Expert guide for animals AND birds
5/5

We had a two day tour in Ruaha national park. It was a fantastic experience. The wildlife was fantastic with huge amounts of elephant, giraffe and zebra. We also saw a pride of lions, kudu and hippos fighting!

Chogela was a very good guide and for birdwatchers he was excellent, knowing where to go to see different bird varaities and expert at identification by sight and call. We saw too many birds to mention, but highlights for me were saddle bill stork and glossy starlings.

Camp is very nice and food was excellent. Also mention that this camp supports a number of community initiatives so it feels like giving something back to the local people.

Zanzibar Paradise!
4/5

We went on a wonderful tour through Stone Town in Zanzibar. It was fascinating to hear the history and culture of this ancient place and to see the sights. We visited the Slave market as well as a Spice Market and the fishing port. Haji and Rehema were both extremely knowledgeable and well organised! It was a fantastic experience! Asante Sana Malengo Tours!

You feel very well, nice people, very safe and amazed of such wild animal richness and beauty of Okavango Delta, Moremi, Savuti and Chobe. Tourism is quite well under control, so no crowded places which could make this experience more dangerous and less natural. I returned with 3000 photos of great memories of this nice and peaceful country. I hope disputes with bushmen could be resolved nicely for both sides. There are an old tribe and they have the right to live peacefully in its country. Such things also have a very positive side for respectful tourism which could be nicely used to benefit such community. I appreciate hunting has been finally banned in order to keep safe such great natural richness, which should not be for thirsty killers and 'macho men' feeling superior to others because of a huge prey. Nice country I hope to visit again soon.

Great wildlife safari.
5/5

Our wildlife safari with Kili Slope Tours and Safaris Safari was very good. Guid David Maro had quality and value. It was a dream come true because of our guid were the best ever. Our unique itinerary was not just good but great. We focused on the astounding nature and wildlife encounters and were introduced to the joy of nature. The guid had great knowledge and experience, which was inspiring, educational and environmentally conscious. Great job and thanks for the kindness and memories. I would like to recommend to other safari travelers.

I expected so much more
3/5

I had been on a Safari in Kenya about 10 years ago. It was fantastic. This time my friends had decided to travel with Safari Legacy. I had been thinking about a safari with my wife as she had not been to Africa before, so we decided to join them. The sales team was very good and provided us with all of the perfect answers. We were quite confident and felt good until we got to Tanzania.

On the ground the only thing that was above average was the vehicle. It was a very new Land Cruiser. Much better than the safari bus I had used years ago. Our driver was not very motivated and seemed to be in a rush all the time. The camps, particularly Kikoti Camp at Tarangire was just average. This camp was very far from the park and there was no sign of wildlife. Due to the high price tag I was expecting a whole lot more. I understand that prices are much lower in the off season, thus we expected to get a little more for our money. Just to be fair, my wife was quite satisfied with the trip, but I think that it is because it was her first time and she did not have anything to base the experience on. She did feel that the guide was not nearly as friendly as the Tanzanians we met in the camps. He was rather push and often talked about how low his salary is. We have no idea what he is paid, but based on what our trip costs, he should be paid well. And if not he should take it up with his boss and not with us.

Memorable African safari Experience
5/5

I recently traveled with Bestday to Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater, and the Serengeti, and had an unforgettable safari experience! I contacted several companies before booking my trip, and decided to go with Bestday, because of their excellent service from our very first communication. Peter, was extremely helpful in arranging my tour, providing me with the best rates for my solo travel, including top rated accommodation bookings, local airfare, and airport transportation. Our guide was very friendly, and knowledgeable about all the animals and the history of the surrounding land. Each day on the road was a new adventure, navigated by our guide with expertise. I will never forget the night I spent in the Serengeti, with a sky full of stars, and a lightening storm out on the horizon... or enjoying a lovely picnic lunch by a pond full of hipppos. The only thing which made my safari experience even more memorable is the personal treatment I received from Bestday. They truly cater to each individuals needs to ensure the best trip possible. I recommend Bestday with complete confidence to anyone, I even hope to travel with them again on my next trip!

Uganda Safari Experience
5/5

We were in Uganda volunteering at Malayaka House, an orphanage, and wanted to do a quick safari to Mihingo Lodge before returning stateside. Our drivers were punctual, nice, funny. We felt safe with them as well, which was important. I would highly recommend Kombi Nation Tours and the Mihingo Lodge!

A Life-Changing Trek at 50 Years Old
5/5

For my 50th birthday, I wanted to do something very special. I had never done anything big and I realized it was now or never. Well there is nothing bigger than Mt. Kilimanjaro in Africa. Little did I imagine how life-changing a trip up Mount Kilimanjaro could be. After tons of research, I cautiously chose E-Trip Africa to run my trek. You are putting your life into someone else’s hands, so this is quite a big decision. I could not have been more pleased with this outfit, from the beginning to end! The staff is unbelievably professional, friendly & knowledgeable. It does not take long to see that they have had very good training from plants on the trail to safety. The crew quickly became family, as these guys are not only professional but honest hard working people that are warm and kind. I was beyond surprised at how good the food was. I mean there are no roads to drive that stuff up the mountain, so everything has been carried by hand. Davis the guide has over 10 years as a guide, not counting when he was a porter and assistant guide. I was told by E-Trip that Davis recently placed first in a Mountain First Aid course, getting the highest marks in the class. There was no doubt in my mind that this was true, as he was even giving medical advice to another company that had a sick person in their group. As a 50 year old, I did not really focus on the summit, but on having a great experience, as I figured there was not much chance I would make it all the way up. I chose the Lemosho route over 9 days, to have plenty of time on this beautiful mountain. In the end, I had a great life-changing journey and also was successful on my summit night, thanks to an exceptional crew. On a side note, I was really touched by the work that E-Trip Africa is doing with the Mailisita Foundation, in providing education to disadvantaged youth in the Moshi area. I am glad to know that they work to give back in a very concrete and measurable way. I plan to return to the school soon, to volunteer to teach computer classes to the kids.
