Couldn’t have dreamt of more!
We were already in Arusha, Tanzania visiting relatives to babysit and found ourselves with free time. After doing a lot of research we settled on Suricata and so contacted them on Watsapp. Their manager joined us for coffee to find out what we wanted to get out of the experience (basically whatever they recommended based on their expertise, the time we had and our budget). We settled on 1 day in the Tarengeri (spectacular) staying in the Boma Lodge (well worth it!), the Serengeti (equally spectacular but in a totally different way), camping and then Ngorogongo crater (ditto) again, camping. Loved the camping experience, to include being surrounded by zebras!
Baraka was our guide and I couldn’t rate him highly enough - he made our trip out of this world. No idea how he managed to find his way around and find more than we could have wished for including Elephants, giraffes, hippos, lions (and cubs), cheetahs (and cubs), even the elusive leopard and black rhino (saw 3!), buffalo, gazelles, hyena, jackal, ostrich, secretary bird etc etc etc Lucas the chef joined us to create something special each day. The lunch picnics were a real treat too. Still can’t believe it! So sad to have it end, thank you Suricata, Lucas and most of all Baraka for keeping us safe and looking after us so well from start to finish! Asante sana a thousand times!

Professional,friendly and overall confidence inspiring.
Suricata’s team proved to be both friendly professional and competent. Finding ourselves with the time go on a Safari at the last minute in country they reacted quickly.
Ally the tour manager met us at our convenience and immediately inspired confidence giving us time and the information needed to chose the right safari for us and a day trip too.
We chose a 4 day private trip to cover Taringere, Serengeti and Ngorogoro , 2 days camping and a first night at their lake Manyara lodge.
Ally kept in touch prior to the tour and we were picked up promptly from our hotel by our guide Baraka who proved to be a great companion.With 6 years experience behind hiim , this showed with his competent driving and knowledge of wildlife, spotting what we could never have found.
The hotel proved to be very luxurious but fun with amazing entertainment from a local acrobatic troupe and an energetic post dinner sing song from the staff - great !
The camping obviously more down to earth but an experience to sleep with the sounds of the wild night. Zebra wandering through the site and giraffe and buffalo on the margins. Tents were prepared and meals cooked for us on site including the preparation of a hot lunch every day ! Lucas cooked for us and I don’t know how he managed to get so much done behind the scenes. A lot of hard work goes on that you don’t see to keep things right.
We had not planned to be on Safari this year but events conspired to give us the chance so no real pre-conceptions. To be honest the magnificence and variety of the parks alone would be enough but the abundance and variety of wildlife takes it to another level.
We saw the big five but that didn’t really matter it was the variety and complexity of encounters and plain amazing how close you could be.
Highlights for me were watching the reaction of a cheetah as it spotted a lion in the vicinity of itself and cub. It decided to lay low as the pack remained intent on the warthog they were tracking and in the end failed to catch in the final chase. Later Barak somehow spotted a black rhino in the long distance and we were able to see it trot along meeting couple of big male elephants as if out for a jaunt,amazing.
So overall a trip we’ll never forget, we will come back for more and will recommend Suricata to friends and family.

A team who creates a memorable and wonderful experience that I’ll never forget
A truly amazing experience with Lenchada Safaris! I booked my trip super early in Nov 2023, my travel date was in Aug 2024. Over the past 9 months, Alex(boss) had been my “friend” although we have never met. I really admire his patience with accommodating to all my millions of questions and attending to them in a speedy manner. When I arrived at his office for the balance payment, his employee was confused with the sum, and he told me not to worry and he will take care of it. My 5D4N trip started with our guide Mr. Evans who was a man who not only takes care of us, ensures of our safety, and also gives clear instructions on what is the plan ahead and things we have to take note of. I really love his attitude of aggressive, eager to win and super positive attitude! He never gets sleepy along the long straight road on highway which I’m really impressed. His work is not easy, he needs to be always on the phone and ensuring that all are well arranged and also drives the jeep safely. Which I find that it’s a super hectic job! It’s not for anyone to do! I’m super thankful for him, if not for him, we are unable to see the animals so up close! He is super target oriented, well organize, clear and concise , straight to the point. I really love his attitude towards work and he made me learnt something. My trip was on a budget trip, I get to take another jeep on my 4th day with another guide. Although it was not as excellent as what Mr. Evans had done for me, but I’m glad that all required has been done smoothly. At the end of the trip, I decided to go to Masai Market to take a look before my flight. Mr. Eric arrange Mr. Peter to bring me around and ensuring my upmost safety and I super glad to find out that Mr. Alex(boss) treats his employees and partners with love that his people is willing to stay with him for over 16 years working with him. Mr. Peter told me he is thankful for Mr. Alex for all these years. Mr. Evans also had worked with him over 16 years! I’m super impressed with all of them! If a boss is willing to treat his employees and partners with love, I’m sure that he will also do that for his customers! This is definitely a tour agency you must join to get your safari tour a memorable experience!

Safari of a lifetime!
Our Tanzania experience wouldn’t have ever been complete without a safari. Thanks to Crater Explorer and our dear guide Samuel, we had an unforgettably beautiful 4-day trip. We had a blast. Asante sana for your kindness, warm heart, smiles and passion for animals! Also a big thanks for the cook for cooking nice meals! We will never forget this and the black rhino and whole group of lions and cubs was beyond our dreams and we were so lucky to be able to see them! thanks SO much for everything guys!🙏🏻

Well Crafted Itenerary and Tastefully done right.
The whole trip with Suricata Safaris was just amazing. The tour operators are open and flexible to likes and wishes of the clients. Stays are just the best. Thanks to our guides Mr. Alpha and Mr. Edgar the trip was soo informative and full of fun. They are very knowledgeable and I highly recommend them. We saw lots and lots of animals.
Ms. Halima at the bookings department is very helpful with bookings and Mr. Dennis who was our point of contact was very promt and responsive with daily itenerary questions and queries throughout the safaris.
We stayed at the Najia Panda Lodge, the Serengeti Angata Lodge, Ngorogoro Tortilis Lodge and Suricata Boma Lodge day wise. All the stays are superb and highly recommended.

Excellent services and very good accomodations
Reliable organisation. People are very kind. Their availability for questions and contact is excellent. Transport during and after the tour is very wel organised, they will take good care off you.
Pascal had made us very nice meals with Tanzanian food (also vegetarian). Pascal and our guide Luka made a good team. Luka was also a very good spotter so we saw a lot of nice animals. We had four fantastic days it was worth the money.
We had the midrange lodges and.. it felt like paradise.. inside the Serengeti or within the ncgorongoro habitat.. all excellent stays! Also you have a great opportunity to talk with your guide during dinner.
Planning and timing is in an african way, Hakuna Matata, just relax you'll get there eventually and we'll nurtured.

unforgettable safari experience with African Ambition Tours
Everything was great. The communication was easy and very quick. They provided us with drinks and snacks in the jeep. The 7 days Safari trip was a dream becoming true. Our guide was very experienced and had an enormous knowledge about the animals and where to find them :-). The choice of the lodges and hotels was perfect for us, better than what we have expected. We can fully recommend this human and personal tour operator. They take you off the beaten tracks and you get the maximum for your money.

Amazing tour operator with exquisite service
We had a wonderful experience exploring Nairobi with Kevic Tours. From the initial contact, a few months before the trip, I was extremely well assisted by the incredibly friendly Truffy Occol. As soon as we landed in Nairobi, we were warmly welcomed by the driver Musau and taken to our hotel.
The next day, we had an amazing day tour in Nairobi, accompanied by the guide Julius and the lovely Truffy.
