we chose Extra Miles because it was recommended by a friend who had previously used their services, and Joseph was in charge of all the arrangements, from the initial communication to the details of the trip. He was always thinking of us and made sure that the trip went smoothly and was enjoyable and safe. Our driver, Simon, had extensive driving experience and arrived on time to pick us up for our safari each day. He was very knowledgeable about the animals and helped us see all of them, including a lucky sighting of wildebeest crossing the river. I would highly recommend this company.

Very satisfied
I was very happy to spend 7 days of happy safari with our guide Lucas. Although the trip is tiring, it is an experience I have never had before, and I am very satisfied with the accommodation arrangement. I saw a lot of wild animals, and the guide also worked hard to help us find and introduce animals. The driving skills are also great. Anyway, it's an unforgettable trip.

False promises, Bad communication, Wasted time
Do not book with this Operator!
From home we booked a 5 days Safari with 2 Nights in Serengeti. We were told that the tour is almost sold out and we will get the last two seats.
When we got there, the tour with two nights in Serengeti was not available and they just put us on another tour which we did not want. It was only with half a day in the Serengeti instead of two. Instead we went to much smaller and cheaper park on our last day with less Animales.
Furthermore, it was a joined tour. We did not know that. It means that you have to wait all the time for other travellers joining the tour on different days and therefore, always leave late to got to the parks. Hence, you have less time to find Animals.
Our driver always had to ask for money and the permits which should have been in order before the tour. So even more time was wasted.
So, nothing that was promised in our quote was met. Every day there und was a new problem we had to face.
At least we got a small discount, but it was nothing compared to all the trouble. After the tour we talked to our hotel Manager and he said that they already know the operator is a cutthroat.

Excelent support and very careful drivers!
Me and my wife just did a safari in August with Kitawa. They were great since the booking process (we asked for a hotel change). Nixon was very friendly and helpful when we had to do a minor change in the booking.
The safari was well organized and our two guides (Kevin and Idrissa) were very friendly, knowledgeable and drive very carefully!
We really recommend Kitawa African Safaris for your safari. We had a great time!

Efficient service and lovely safari tour
Our overall experience with Buy more adventure's safari has been amazing! Nadzua is very responsive and accommodating to my inquiries. We visited Amboseli, Lake Naivasha and Maasai Mara. Charles was our tour guide and driver, and we can tell he's experienced. He knew the best area to spot wildlife. We only have 1 full day game drive in Maasai Mara yet we were able to see a pride of lions feasting over a kill, Cheetah, Hyena, Cape Buffalo, Hippos, Crocodile in Mara River and the awesome view of the Wildebeest migration. It was such an unforgettable and spectacular experience!! We also saw a lot of herbivores and other animals. The safari is def worth it.
At the end of the tour, Charles dropped us off our preferred hotel in Nairobi. He is such a warm and friendly guide. He also convinced us to visit the Maasai tribe and I'd say it is worth it, as we got to see their way of life even just a bit. It makes our Kenya experience more memorable.
They also book wonderful camp/lodges/hotel for us.
I highly recommend booking a safari in Buy more adventures!

Well informed, always inna good mood and a safe driver.
It was a great experience. The driver knew all the right spots and was welk informed about the animals. We always had a lot of food and it was freshly prepared everyday. You get a lot for your money and the whole tour is very planned out and worked out perfectly. We only spent one week there but managed to do and see everything we wanted to.

Patrick and his team are super attentive and professional to details. You want an experience guide that knows how to handle any situations because you are in nature with wild animals.
Patrick helped planned our family tour that tailored to our family’s interests and needs. We saw all the big 5 animals. Experienced a lion hunt during a night game drive that we will never forget. Saw cheetahs and lion cubs up close.
We stayed at 6 different hotels, each with its own experience and ambiance that made it special.
We ran into an unexpected Masai protest but the guides handled the situation and got us to our next destination safely. We experienced flat tires but given the terrain that is not a surprise. Our guides were able to fix the issue quickly and got things back on track.
I highly recommend Shanjoy to anyone and will rebook with them again in the future.
