Excellent trip
I travelled round Rwanda. It as amazing, Gerald, my guide, met me at Kigali airport. He was polite and courteous throughout the trip. Nothing was too much effort. I had an amazing time, saw many animas and stayed in comfortable hotels. The package was not overly expensive. The people we met were considerate and welcoming. My first lodge was my favourite - Akagera Transit Lodge. However, they were all great. The vehicle was reliable and comfortable and the individual treks interesting and fun.
Dealing with Ruth before I went was simpke and efficient. I highly recommend tis company.

Professional and helpful
I chose to do the 4-day safari and everyday we would go to a different place: serengeti park, ngorongoro, tarangire park… our guide Francis was very patient and knew the best spots to find animals. Im happy i chose vision safari and tours and thankful to them for this unique experience.

We spent 14 days as a family, my husband and I, with our two sons aged 11 and 17. I am really satisfied with the organization developed by the Soul of Madagascar Tours agency. Theresia, the organizer, was very attentive to everything. We had a great time in Madagascar. Our guide and driver are extremely friendly, responsible and experienced individuals. Amazing adventure in real africa
4 days adventure in the 3 major park of tanzania. Me and my girlfriend foud a really nice group of 30 yo guys. In total we were 6 in the safari car + the driver/guide with years of experience. He can answer to every question about animals and nature.
The 3 nights in camping were an adventure in the middle of tanzanian parks. You could find a zebra outside the tend. A chef will cook different fresh meals everyday lunch dinner and breakfast. You will find your tend ready every night.
We saw all the major animals from a very near view.
At the end of the adventure we come back with a lot of fantastic experience and new friends.

Steve and all the tour guides he hires work very hard to make sure everything goes well.
Steve is incredibly responsive. If we had a request he would get back to us right away. his goal is to make sure you are happy. The guides know the safari areas so well and know how to find the animals. They are friendly, intelligent and fun.

Seamless and easy booking and safari planning process. The service was excellent and very flexible to our needs. We were a big group so we divided into multiple vehicles but they were coordinated such that we felt like we experienced everything together. Special thanks to our vehicle's guide Emmanuel, who was extremely positive and knowledgeable about everything on the safari. Excellent value for money.

Amazing and adventurous safari tour
I opted for Jastro Safaris for my adventure safari in Kenya. I must admit that I had a very good experience with Jastro. Mr. Victor of Jastro, a kind personality, gave all support and guidance for my visit. It was 7 days luxury tour to Masai Mara, Nakuru and Amboseli. All three places were fantastic, but Masai Mara was the best.
My tour guide Mr. Leyian was very supportive and he ensured that I am happy at all moments of the safari. I saw all Big 5 of Masai Mara. I got a great Masai friend.
I recommend Jastro Safaris to those who wish to take up this adventurous tour. Very reliable, good communication but bit expensive.
