Very good we were able to appreciate the beauty of the landscapes
4/5

In terms of quality/price, very good, we spent four superb days where we were able to appreciate the landscapes and the different species
We had the pleasure of seeing a scene of the lion 🦁engusting its prey a few meters from us, we were alone. We thank Thomas for having had this privilege

Very nice experience
5/5

We did a 10-day safari in northern Tanzania (Arusha, Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti) with Matata: it went very well, he is a very calm person, a very good driver even on difficult tracks.
He knows how to give a lot of explanations about all the animals.
The accommodations offered were all pleasant.

A Champion!
5/5

This was my first time to Tanzania and the tour was amazing.

Champion was a great driver & his amazing eye would get us to great spots to get amazing pictures! He was super friendly and chatty and was highly informed of all of the animals we saw on the 5 days.

We lost one of our suitcases on the journey here but Eric & the Smile Team were quick to contact Kenya Airways and locate & receive our luggage.

Can’t recommend Smile highly enough!

Professional, quick and knowledgeable
5/5

Wow, an amazing trip from start to finish. Our airport changed at the last minute but it was no problem for Serengeti Smile as they picked us up from the new one.
Our tour guide Champion, was very knowledgeable on the safari and very helpful to drivers who had broken down by fixing their cars!
The company found out lost luggage, again amazing and if we came again, I would use Serengeti Smile

Buyaga tour was excellent from beginning to the end.
5/5

We did the 10 days holiday with gorillas, chimps and wildlife safari. It was amazing from begining to the end. Peter (the ownver/operator) was quick to respond to all our questions before and after booking. The trip was exactly as described. The accomodations were comforatble and in some cases amazing. Each lodge has a different feel and comfort level. The best accomodation was the Murchison Falls Lodge. Be prepared for no AC or fans, spotty wifi and electricity in most of the lodges. We didn't mind, it added to the adventure! Every lodge offers washing services at a fee per item. Each part of the tour had new scenery, animals, and experiences. We were surprized how the landscape changed throughout. (savanah, hills, mountains, forest, farmland) We got to see the Big five and got extremely close to the chimps and gorillas. The guides all communicate with each other while in the national parks, so you have a better chance at seeing the lions/leopards. The chimps and gorillas were the highlight! Both my husband and I were grabbed by juvenile gorillas!!!! Don't worry it was safe. Be prepared for a possible 90 minute hike through dense at times steep forest to see the gorillas. The park rangers use machetes to cut the trail along the way. The chimp trek was a much easier trek.
The vehicle was an older land cruiser, comforatble but not luxurious. Water bottles were supplied along the way. It had working ac, but we drove with windows open instead all 10 days. Don't expect high end. Bring binoculars, as the guide only has 1 pair.
The food in the restaurants in the lodges was just okay. Unfortuantely, the lodges have americanized their menus. Each lodge allows you to choose between 2-3 items for breakfast, lunch and supper. Each lodge had bar and at addional cost you could enjoy most types of alcohol. Don't expect ice.
Our guide (Derek) was outstanding! We highly recommend requesting Derek as your guide. He is a young, knowledgeable, punctual and hardworking guide. He had a good sense of humour and tried his best to meet our needs/requests along the way. He has been a guide for 6 years and knows each area very well. Derek could spot the animals meters away hidden in the tall grass. Derek was a very careful driver, we felt very safe along the busy, occasionally bumpy, narrow roads.
Go to Uganda, do this tour. You won't be disappointed!

Excellent service and faultless to the end!!
5/5

Serengeti Smile was super efficient from start to finish, providing a faultless service. They were accommodated every request we had and provided a tailored service. Best of all was the driver Champion, he was knowledgeable about the tour and very socialable.
I would definitely recommend Serengeti Smile to my friends and family and give a big push for Champion to be the guide!!

Amazing, once in a lifetime 10-Days Uganda Wildlife and Primates Safari
5/5

Safari Tour for 10-Days Uganda Wildlife and
Primates Safari with Lake Tour

I contact about 30 different companies before I found Tubale. I went with them due to their itinerary being the same to other companies but for a much more affordable price. I am so happy I found them!! Annette was my online co tact person and she was very quick to respond and helpful with all of my pre planning questions.

My trip (solo trip) with Tubale and guide Samuel (Sam) was flawless/perfect from start to finish. Sam was an exceptional guide who truly made this an unforgettable experience. His expertise in each national park, the roads/ driving , sharing so much knowledge about the safari animals, country and culture were of true value. Request him as your guide, you will not regret it.

We visited multiple national parks seen countless wildlife. My chimpanzee trek and gorilla trek were amazing! 10/10 I would recommend them both. They are a must while visiting Uganda. Participating in village/community walks was an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend participating, additional that money goes directly to the locals.

All of the hotels/lodges that were apart of the tour were great. We also stood 1 night at a women’s hotel called Ride 4 woman which helps provide woman of the community a job and teaches them life skills. The 4x4 truck transport was comfortable and great for safari exploring.

Professional, Service Oriented and a pleasure to work with before and during the tour.
5/5

Anna was my contact for this trip. We flew in a day early and Anna arranged everything from the hotel to the activities. Anna offered us several choices of hotels to personalize the trip to our budget. A pleasure to work with her.

Peter was our driver/guide/friend on this trip. I added friend because we enjoyed visiting with him. We talked and laughed together the entire trip.

Everything was done on schedule and as promised. There were a couple of minor hiccups during the trip. I brought them to Peter's attention and they were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction.

The treks offered in this package are similar to others. I particularly liked this itineraries treks and the order presented. The gorillas were the highlight and they were offered near the end. The golden monkeys were great. Don't go trekking in Rwanda without seeing the golden monkeys.
