It was a wonderful experience to travel with Gorillas Homeland Safaris and see Gorillas up close.
I travelled last year in a small group to Uganda and we were taken good care of by Gorilla Homeland Safaris.
We felt safe and secure with our experienced guides.
Our accommodation and transport vehicle were excellent. It exceeded our expectations.

Clive Murray assisted me with my booking and was very helpful. I am happy with the deal I received as my stay was enjoyable and worth the money I spend. The only thing that went wrong was when we arrived at Bongani Mountain lodge there was no shuttle to pick us up to take us to the lodge. We were informed that pick ups were at 12:00, 13:00 and 15:00. We arrived at 14:50 to be told we were suppose to advise Bongani mountain lodge what time we would arrive so they can organize the pick up. This was not told to me so we ended up waiting about 40 minutes for the transfer to come and collect us. Other than that everything went well.

Kenya was a very friendly country. I never felt in danger, and everyone was always happy to help you out. We camped at numerous locations throughout the country and never had an issue. Beautiful scenery and wonderful people! and so many elephants!!

excellent service with frequent contact and advice
I found kingfisher safaris to be excellent in providing help and advice prior to booking. The fact it is a UK based company also helped in avoiding money transfers which can be awkward in Zimbabwe. Very personal follow up was received with Martin even making sure we had arrived at our various destinations. I had never used a tour company before for trips to Africa but with the number of transfers needed (air and road) used one this time and wasn't disappointecd with the service. Everything was on time andof a v high standard. The recommended accommodation provided an excellent holiday experience. Would definitely recommend Kingfisher and will be using them again in the future

Absolutely Exciting Experience
My family and I booked our annual family vacation with Helinas Safaris. They were beyond amazing! The customer service was outstanding and they made sure that every aspect of our trip was properly handled. We were a bit nervous because our safari was quite a long one (7 nights/8 days) and required a lot of travel to Amboseli, Tsavo and finally to Mombasa with a flight back to Nairobi yet we never had a single hitch. The staff members were all very kind, helpful and knowledgeable, always willing and ready to assist. We were kept well informed of all the travel plan throughout.
The camps and hotels that we were booked into were all top notch and beautiful. Throughout our entire safari we did not have a single snafu. Helinas thought out every detail very well including the airport transfer! We will definitely be using them for our next vacation!! I recommend this safari company to anyone wishing to go on an Expedition as well as flight and hotel bookings all over the world be it business or otherwise much of what I have had an opportunity to do.

This time in Tanzania and only Safari.
Ten wonderful days, thanks to Masha in Sunny Safaris Ltd. in Arusha and thanks to James, our driver and guide.
Our program, North-Western Tanzania, Manyara, Ngorongoro, Seronera, Ndutu, took place between February and March, during the short dry season between small and big rains.
After a careful reading of reviews on the Web, we sent request for quote to various agencies.
The analysis of what is offered, program/services/and of course price, convinced us to entrust ourselves to Sunny Safaris and it was the right choice.
The Agency's representative, Masha, followed us step by step; fast and accurate answered all our mail: great Jeep Toyota sunroof and also excellent accommodation in lodges and tented camps (all high class)
In addition, with our delightful surprise and without any extra charge, entrusted us to James: patient, always helpful, kind, thoughtful, and who spoke Italian too!
With decades of experience and knowledge of routing time Tanzanians parks, James has to optimize the path and we could make up time in the parks provided with entrance permits are included in the budget (each "time slippage" costs extra!)
Thanks to him we've seen it all: two Cheetah hunts very close families of Lion, Leopard, herds of elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, hyenas, zebras, birds of all kinds, flamingos, the Great Migration of Wildebeests with the birth of children and finally, in the Park of Ngorongoro, even the black rhino etc, etc.
Natural spectacle is exciting, another memory to be treasured.
