and was helpful in deciding the exact experience we wanted to have. He also was patient in answering all of my numerous questions. He always responded quickly to my emails.

The safari experience itself was made by our guide, Omari. My husband and thought so highly of him. We always felt safe, was an excellent driver, and was extremely knowledgable about the animals. We learned so much about animal behavior! He knew where to look for the animals we were excited about seeing and had such a sharp and keen eye that he saw animals before we did and managed to spot the Big 5 for us.

We would highly recommend Anda Adventures and specifically Omari to anyone who asks. We were so excited for this trip (our 10th wedding anniversary) and the trip not only lived up to our expectations, it exceeded them! A truly fabulous experience from start to finish!

Trip of a Lifetime!
5/5

It seems like there are a million safari operators in northern Tanzania and it certainly felt like a random shot in the dark when choosing ANDA African adventures, but we could not have been more pleased with the experience. We were well taken care of from the minute we walked out of the airport to the minute we were dropped off. Remsi, our safari organizer was great to work with while we scheduled the trip back in the states. He was prompt in responding to our requests and was so great in quickly re-working out itinerary when our flight was delayed by one day. It was great to see him at JRO holding a sign with our name when we got out of the airport.

But the trip was made spectacular by our driver/guide Omari. We learned so much from him not just about the animals and their behavior, but of life in Tanzania and the cultures of the Maasai. But even more he was so great to spend time with. You spend a lot of time in a car with your guide and we were so blessed to have Omari, someone we consider a friend. He is extremely experienced and on multiple occasions while observing animals he would tell us their behavior before they actually did it, like what lions do when they come back from an unsuccessful hunt, or a jackal burying meat from an animal then coming back for more.

On our last day he was intent on finding the last of our big 5, the rhino. When other tour operators gave up, he continued to look in a certain location and we were rewarded with his perseverance. Only because of Omari did we have the complete experience. We are so thankful for ANDA African adventures and highly recommend them. I have no idea how they compare to other operators, but they provided exactly the experience we were looking for.

Shamefull Service and Communication
1/5

I was supposed to arrive to Arusha, Tanzania on June 12th at 9:30am, get picked up, pay my tour and depart for Ngoro Ngoro. When they picked me up and took me to the office they told me that I couldn’t get on the booked Safari because they had already left. When I asked why they had left they told me that Safaris leave at 8:30 always. There was never a chance to get on it. I called the guy who had booked this for me who was called Odera on his cell (he was't there at the time) and he told me to my face that I was never going to be able to get on that Safari. So he had lied to my face and he admitted it.
After talking on the phone for some time and seeing that he offered no solution to this other and something close to “such is life” I was stuck in Arusha with no hotel booking, and no Safari.

I ended up booking a Safari of course but had to pay them USD 200 more for a tour half day shorter than my original booking. I told them this and they didn't care. If I wanted to go with them I had to pay...

The Safari is OK, but Service and Communication is terrible. I've travelled everywhere and it is the first time this happens to me. I'd never book anything else through them.

About: Go2Africa
Still 'basking in the glow' of a true Trip of a Lifetime!
5/5

Thanks to a discount for Elwana's Sky Safari found by Go2Africa we were able to experience a true Trip of a Lifetime! We were one of only 4 couples on this wonderful tour. The accommodations, the guides, the meals, the staff at the various camps were all first class. We saw all of the Big Five and while we did not witness a migration, we can't imagine a better trip. (Personal butlers at each 'camp'!) Lauren was excellent and so patient with my endless questions, staying in contact, details about visas, air flights, etc. The Sky Safari exceeded our expectations in every way. My only suggestion would be for Lauren to do the Sky Safari herself for a bit more insight about details on the tour. (i.e. laundry included at each stop) and to note that we were under another vendor in Tanzania. We would definitely use Lauren and Africa2go again.

The most authentic experience!
5/5

We traveled with BestDay in August 2012. We visited Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater.
Peter, the manager, is a very nice person and he looked after us from the first time we arrived in there to the last time we left Arusha. He really cares about his customers.
The guide and driver were also fantastic and very nice people. We enjoyed a loverly time with them during the safari.
My sister is going to Tanzania this summer wiht BestDay, and I´m sure she´ll enjoy as much as I enjoyed.
Best regards

Fantastic
5/5

I did not expect for the resorts and service to be as good as it was.
We thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience of travelling to Africa. It was our first time and do plan to go back in the future, as we would like to see other parts of Africa
