An Unforgettable Safari Adventure with Antonio Safaris
I can't begin to express the gratitude and admiration I have for Antonio Safaris for making our Kenya trip in August 2024 an absolutely extraordinary experience. As a family of four, we were treated to a spectacle of wildlife that we'll cherish for a lifetime.
Our knowledgeable guides, particularly Evans during the first eight days, were exceptional. Evans's passion for wildlife was infectious, and his ability to spot even the most elusive creatures was astounding. His powerful Canon camera captured breathtaking moments that we'll treasure forever. Thanks to Evans, we were fortunate enough to witness the Big Five, the Ugly Five, and the Special Four, and his expertise in identifying various animals and birds was truly impressive.
We were also fortunate to meet Jimmy, our second guide, who introduced us to the enchanting Cheetah and her cubs. It was a perfect ending to an already incredible journey.
Antonio himself was a pleasure to deal with. His meticulous planning ensured that every detail of our trip was taken care of, from the comfortable accommodations to the delicious meals and beverages. The safari vehicles were reliable and sturdy, even after long days of exploring.
I wholeheartedly recommend Antonio Safaris to anyone considering a trip to Kenya. Not only will you witness the breathtaking beauty of the wildlife, but you'll also be accompanied by passionate and knowledgeable guides who will go above and beyond to make your experience unforgettable.

Excellent!
It was such a lovely trip with Bob. He planned our two-weeks-tour very well. We enjoyed charming lodges, the great nature of Uganda and most interesting safaris through National Parks. Bob is a very safe driver, he supported us absolut compentently during the trip regarding all questions.
We guess we will come back to Uganda with Bob.

Amazing company with personal touch
Shanjoy’s owner Patrick planned our multi generational safari for 16 people aged 9 to 77 from start to finish! We saw Amboseli, Ngorongoro crater, Serengeti, Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru. Patrick diligently worked to make sure we had lodges that fit our family which required 8 rooms one of which was a triple room. Our lodges were beautiful and luxurious with sounds of nature all around like hippos, birds and hyena calls. We saw some amazing things like a pride of lions eating fresh buffalo and two families with cub lions! We also saw giraffes, rhinos, baby elephants, baby topi, numerous birds etc! Our transfers were sometimes long with the bumpy and dusty park roads, but they were well worth it and we always had a comfortable bed and lodge at the end of the day with great meals! Our drivers/guides were always positive and knowledgeable. We appreciated Samuel telling us everything from information about animals, to the history of tribes in Kenya and current politics. How education has changed and the economical climate is changing too. The evolution of game parks and transportation/roads!
Patrick also had great attention to detail making sure the lodges celebrated one of my nephew’s 11th birthday and our wedding anniversary another night.
Patrick also welcomed us to his home and introduced us to his family on our last night of the safari before we went to an out of this world meal close to Nairobi airport where we got to try exotic meats.
Shanjoy is a great choice if you want a safari operator that has great attention to detail and a personal touch!

Mwalimu Naza is kind, knowledgeable, and prepared
Naza picked us up promptly at the agreed upon time, allowing us extra time to sort ourselves out before heading off. He drove very efficiently and safely to the Mikumi national park! Allowing stops for photos along the way of animals and of each other, as well as toilet breaks and a quick delicious lunch. We then headed into the park for 3 hours were we saw an abundance of animals immediately, Naza our guide answered all questions we asked and provided extra information! Afterwards we headed back to our camp and Naza ensured we arrived in time to freshen up before eating dinner, he also made sure we were all happy with our accommodation, which we were. The next day we woke up, had another delicious meal and headed out to our 8 hour safari! Naza went above and beyond to ensure we saw as many different animals we could in every scenario, we had elephants work right alongside of us to get to the water and clean themselves up next to a group of hippos! We also saw 3 lions, many giraffes, wildebeests, impalas etc. Naza again was very knowledgable on every animal we saw, and very kind to allow us to stop for photos often and even took some for us and with us! We had lunch along the way and also stopped near a group of elephants for wine provided as a surprise by Naza! All in all the experience was an 11/10, and would highly recommend everyone book up!

We admire her responsiveness and excellent communication. Mariam gave us a lot of information while planning our trip and she followed our progress every day to make sure everything was exactly as we want it to be, and frankly it was above and beyond our expectations.
Our first interactions with Mariam happened before Covid when we planned our trip to Uganda, she was very professional and we enjoyed working with her and appreciated her dedication, unfortunately we had to cancel because of Covid.
Finally, this year we decided to make our trip. Naturally we looked for Mariam, she opened her own business and organized for us a fantastic guide, interesting activities and unique experiences.
Our Uganda adventure was unforgettable, exciting and breathtaking.

Amazing experience during our Safari with Kiboko Explorer!
Our safari with Kiboko Ecplorer has been truly amazing! Our guide, Pius, knew everything about wildlife and has been nice and friendly throughout the days. Our accomodations were always clean and beautiful, and everyone we met was so kind with us. We have been really lucky and we could see all the big five plus other amazing animals. This safari will always be a sweet memory for my and my friends!

we chose Extra Miles because it was recommended by a friend who had previously used their services, and Joseph was in charge of all the arrangements, from the initial communication to the details of the trip. He was always thinking of us and made sure that the trip went smoothly and was enjoyable and safe. Our driver, Simon, had extensive driving experience and arrived on time to pick us up for our safari each day. He was very knowledgeable about the animals and helped us see all of them, including a lucky sighting of wildebeest crossing the river. I would highly recommend this company.
