Great experiences !!
5/5

5 days of trekking on Mt. Kenya with such beautiful mountainous scenery and a great support team was the best experiences of our lives! The guide, cook and the able porters were very pleasant and knowledgeable and they made us feel very well-taken care of.
The food was excellent and varied, tasty and filling and much as this trip was tough, everything was over-shadowed by the beautiful scenery and experiences. The sunrise at the top was magical - it was a dream comes true.
Big thumbs up to Mount Kenya Climbing Expeditions for organizing this unforgettable trip for us and highly recommend this company. With the company you’re assured of a hassle-free expedition, just as we did.

Great Safari experience
5/5

Prior to the safari, Castro was great at communicating, and is able to change the itinerary if required. We booked the 5 day 4 night lodge safari, which was well priced compared to some other companies. We changed the first accommodation, which looking back at it now, there wasn't any need to do this as we had very little time at the accommodation. Our Driver and guide was Rashid, he was knowledgeable and helpful. Whilst at the national parks, all the guides would communicate with each other so they knew where the animals were. We had a Chef cook us lunches every day and dinner while we were at Serengeti, and his food was great - some of the best food we had all holiday

Day 1 we had a safai to Lake Manyara, it was a long drive from Arusha, we were told the drive was 2 hours, however it took 4! Didn't see loads of animals here, however we did see a young baby elephant which was a highlight of this park.
Day 2 we had a safari at Tarangire, lots of animals here, and we were lucky to see a Cheetah and lions.
Day 3 , we drove to Serengeti, long drive, but was worth it, and lots to see on the way. We stayed at Serengeti Research Hostel, which was great, there was no web site, so we didn't know what to expect, but it was a nice surprise. I think there were 4 en suite rooms, a shared lounge and a kitchen area, however no one else was staying there so we had the place to ourself with the guide and chef. We were surrounded by wildlife it was great. The Chef cooked us a lovely dinner, took a while, but was worth the wait!
Day 4: We had a couple of game drives in Serengeti - We were lucky enough to see a Leopard and lions in the tree!
Day 5: Ngorongoro crater - amazing park, lots of wildlife and great views. We saw a few male lions close up, and a Pride of lions walked right past the van. Didn't get to see the Black Rhino though
We stayed at Rhino Lodge, nice place, however it does get cold here at night and early morning so pack something warm!

Overall, we would definitely recommend this company for booking a safari, wish we could do it all again

Everything went smoothly
5/5

What I appreciated the most is that Ute was always very quick to respond to my inquiries.
I was a bit worried pick-ups because I had to make changes few times due to flight schedule changes and activity I decided to include in a last minute, but there was nothing to worry about. We got picked up pretty much on time every single time.

I will recommend Roho Ya Chui to anyone. I will definitely use them again next time I plan African safari.

If I am to give my personal advise to people who are planning to visit Kruger, get an accommodation inside the park.

If your budget allows, go to a private game reserve instead of the Kruger National Park.
There were too many tourists there, which makes it very difficult to see rare animals.
We missed a leopard siting while waiting on a very long queue, and had to wait for a long time to see sleeping lions.
It was crazy.

I had so much better experience at Sabi Sands.

Alltime was truly amazing to deal with. The organization and communication throughout was superb. I am saving up to go again, and it will definitely be through Alltime. Our camps, our Guide, the whole experience was beyond out expectations. right downtown to being met at the airport, by Sammy, when we left to give us farewell gifts of the Masai Shuka
Alltime is THE BEST!!

Amazing safari
5/5

Our safari was arranged by a UK tour operator who picked Maasai Wanderings for the Safari part of our holiday. This was an excellent choice.
From beginning to end of our 9 day safari our driver Barake was amazing. His care and attention to making our game drives comfortable was superb. His knowledge of the wildlife and passion for the country and community could not be faulted. Barake's driving and game spotting skills were amazing and he would go that extra mile (literally) to ensure we had great experiences. He cleaned the vehicle every day and made sure we had a supply of chilled water. We have some amazing photos to remind us of our fantastic safari experiences. We would have no hesitation in recommending MW and of course our driver Barake to anyone wanting to have an unforgettable safari experience. Best wishes to Donna and the whole team.

5 day Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru
5/5

Ewamanns Safaris is one of the best safari organizers you can get in Kenya! I have already been on safari with them last year and came back this year. Hopefully, I can manage to come to Kenya again next year.
My fellow travelers and I were always really impressed by their conscientiousness and their expertise. Both are very important on a safari in Kenya and can't be taken for granted!
The whole safari organization was always just perfect: You get picked at the airport. Erick just waits already outside when you leave the building. From there on, everything went just perfectly smooth. First night in Nairobi, the following morning head off to Masai Mara. Our driver, Bonface, was the best driver you can wish for in such a country! He is very skilled and knows exactly what to do. Among his best skills are his good eyes! He spotted the animals way before we even looked in the right directions. This is not common! Many drivers are not as skilled as him! Having a talented driver is probably the most important thing you need on a safari. Due to him, we saw for example cheetahs and the big five, even the leopard. By the way, it was Bonface who spotted the leopard. If you know, how rare it is to see this shy animal, you can appreciate what I mean by "skilled driver". Of course, a national park in Kenya is no zoo, so seeing the big five is never guaranteed, but you can have bigger chances to see them, if your driver is good. He also knows all the animals, which at first sight seems not to be too special for a safari driver in Kenya, but it is. For example, there are lots of different kinds of antelopes which at first sight do not differ at all. Bonface can often see the difference already without any binoculars just by inspecting their typical movements. He will be happy to explain you everything about it and you will come back as an expert on antelopes and other animals in Kenya! If you have a driver, who is not able to distinguish the animals properly, you miss the most fascinating part of the whole safari!
After 5 days, we were dropped again at the airport and left the country some hours later. As in 2017, this was the best week in 2018.

Tuli Block Adventure with Mogalakwena Safari Tours
5/5

Booked with the tour operator for the Botswana Independence celebrations in the Tuli Block for three days, we enjoyed our safari trip, we were picked by a transfer from Gaborone to the Tuli block, enjoyed watching birds, plenty of elephants at the Lentswe le Moriti water hide, visited the Solomons wall , that was quite an experience as we also did a cultural tour , mingled with the locals as they danced for us, tasted Mokolwane palm wine and the village rock paintings.

Quite a lifetime experience

This was a trip of a 60+ year lifetime
5/5

Communication and service were excellent. This was a custom tour that flowed like clockwork, with every pick up and driver being on time or early and promptly delivering us to our next site. The guides on the game drives were superb, both in their ability to spot game and in their knowledge about all different kinds of wildlife and birds. It far exceeded our highest expectations.
