My experience with ACZ Safaris felt like walking down the red carpet from the booking to my return.
This was my second safari to Kenya after 30 years. I took my friend and 13 year old daughter which was their first safari. The initial contact and booking with ACZ Safaris was so simple online. I emailed what I wanted to do. Jon wrote back with suggestions and prices. I easily posted my deposit and sent them my travel itinerary. They had a driver pick us up at the airport delivering me to 2 nights at our hotel to rest up for our safari and to see some sights around Nairobi. We visited the farm of Karen Blixen, David Sheldrick elephant orphanage, and Nairobi National Park. The driver Martin was extremly courteous, knowlegeable and patiently answered every question we had. We saw the Masai Mara and the beqinning of the great migration. Had wonderful food and accomidations for 2 nights. Then on to Lake Nukuru to look for rhinos. We did and completed the hunt for the BIG FIVE which does not happen on every safari. The rest of the trip was just icing on the cake. We drove down to the foot of Mt Kilimanjaro in Amboselli National Park for 2 nights with a talented private Chef Frederick . The game drive and views were thrilling. We then drove to the famous Treetops Lodge for one night in Aberdare National Park where Princess Elizabeth was notified she was Queen upon her fathers death. The accomodations, food and views of the game were beyond what I expected. It had been nicely upgraded since I last stayed there but still had the characteristics that make it famous. The lodge had their hunter take us on a walking safari not only to see the wildlife but also explained some of the medical uses of the flora. That night they turned the flood lights on the saltlick for the guests to enjoy watching the game comfortably from a lookout. The next morning ACZ took us to Thompson Falls to see the waterfalls and have lunch. They drove us safely to the airport in Nairobi. I can't recommend this company enough. Being from the travel industry myself and being old school for customer service that you don't experience much anymore. This company goes over and beyond any promises they make. I was made to feel comfortable at all times and my safety and enjoyment was always number one with them. Everything was a thousand times better than I expected and I still can't get over their attention to every detail. My friend was so impressed too. My daughter had fun and got an education about another world, animals and travel that I can't provide at home or school.

Great experience on safari and Mt. Kilimanjaro climb
We don't have enough good words to say about Jackpot Safaris.
My wife and I did a 5 day Safari accommodation in luxury tents and then a successful 6 days Kilimanjaro climb.
We knew Jackpot safaris from our friends, that it was local agent, which we really wanted to deal with such kind of agency to handle our trip same way we support the local economy, indeed we did it!
Honestly and accurately left us in no doubt that we had made the right choice.
Our safari driver, Jonson was charming, humble, polite and a delight to be with in a Land Cruiser for 5 days.
Our Kilimanjaro guide “Living” treated us very well; the whole team of porters was also amazing! We made it up and down the mountain.
Sanga our cook! Provided us with the most excellent tasty food, he made us fell in love with local foods.
Nice Kilimanjaro songs from the crews during dinner, with the sounds of birds singing on the background it really was amazing and a life time experience that will forever live in my mind.
We would not hesitate to recommend Jackpot safaris. Treatment and quality of porters on the team was also very good, with Jackpot safari team, it never seemed to be in doubt to reach the highest peak of Africa “The majestic Kilimanjaro.” We will definitely recommend Jackpot safari to our friends.
Thank you Jackpot Safaris for a trip of a life time.

Paradise in Uganda
I visited Uganda in November of 2015. I was extremely happy with the professionalism , the English knowledge and the cultural knowledge of my guide Charles Wagaana . The trip was a dream come true. Charles made sure that I'd have a first rate cultural experience, interacting with local population, stopping to eat local food and experiencing local music and local dances form the variety of tribes that make up Uganda. Extremely pleased with the services of Destination Jungle. I will definitely use them again and I highly recommend the company.

Dream Come True
My 78 year old Mum and I went on a 'once in a lifetime' safari to Kenya using African Big 5 Safaris and it was a dream come true. Our guide, accommodation, safaris, meals, group size and communications were brilliant. Highly recommend this business!

The Perfect Safari Experience
This was our first time traveling to Africa and going on a safari, and while conducting our own research, we quickly found that the number of lodging and safari options was overwhelming. Once we reached out to PaperJet, Justin assessed our wants and needs and quickly got back to us with options that fit our price range and style. The booking process was easy, and Justin helped us through each step along the way. Additionally, once we arrived in South Africa, Justin stayed in contact with us to ensure everything was going smoothly and was available to help us with any additional recommendations as needed. We ended up loving our safari lodging and experience, and we are certain that we would not have ended up at this same property without Justin's help. We highly recommend utilizing the expertise at PaperJet Travel to help you plan your perfect safari vacation.

Lifetime memories with Africa Big 5 Safaris
My most recent Safari was to Botswana with African Big 5 Safaris, and I already knew that I was in for a treat as it was my 3rd time in 3 years on safari with Lourens the owner operator of African Big 5 Safaris.
Nothing is too much trouble for Lourens, you will be looked after like royalty...
Satisfaction all the way from flights, accommodation and food, and of course mostly value for money.
There is nothing in this world like waking in the morning just to think of the fantastic day that lies ahead for you, every day and almost every minute holds something special that just gets better and better with each sighting.
If you have ever thought of a safari, I can honestly recommend African Big 5 Safaris for creating memories that will last a lifetime, and just like me you will be yearning for that safari feeling again.

Safari adventure
A day trip from Kabale in SW Uganda to Queen Elizabeth Park exceeded my expectations! It was my fourth excursion with Gatatu but my very first 4x4 safari experience and it proved just so exciting to see in the Wild animals that all my life I've viewed in captivity. Above all, I was amazed by the number of elephants and captivated.
The planning was tailored to my needs and service excellent. The driver was outstanding - very careful. In the afternoon a two hour boat trip facilitated photography. A day to remember...

I found my company for all future safaris!
I went on a 3 day Maasai mara tour with this company. They were probably the ones with the best offer (price) for a tour with a 4x4 - if you consider going to Maasai Mara, this is really the only way to go - i have no idea how i'd survive the rocky roads in a minivan. Lucy, who takes care of bookings, was kind and very efficient in replying to my e-mails. On the day of the safari, Linus who was our guide was punctual to pick me up and his vast experience during the safari itself helped us to find all of the big 5 animals - and all that with a funy and insightful commentary from Linus.
This was a wonderful experience. I know two things - one is that I'm coming back to Nairobi as soon as possible and second that I'll be using the same company for safaris again.
