Chaotic
We booked accommodation at the Royal Livingstone Hotel through Falcon Safaris. We received confirmation from them and were asked for payment details. We then booked our flights to Livingstone. We were then told that the Royal Livingstone did not have any rooms available after all but it was too late to change our flights. We landed in Zambia and had to pay $100US for visas even though we were going straight over the border to the Victoria Falls hotel. This would not have been necessary if we knew we would be staying at the Victoria Falls Hotel as we would have flown straight into Zimbabwe. We also needed Yellow Fever injections which cost R575 each because we were going through Zambia. We were not told by the company about this and only found out by accident the day before we were due to leave. Luckily we found someone to do them at 6.30pm the day before our departure or else we would have not been allowed on the plane. When we were dropped at the hotel we were told the company would phone our room or leave a message of the time we were going to be picked up on the day of our departure. This never happened.

Reliable and great communication
We went on a three day safari with Kanuth. We booked a tour in Salous, but because of the rain he organised a trip to Mikumi for us and it was great! The accomodation was below the standards of the lodge in Selous, but we still good enough. You can trust Kanuth no matter what and he will be there for u!

Karibu made my safari into a wonderfull experience
I had a fantastic safari thanks to Karibu safaris. I had a really warm welcome and I was very surprised about the good care they gave me. I was alone, but they ensured me that I was safe during the trip and they looked very good after me. They even arranged a night in a hotel for me for free. During the safari we had an amazing driver, who guided us to every animal we wanted to see! His name was Jackson and he is really the best driver you could wish! The overall service was excellent and so I was very happy with Karibu!

Amazing animal paradise
The animals abundance and the beautiful scenery in Tanzania is just awesome. I visited Serengeti, ngorongoro and lake manyara in 4 days with Asante Tanzania Safaris and I saw everything I always wanted to see in the animal kingdom!
Our tour guide was perfect with good information and the cook was marvelous too. Its adviseable to carry a sleeping bag for more comfort at night.
Unforgetable safaris in Tanzania
I and my wife took a trip to Tanzania and booked with Wildroot Safaris. The trip was six days camping , Tarangire,Ngorongoro and Serengeti. I would to say thanks so much Wildroot Safaris for organizing perfect trip for us. The chef Alex was perfect as he prepared three meals a day. The meals were delicious, The driver Lowasa was excellent, he showed us all big 5, he is very knowledgeable and experienced. Wildroot Safaris stuff like camping gears were in good and quality. the vehicle was good and comfortable and installed inverter and fridge, we charged our Camera and every day we enjoyed cold drinks when on game drive. We highly recommend Wildroot Safaris for any one who want to visit to Tanzania.

Great Machame hike to Kilimanjaro summit
I hiked with Juma as a guide and it was a fantastic experience. Ha adapted his speed to mine and took all shortcuts I wanted to do ! Cool conversation and happiness. He can be trusted. A wonderful experience.

Amazing experience and great operator - why you should go with a small operator
We booked a trip for the two of us a while ago and it was amazing. A friend of us who lives in Mwtara in an NGO recommended us and he was absolutely right !
The guide was very knowledgeable and was telling us stories all the time, making it even long trips very enjoyable. He recommended where to go, when to go, where to look... Both the jeep and the Camping accomodation was very comfortable and authentic. We are so glad we went with them and not with a much bigger operator !

Our safari in Kenya was such a success, thanks to Kikwetu Cultural Adventures for putting it up in a wonderful manner. True Customer Care and Professional Guides
I booked a 4-weeks tour with Trans Kibo Travels including Kilimanjaro + Mount Meru climbing, safaris and Zanzibar trip.
Despite high constraints on my travel dates, the tour operator managed to organize my trip as per my wishes and within a short delay. I had sent a request for quotes to more than 10 other companies located either in France or Tanzania (Arusha and Moshi). Trans Kibo Travels was the most competitive one in terms of offer and prices. The communications by email were sufficient to plan everything and questions were answered quickly.
From airport arrival in Tanzania to my return in France, all the schedule has been respected, no issue with the transfers. Trans Kibo Travels employees and their manager were available to fix all issues. For instance, they provided me with a warmer sleeping bag (required for Kilimanjaro climbing) and an electric plug adapter, all this for free.
The safaris went fine, we saw all the big animals and the guides were friendly. Food was provided in sufficient quantities and quality was fine.
Concerning the Kilimanjaro and Mount Meru climbing, substantial tips had to be paid in addition to the initial cost. This was expected but it would have been better if this cost could be including in the initial bill for an easier budget management.
In summary, I would say that Trans Kibo Travels is a reliable company which is focused on its customer wishes. I am fully satisfied of the experience lived with them.
