It's an excellent country to see the whole range of animals including primates
Our highlight was definitely the gorilla trecking. It was amazing to so those huge primates from very close and oberve them eating, playing and commuinicating. It was amazing how clean all the accomodations were on the whole trip. People are friendly, talkative and welcoming. We felt safe on the whole trip. We will come back soon again.

Incredible wildlife & natural beauty, and outstanding experience with wonderful Tanzanian peoples.
My husband and I had an unforgettable safari experience in Tanzania! Our guide, Kunda, and tour company were exceptional. We saw every animal on our list and more. Delicious food and wonderful accommodations! We couldn't have asked for a better experience and highly recommend Tanzania to anyone looking for an incredible safari!

Review about Lake Manyara National Park by Cecilia
very nice park but it is quite difficult to see the lions because they hide in the bush. I saw a lot of baboons, elephants and birds.

Review about Serengeti National Park by Cecilia
Serengeti is not just a park, Serengeti is an experience. Sometimes it takes patience and time to find wildlife, but your efforts are rewarded in the end.

Pleasantly surprised
Decided to give group safari with Africa Magic a try and do a public campsite experience. Everything met my expectations. The driver Justin did a great job with his knowledge of the 3 reserves Tarangire Ngorongoro and Serengeti. Very experienced and friendly he did well communicating with clients. The chef did an excellent job prepared variety of food. Tents and sleeping bags were provided and already pitched at the campsites.

Don't go with anyone else!
This was our first time to Africa and didn't know what all to expect. We couldn't be happier when we boarded the plane to go home. Archie helped us with booking our tour of Victoria Falls, Chobe, and Hwange National Parks. He helped book extra hotel arrangements at the end of the trip. He drove us to the airport the day after the tour ended. This means we had nothing to worry about from the entire time we were in Africa.
Tafara was our guide, and we have made a lifelong friend. We didn't have to worry about anything. Tafara ensured all of our tours were confirmed and even helped us book an extra helicopter tour over Victoria Falls. Part of this tour included visiting a local homestead, and this tour company uses some of your fee to buy basic necessities for the family. Visiting this family was the highlight of our trip. Tafara spent extra time as we gathered school supplies and distributed to some local schools. This was not included in the original tour itinerary, and he was glad to make it happen! We truly enjoyed the great amount of time we spent with Tafara. We learned a lot about local culture, life, and animals; and we hope he learned a little about us, as well!
You might find other options at a cheaper rate, but the price was fair. Especially if it is your first trip, we highly recommend you go with a guide. We think about what our trip would have been like if we had not been with a guide. It would have been fine, but the interaction and service made this trip that much easier and much more memorable.
Please support this tour company. They provide a great service and also help with projects int he local community to help make it better. We hope to be back!

Guide Big Tom was great, but we were temporarily switched to Ol Tukai as the operator
Guide Big Tom was great, but we were temporarily switched to Ol Tukai as the operator.
Lucky Kenya trip: We saw the wildebeest migration, the "Heaven's River Crossing," the Black Rock family, the Big Five of Africa, and more. Special thanks to guide Big Tom for his strong social network and for letting us experience the wild Africa in its entirety. The "Heaven's River Crossing" was particularly rare and unforgettable. We drove 4 hours through a private park to catch this rare sight. Tom was also very meticulous about the lunch view locations, always taking us to enjoy different views. Highly recommended!
Hotel Reviews:
Kibo Lounge: A standard 4-5 star hotel, with some wind, and the water was quite cold on the first day but better on the second day. Not sure if it’s related to solar heating. The second day had more sunlight (Originally Ol Tukai switched us to this hotel; we had visited Ol Tukai and felt it was better).
SOPA Lounge: Located by Lake Naivasha, focusing on close animal encounters. We really liked it. At night, hippos and zebras come into the park to graze. The hotel facilities are the most refined among those we stayed in, and the rooms have WiFi coverage.
Sarova Lounge: Near Lake Nakuru, it has the simplest decor among the hotels we visited but is located within the park, which may justify its price.
Mara Engai: Luxurious, with a "Lion King" view overlooking the savannah. The wooden furniture and large tents are impressive. Located within the park, it is said that elephants may migrate through the hotel in August.

Excellent service from start to finish
Innocent was great from start to finish. A few months before travelling to Tanzania, I knew I wanted a safari experience for my family, but knew very little about it. Innocent was friendly and available, and answered my numerous questions with patience. I had contacted a few other operators too, but they were too pushy for the sale; Innocent let me take my time and we sorted a fantastic couple of days on a limited budget.
Arriving in Arusha, he picked us up from the airport and took us to the hotel. We settled the bill and he told us he would personally pick us up in the morning to ensure the final arrangements were smooth.
In the morning, he delivered us to our safari driver, who was friendly and knowledgeable. The car was well stocked and the food at lunch was above our expectation.
Tarangire NP was perfect for us. A cheaper option but abundant wildlife. We even got a rare sighting of a leopard.
After a full daytime of safari, we were delivered to our accommodation, Maasai Eco Boma, which provided us with more unique experiences (I have reviewed them separately).
We had an amazing few days which were all sorted out for us to make it stress free.
