Excellent safari company! Highly recommended.
During 4 days of our safari we visited Lake Manyara, Serengeti National Park, and Ngorongoro Crater. Being a safari guide for 12 years, our guide James knew exactly where to find all the animals and birds and told us a lot about their habits. Moreover, he is an excellent driver and an extremely friendly person!
Accommodation during the trip exceeded all our expectations! Especially the Tortillis Camp in Serengeti and Lake Manyara Wildlife safari camp. The tents were amazing, a territory was clean, neat, and green, and the hotel staff was just wonderful: extremely nice and helpful, they pay a very close attention to each and every guest. Where else during dinner you get asked if you want someone to open up outside windows of your tent in the morning so that you can watch the sunrise?
As for food, it was excellent as well. Even during the safari we had warm meals, wine, and dessert. I am vegetarian and have troubles tolerating lactose, which was well noted by cooks everywhere we stayed :)
All in all, we loved the trip and can absolutely recommend Soul of Tanzania!
It is a company that is living up to its name and organizes safaris with soul! We felt that from the very first email we have received from them, and feeling it now when remembering every small detail that was taken good care of!

Great advice and great delivery
We so much enjoyed our recent holiday in the Western Cape, South Africa for two main reasons 1) we had excellent advice about the best venues and then 2) they lived up to everything Tailormade Africa promised. From start to finish the attention to detail from Tailormade Africa was excellent. The pre-departure information was very extensive. Rob Morley and his team were responsive to some late alterations that we wanted to make.
The days spent at Sanbona were some of the best safari experiences we have had across Africa.

Great Experience, flexible arrangements
Edward our driver and David our cook collected myself and my wife from our Arusha accommodation early on day one. We were the only ones on this safari. We visited three parks, Tarangire, Ngorongoro and Serengeti. Our first night was in a fixed tent with toilet and shower whereas the other three were under canvas alongside other safari tours sharing facilities. David managed magnificent meals cooked from ingredients taken with us and made on a single gas burner in the communal kitchens. We had more than enough to eat.
The safari allowed us to see all big five animals close up from our extending roof six seat Landrover, often lions, giraffe and zebra were just a few feet away. Edward made sure that we saw everything possible. Ngorongoro crater was most impressive.
We were at our request taken to the western gate to continue our African adventure to be put on board a bus to Mwanza where we caught the train to Dar and continued our travels to Zanzibar.
An excellent trip especially with Edwards animal knowledge, good spoken English and David's cooking.

Great safari trip to Mikumi
Probably one of the best experiences of our lives. We saw 4 out of 5 of "Africa Big 5". Everything was extremely well organised and we felt really looked after. Our guide and driver was Mansour and he was simply fabulous. First of all he us really patient and cautious driver which doesn't sound like much but after you experience Tanzania main land traffic you can appreciate it much more. If you travel from Dar es Salam you will be driving 7 hours to Mikumi and 7 hours in return trip but Mansour made it really easy for the whole group. Regarding safari... Mansour is excellent guide and he made our experience fantastic. He found lion for us - enough said!

Dolphins and turtles combo day trip for a family 2 adults and 2 children
I want to thank you for organizing this day. Unfortunately we did not see any dolphins but this is the game. The Zodiac ride is worth the trouble and swimming with mask and snorkel too. What I will remember is the meeting with these little turtles that had just been born, to go take their first bath. Ian is a great Guide!!! We had an unforgettable day with him. He is also a very good driver.
Thank you for this beautiful day. I will advise your trip to all my friends. And if I come back one day, which I hope, I will remind you.
