Communication with Hannah was excellent. This was my 2nd safari with Trevaron Tours and was even better than the first. Both Hannah and our driver, Jeremy, went above and beyond to make this safari a success as we had some special and unanticipated needs. They are the best! We hope to return to Kenya in January 2021 and will definitely use Trevaron Tours if we do.

Amazing trip and great customer care
I have been on 6 days chimpanzee tracking and gorilla trekking safari with Charles who was guide he took great care of me while in Uganda Brian put together a very good trip for me and I was able to get a gorilla permits on time for my tracking the lodges were nice and food was great It was a trip of a life time we hope to tell stories once we go back to California

Superb organisation at some great venues
After travelling with RYC in 2016 we didn't hesitate to return to them for our recent trip.The pre -trip advice is excellent, the on trip experience, transfers and accommodation seamless and the whole trip was a delight with great guides, great sightings and excellent lodges and camps.We did the 6 night Vic Falls and Botswana trip and found both Bakwena and Machabe camps excellent in their differing ways. The friendliness and attention to detail is apparent and, at Machabe, when I was suffering from badly blistered feet, the team, on their own initiative, served dinner on our tent terrace to save me from walking back to the camp. Not only a great gesture but a wonderful experience and meal.

Simply Awsome!
Bongizwe Mondondo was our tour guide. He is responsible, responsive, respectful, helpful and patient. Throughout the journey he blends well with us, he is more like a friend rather than a tour guide.
He went the extra-mile to ensure that everyone enjoy themselves fully.
I would definitely engage him again should I make another trip to Africa.

Outstanding customer service and great trips with this provider
My parents and I booked a 2-day Chobe Safari with this company. The service was excellent from start to finish, so much so that we booked a variety of other tours through the company afterwards as well. The safari itself was also very good - it was well run, the guide was very knowledgeable about the animals, birds and ecosystems in Chobe. The communication was good and the logistics ran like clockwork. I would book with this provider again in a heartbeat.

Great safari, professional driver, customized schedule - the best price!
Our guides, Tony from Kenya and Bakali from Tanzania, are professional. They do always find an animal far away while driving and get the perfect position quickly thus we can make a wonderful shoot. Under their knowledgeable instruction, we can recognize many African wildlife from it now! During the 9 days game, we spot the Big 5 and many kinds of African birds, even we were at the scene which lions hunt for buffalo! This is awesome!
Our guides are good drivers as well, they conquer the muddy roads which leave some damaged vehicles on. And our chefs are considerate, they designed the good meals that every dish we ate always better than before till the end of tour.
This is an unforgettable safari game! Makes me strong will to visit Africa again!
