To be honest, I was not particularly impressed with our visit to Isalo. The area we visited was relatively crowded, not particularly rich in wildlife (although our guide was good did what he could). However, it is worth to keep in mind that most of what you see is not to be found outside Madagascar. It made me sad to realise that the beautiful Verraux's Sifaka we found was the last remaining of its kind in the area. Although with quite some effort we were lucky to find interesting wildlife (Ring-tailed Lemurs, Chameleons a few snakes and some birds), we met quite a few that were not so lucky. Weather was fine, and as we started early it wasn't too hot and we 'missed' most of the crowds. Scenery is great, but it is hard to be very impressed by the waterfalls and pools. One point of advice; if you have a sensitive stomack, don't bother going for the served lunch in the park. You will waste time there, it is crowded and noisy. Rather bring some fruite and spend the time searching.

Best 6 days ! Best adventure with Meru Slopes Tours and Safari
We had the best adventure from day one.
The Organisaion went without any problems. I stayed in contact with Geofrey from the first mail till the day we went back home. He answered very quickly and answered every question.
We booked a 6 day Tour and asked for one special night which was not included in the normal tour. It was no Problem and he organised everything. Everything there went well - we were very surprised and happy about the good oganisation.
Everyday was special and everyday was perfect.
Our guide Douglas did the best job. He was always lucky and joking. He answered all questions, explained everything and stopped at the best spots. We got to see nearly every animal very close and he took care about us. He gave us interesting informations about the animals and the wild life.
Also our cook Richard did the best job. He cooked delicious meal every day. He was kind and friendly and so motivated to prepare meal every evening . He listened to our wishes and prepared vegetables we brougt from the marked and wanted to try. So nice of him. Everbody was so nice and kind and tried to do everything that the clients have the best days during safari.
I can really reccomend this company!

What an adventure of a lifetime to remember !! I and my friends were skeptical on what tour company to go with but our friends who have done business with Afrikakukaye and highly recommend them because of their good prices and great customer care. We decided to do business with them ! We didn’t regret at all for the whole week safari which started January 25th, 2019 and ended on February 1st, 2019!! Remsi the lead consultant was extremely quick and reliable on responding to our requests. Our tour guide, Ziggy was very friendly, nice, and knowledgeable about the wild species and places to see big 5. Thanks again so much for your wonderful hospitality! Fantastic tour operators left me with unforgettable memories!
Abel planned a wonderful adventure for my friends and I. The trek of Mt. Kilimanjaro was very organized and we didn't have to worry about anything except climbing. We also had a 3 day safari after the climb and that was magical. Everyone was professional and took good care of us. Abel is communicative and works with you to make sure you have everything you need. He even helped organize a surprise birthday celebration! I will definitely work with Abel and his team again for future visits to Tanzania!

Very helpful organizer, amazing safari experience!
I had a great time. Humphrey was very helpful beforehand. We arrived late the night before going to Safari, and Humphrey stayed at the hotel to make sure everything was going smoothly when we arrived. The 3-day package was provided with good facilities, good food, a skilled and friendly driver. The safari experience was magical and I will strongly recommend it for my friends in the future!

Would highly recommend this tour operator. They answered every query we had and organised our trip very well. Communication was brilliant they answered emails very quickly. The transfers were on time and clear, the lodge was perfect and was overall an amazing holiday.

Very good
We had three day budget tent safari Serengeti and Ngorongoro. The car was comfortable with universal power sockets, but I don't know if every car had it. The driver made his best to show us animals and tell interesting facts about them. But a lot of animals on the road were spotted by us. We managed to catch all big 5 and a lot of cubs of different animals. The food was rather good, the cook made it tasty. Our car broke in the end of our trip, but was fast changed by another.

Good value for money on this budget safari
Like I said, good value for money for a budget safari. The game drives were well executed, saw a lot of game and the driver did his best to show us The Big 5 in Masai Mara NP and the other parks. Accommodation was basic but very fine, same with the food. Vehicle is a bit tight to sit in but was good enough and worked miracles for showing us the wildlife through the rooftop and for not dying on us on the very very rocky and rough roads of Masai M.
Few tips: on the Masai Mara trip we could use more bathroom breaks (or bush toilet breaks). You can't expect people to hold their bladders from 6.30am-2pm. Also, if anything changes from the initial itinerary we got before we left, such as change of accommodation, please inform us. People will complain when not informed. Communication from the driver could be a little better, like for instance about distances, how long before lunch/washrooms/back at camp etc. Also a little more information on the wildlife would be nice.
All in all, I had the best of experiences and absolutely loved every minute of this African experience. Will recommend Karibu Safaris to friends and tell them the trip was absolutely fantastic! Thanks for everything!
