A most fabulous and wondrous time.
I am very pleased with our 5-day Kruger safari. It could not have been easier to arrange and I do not know how it could have been more fun. Lynn and Christine with Wildlife Safaris made it a snap to set up the tour via the internet. One or the other were in contact via email and ensured that everything was arranged beforehand. There were three of us traveling together for the safari and we did not know what to expect. Wildlife Safaris specializes in small group tours and for this one it was just the three of us. It was our own private tour! We were extremely fortunate to get “Hoppy” to be our guide. Hoppy quickly adjusted to our idiosyncrasies and was very patient with us. He is exceedingly knowledgeable and has a sharp eye for spotting something interesting while driving in Kruger. He was happy to stop whenever we wished and managed to find an angle for viewing by everyone in the vehicle. I appreciated the fact that he did not spend his time “chasing down” animals, but rather let things unfold. We were drawn to the birds and other animals and not just the “big five.” Hoppy gave us a magical experience in a fabulous country. Wildlife Safaris made it very easy for us.

A life changing experience beyond expectations.
I am humbled and privileged to witness nature at work with Botswana's amazing wildlife. Highlights included seeing elephants, lions, cheetah, leopard, hyena, wild cat, hippo, several antelopes -- so many, many wonderful cherished moments with a leopard cub, and several hyena cubs, and lion cubs. The guides and lodging were spectacular; the food was delicious; the staff members were wonderful. Everything was well beyond my wildest dreams. In fact, I am returning to Botswana in June 2019. I now consider Botswana my paradise -- some people have tropical islands for their paradise, mine is the African bush and its lovely people. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Spectacular wildlife viewing
An awesome trip with an unbelievable amount of wildlife. We saw at least 200 elephant, 50 or so lion, about 20 cheetah, and a couple of leopards. We did see 3 Rhinos but they were a few hundred yards away. Included in that were countless zebra, wildebeest, impala, gazelle and buffalo, not to mention many hippo. All of our accomodations were very good. We especially liked Ndutu Lodge and Tarangire Lodge. We had lion wake us up each night with their roaring. One night we had a lion and cub right behind our hut making all kinds of noises. Our guide, John, was also excellent and very accomodating. If we go again, which I would like to do, I definitely would like to have John as our guide again. Overall it was the trip of a lifetime and well worth the time and expense.

Three weeks roundtrip SA with 10days private tour guidance (GREAT)
While reading the reviews we are proud that we where Freya's first couple (2010) for such a long private guidance tour :-)
We had a great trip which, for us, was a unique experience. The diversity (of surroundings) we requested was really there. Also the quality of the accommodations was outstanding.

Out of this world experience
My wife and I booked our Safari adventure through Jewel of Africa via Safari Bookings. Right from the beginning Neil was extremely helpful going out of his way to make sure our honeymoon was exactly what we envisioned. He helped with securing the right sleeping quarters for what we wanted during a very busy time ( we went for Christmas) along with the booking of a flight into Hoedspruit from Cape Town. The transportation was arranged from the airport to the lodge as well. We were greeted by Lucky at the airport and he was very professional, friendly and a joy to meet. The safari itself was unbelievable. The scenery is absolutely stunning as I feel South Africa is a gorgeous country. The wildlife was plentiful as we visited Manyeleti Game reserve one day and the second day Kruger National Park. The opportunity to be in close quarters to such majestic creatures really left us with a sense of admiration for them and humbled. My heart breaks to hear such frequent stories of poaching in the region as we discussed this with our guide Simon as I can't fathom how someone could hurt an animal. Simon was fantastic and a wonderful teacher whilst he was our guide. The weather during our visit was incredible. Very warm with a few cool mornings and mostly dry. We did no birding this time around so I haven't much to say there but I would recommend safari to everyone. Dylan, Jeffery, Nat and the rest of the team at Phlewana where we stayed were brilliant, you couldn't find better host. Lastly, the food was extremely good during our stay so my hat is tipped to the kitchen as well! I hope to return some day as I truly loved my safari experience and although I have left Africa, it hasn't left me.

Exceeded our Expextations!!!!!
Our trip was incredible, all thanks to the founders and owners of Flight of the Eagle - Johan and Elize.
They took the effort to get to know us, and went to great lengths to accommodate our every need, and customize our trip - thus making our vacation both comfortable and memorable. Johan and Elize are scrupulously honest and extremely knowledgeable. They are warm and friendly, and most important genuine. Johan and Elize are not just tour operators. They are also dedicated honorary rangers, and spend a portion of their free time to deal with pressing issues such rhino conservation. They have a depth of knowledge about the behavior of animals, and the history and culture of this great land. We were left with many priceless memories, and would highly recommend Flight of the Eagles to everyone.
Exceeded our expectations

Awesome introduction to Africa
This was my first, but probably not last, trip to Africa. We were able to see animals infrequently enough to keep us on our toes, but often enough to make every moment worthwhile! Variety was limited, but the scenery was beautiful and weather was too - warm, often hot during the day, comfortable at night. The safari tents were a wonderful experience where we could hear animals (and see some too!) while feeling safe and comfortable. Food was middle of the road overall, but the fruit was phenomenal! Fresh pineapple, bananas, mango, watermelon every morning! The highlight of my experience was our Matoke tour guide Caleb. He taught us about Ugandas turbulent history, its culture, and his hopes for its future. He was funny and accomodating and even set us up with local guides for extra tours. I cant say enough good things about Caleb!!

Ultimate destination for wildlife lovers
We visited TANZANIA in January 2018. The place covered were Lake Manyarra, Ngorongoro crater, Serengeti, and Ndutu. We booked through Safaribookings and I must say it was a wise decision. Our operator Earthlife Expedition delivered all which was promised. I routinely conduct a photographer tour in East Africa since 2014, and I must acknowledge that this was my best tour as organiser. Apart from enjoying the wide variety of Wildlife, the smooth flow of the itinerary and great hospitality provided by all camps was just heartening.
I definitely recommend TANZANIA to everyone.
Already, I have booked my safari group to visit TANZANIA in February 2019. And hope to explore its beauty once again.
