Very well organised 10 day safari in Uganda.
Just finished a 10 day tour to Uganda with Encounter Africa Safaris.
I found Encounter Africa Safaris thorugh safaribookings.com. I work for a small Slovenian tour operator and was searching for a reliable tour operator in Uganda. I have probably contacted every possible tour operator, but non of them was as helpful and responsive as Chris from Encounter. From the initial contact, through the whole trip planning process, to the tours itself, everything was always highly professional and first class in every aspect.
The tour went through as agreed. From the clients respons (we were 14) i would say we got more then we were expecting. Tolbert and Benjamin are good and experienced guides, excellent drivers and meet all of our needs.
All in all i can only recommend them and for sure will use their service in the future.

My South Africa Encounter - thanks to Jon at jonsdivetravel.com - was much more than I anticipated.
Ever since hearing about how diverse and interesting South Africa was in my college Geography classes, I had been wanting to see Table Mountain and the fauna at Kruger National Park. Jon Haraty with his patience and experience provided me with a most excellent introduction to the African Continent.
I say introduction, since as is the case in any new travel destination, one can only scratch the surface of all the things to see and do. Jon sent me to two private camp destinations to see more animals and variety than I expected.
I would return on another tour arranged by Jon - especially a group tour, as he has done previously.
All my expectations were fulfilled in what Jon arranged for me - only inclement weather prevented one excursion I had planned while in Cape Town.

The best adventure we have ever experienced!
We booked a Safari with Quest Horizon for 9 days: one of our best decisions ever! The Safari was organised in a professional manner, which includes our indispensable guide, that was never too tired to seek for more animals or to just quickly stop the vehicle that would allow us to take a picture of the dreamlike African landscape.
We would not come to Tanzania again without having Quest Horizon as our tour organiser (including Hilary as our invaluable and highly appreciated guide).
Our guide spoke a very good, understandable German, helping us many times, to find the correct German term for animals, flowers, trees and insects that we spotted during extensive Safaris in the different national parks. Apart from German he also spoke English, allowing for discussions in a broader group.
We very much enjoyed the trip with Quest Horizon and would immediately do it again.

When it comes to a personal safari, we could have never asked for more personal service.. Always there, always on time, always great arrangements. Nothing like have somebody excited and enthusiastic to be with you not only on the game drives, but any other arrangement the group wanted.

Wow!
It is very difficult to sum up the amazing experience we had in Tanzania in one short review. This was the trip of a lifetime and we continue to encourage everyone back at home to go and appreciate this place for themselves. We feel SO fortunate that we happened to choose Nature Responsible Safari as our host to lead us through the country. Dearson was an excellent guide, pampering us more than we could have ever imagined, and leaving us with a rich history of both the country and wildlife. Honeymoon Safari in Tanzania!
We booked our honeymoon safari with Marco and borderless tours in 2014 and we were not disappointed! From the moment that our guide picked us up from Kilamanjaro airport, we were on an action packed adventure from start to finish what was extremely well planned right down to the finest detail.
The full two weeks (one on safari, one on the beach in Zanzibar with a stop off to climb Kilimanjaro) were truly a trip of a lifetime and we could not have dreamt for better service. Marco and the team took every request into consideration and made it happen! A special mention to our very knowledgeable tour guide Richard, who took us on our private tour through the serengetti.
To summarise, I would not hesitate in using Marco and Borderless Tours again; the whole experience was truly outstanding.

A very good local Company
Kilimanjaro Brothers are a very good local Company.
We chose them for our Kilimanjaro Adventure and our 4 Day Safari.
Everything was well organized and the Staff was always very friendly.
George always responded very soon.
The Food was amazing and the Lodges on the Safari very good.

Terrible experience with Amani Tours - 3 day safari in Mikumi
Our biggest complain is that we've payed the Mikumi park entrance fee - $ 150 in total ($ 75 per day) in addition to the entire trip, which was $ 900 ($ 450 per person). The park fee supposed to be included and Daniel promised us that he will return the money, but of course that did not happen. And overall service was not as described. The trip was in a regular van, not a 4W Jeep as on photo. The accommodation was outside the park, not as described.

What a Great Trip!
Myself and a group of friends went on a three day Classic Tour with Hoppy as our guide. Hoppy was extremely professional and friendly. He picked us up promptly at the arranged location and was a great guide throughout the trip. He imparted lots of information about South Africa and living there. Since he has worked as a guide for 17 years, he knows everyone in the park and all of the great locations to view animals. He worked really hard for us to see animals and to place the safari car in the ideal location to get pictures. It was a fantastic trip and our only regret was not getting to stay longer!
