Daily Expeditions Limited is really amazing...They had arranged everything needed even though it was on a short notice. From the time we began our booking inquiry, the customer service of this company was outstanding. Mr Frank was very responsive, helpful man and insightful about what to expect, what to bring, where we were going and he assured us that we would enjoy our trip.He even shared the full schedule with us before we started our safari, and surely he covered the best scenery ever...Absolutely loved our experience with "Daily Expeditions Limited “Highly Recommended!

They take care of us from the time we land at Kilamenjaro to when they wave goodby -unbelievable
From the first conversation with Bernard for the trip planning to the last animal sighting with our guide Isack, It Started in Africa Tours made this trip, "The Trip of a Lifetime". The game drives, Bush camps, Lodges, cultural tours and knowledge of the animals and the land, nothing could have been better. Food was great, service in all of the camps was wonderful. I would recommend It Started In Africa to anyone who is looking for a Safari experience that will be talked about for years to come.

Our agent for Marhaba Holidays was Felix, whom I contacted by email regarding options for safari booking in Kenya. He was very patient and prompt to reply to all of my messages, usually within a couple of minutes. Rates quoted were better than those found on online booking sites. The two tented camps we booked were outstanding in terms of service and value for money. Our driver/guide was with us for the duration of the trip for all transfers and game drives. He was experienced, knowledgeable and helpful throughout.
A couple of suggestions for anyone booking any safaris: don’t make assumptions regarding amenities based on those you have experienced in other countries. If you require an air-conditioned vehicle or room, specify. If you require 24 hours of power supply, (many of the luxury tented camps run on generators which operate only for conventional hours, eg after dark until 11:00 pm), coffee and WiFi in your room, specify. None of these things were obstacles for us, but may be for some people.
One of suggestion to facilitate booking with Marhaba Holidays would be to add credit card payments as an option since wire transfers can be quite expensive.
Overall, a great experience and would highly recommend Marhaba Holidays.

Best organisation, great guide, amazing trip
The organization was perfect, the hotels amazing, the guide very kind and discrete Mr Cornelias helped us for everything and we saw all animals with a very relaxing atmosphere. We spent 5 days and 4 nights memorable in Massai mara naivasha and amboseli. Thank you Ket

Responsive and Detailed
Carmen and Thea were communicative and responsive from the get go. Their Tanzanian tour operator partner is owned by a Dutch/Maasai couple who practised first world standards like recycling paper and plastics wherever we went. That was a refreshing change. Local guide and vehicle also up to par. Do note that the local operator is a different company so the minor shortfalls (there weren't many) are out of Wayfairer's control so my only wish was that they had their own local rep on site.

Excellent service, Wonderful safari
We a group of 4 peoples from China had a amazing 8 days safari with Seven by far in Jan 2019. from the first contact with Mr. Sylvester, he always respond quickly to our inquiry, made a perfect program for us ,and arrange all things very well.
The safari vehicle is brand new, our guide Mr Peter is a professional,enthusiastic,funny guy,. he filled the whole trip with joy.
We could not ask any more from this , highly recommend!

Everything was perfect !
We booked only 2 days before the safari starts and Adam did an amazing last minute job !
We had so much fun with our guide Jacob.
We had problem with the payment and Adam was very helpful with us !

To be honest, I was not particularly impressed with our visit to Isalo. The area we visited was relatively crowded, not particularly rich in wildlife (although our guide was good did what he could). However, it is worth to keep in mind that most of what you see is not to be found outside Madagascar. It made me sad to realise that the beautiful Verraux's Sifaka we found was the last remaining of its kind in the area. Although with quite some effort we were lucky to find interesting wildlife (Ring-tailed Lemurs, Chameleons a few snakes and some birds), we met quite a few that were not so lucky. Weather was fine, and as we started early it wasn't too hot and we 'missed' most of the crowds. Scenery is great, but it is hard to be very impressed by the waterfalls and pools. One point of advice; if you have a sensitive stomack, don't bother going for the served lunch in the park. You will waste time there, it is crowded and noisy. Rather bring some fruite and spend the time searching.

Best 6 days ! Best adventure with Meru Slopes Tours and Safari
We had the best adventure from day one.
The Organisaion went without any problems. I stayed in contact with Geofrey from the first mail till the day we went back home. He answered very quickly and answered every question.
We booked a 6 day Tour and asked for one special night which was not included in the normal tour. It was no Problem and he organised everything. Everything there went well - we were very surprised and happy about the good oganisation.
Everyday was special and everyday was perfect.
Our guide Douglas did the best job. He was always lucky and joking. He answered all questions, explained everything and stopped at the best spots. We got to see nearly every animal very close and he took care about us. He gave us interesting informations about the animals and the wild life.
Also our cook Richard did the best job. He cooked delicious meal every day. He was kind and friendly and so motivated to prepare meal every evening . He listened to our wishes and prepared vegetables we brougt from the marked and wanted to try. So nice of him. Everbody was so nice and kind and tried to do everything that the clients have the best days during safari.
I can really reccomend this company!
