Highly recommend to travel with Planet Reserve . This is a dedicated, good customer care and timely operator.
I had a one day group trip to Ngorongoro Crater with this operator on 26th December 2018. That was holiday season, and I booked quite late, only 1 day before the departure. But The Planet Reserve tried their best to find a place for me while other operators offered trip on a much later day or with high price for single tourist only. Thanks to this operator, I had an amazing safari in the famous heaven Ngorongoro Crater.

Bestday exceeded all my expectations!
Me and my boyfriend did a 6 day Safari with Bestday and was very satisfied with rour trip. We got to see all the animal we had hope to see and ticked the big 5. Our guide and driver was from a Masai village which made us getting to know the indigenous culture both from him and also from other Masai as he would speak their language and tell us about the culture. The lodges was good standard and the food was OK. All in all we are very happy with our trip and would recommend going with this company and especially the guide Jackson!

Unforgettable Experience
John is the best guide one could imagine. Our safari with him was an unforgettable experience! He knows every corner of the Masai Mara and always finds the best spot to watch animals. What is more, he is a very fun guy with a lovely personality! Our 2-day-Safari was simply amazing and I totally recommend it to anyone visiting Kenya!

Excellent safari with Jackson
We just got back from a 6 day safari with Bestday Safaris and Jackson as our guide and driver. Let me just start by saying that Jackson made the whole trip! He is extremely knowledgeable about all the animals and most of the plants, you could ask him anything and he would give you detailed answers on everything :) Jackson took us in all the right places both in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater, Tarangire and Lake Manyara which enabled us to mark all of the big five! We had a truly fantastic experience and I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to go with Bestday and with Jackson!

amazing
Our tour was amazing. Our guide, Kikitu, was very eager to make sure we saw as many of the animals as possible (we ended up seeing all of the big 5!!!). It was a wonderful experience.

The most beautiful safari tour we have ever done.
Our trip with Tailer Made Safaris was more than we expected. All the clues were perfect. The accommodations were fantastic and the program of all tours was exceptionally good.

It was like pulling teeth to get our agent to be responsive! Will never use again.
Two way communications between the agent and us were largely non existent unless we pressed. Even then we got partial or no answers. We booked early and were told travel insurance was required (Not so!!!) but we paid for insurance then were told they could not get it for us and would refund the money. We charged everything to American Express but were told we would be refunded in cash when we arrived in Kenya. After days of messages back and forth and resistance to paying we finally received cash but it was less than was owed. There was a mix-up upon arrival at the safari largely due to the utter lack of communication and follow through by the agent. Thank goodness the lodge manager was effective.

Once in a lifetime experience with Shemeji!
We really enjoyed our safari trip with Shemeji. Booking procedure was easy and with a strong customer focus. So we also added a airport pickup which was even cheaper than our hostels offer. The safari itself was awesome! Guide and cook were really nice guys and made it a very nice experience. Everything was organized very well but still had a very personell touch. Seen so many animals that the fourth day nearly got boring :-) We can absolutly recommend Shemeji!

Tailor Made Safaris is a great operator with much knowledge and high customer service
Tailor Made Safaris is a great tour operator. They are very open in their communications , customer service is very high.
During our tour we could contact them all the time when necessary and we even had a meet and greet with our contact person.
Our tour was very diverse in accommodation, sight seeing , national parks and other activities.
Also very great was the travel book we received at home before we even started our vacation. With all kinds off tips to make sure you are prepared . And the tour has been made visible day by day. How long to drive with coordinates to your next location , when to do your shopping, what are your activities on that specific day.
I would not even hesitate to book another tour with Tailor Made Safaris . It has been a great experience

Best time with Tazama
I've traveled a lot but this is the first time I want to put my comment on TripAdvisor. From the deep of my heart I truly recommend Tazama Africa holidays. There are no words to describe our experience. That was worth every dollar. We met Antony who became our friend. It was a pleasure to spend with him those 4 days. He did amazing job. After long research I'm sure we chose the best!
