Best trip of my life!
I can honestly say that these guys are incredible. Not only do they know stuff, but they are meticulous with their planning so that no stone is left unturned and the customer experience is the top priority. We have been on safari a few times but we wanted to push the boat out this time for our honeymoon. Malau and the team made that a reality for us and it was hands down, the best trip of our lives. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at adventure travel in Africa. You will not be disappointed.

It was a truly unforgettable family trip
I had the pleasure of booking with Mateys Wild Tours twice, and both experiences were absolutely fantastic! Our first trip took us to Tarangire and Lake Manyara National Parks for three days, and everything was flawlessly organized. We were so impressed that we booked a second, longer adventure—this time a 10-day journey through Ruaha National Park, Udzungwa Mountains, and Saadani Beach. Philipo, our guide, went above and beyond at every turn to ensure our family of 14 had an unforgettable experience. His dedication and passion for what he does are unmatched. I can’t recommend Mateys Wild Tours enough, and I look forward to our next adventure with them!

With Ndoto Safari through Tanzania
we have just returned from a wonderful, tailor-made safari tour through tanzania: tarangire, ngorongoro, serengeti, mara river. Malley (Ndoto Safari) organized for us, fantastically, the safari tour and the overnight stays in the camps (for the second time) including transfers, pick-up at the airport, inland flights, baloon ride. but the best were of course the great excursions with the animal sightings. we were able to see all the “big 5” (yes, including the rinos! malley knows the secret routes ...) and the mara river crossing. very reliable, competent, very good eye for the hidden animals and the paths, very good knowledge of german, friendly, witty. the trip with him was very relaxed and instructive. we will gladly come back!

Fantastic!
Our safari experience was simply amazing and unforgettable. Godson was the best guide we could have ever possibly hoped for. He made sure that we enjoyed every minute of it and we did! He took care of every detail, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything was organised. His knowledge of animals and parks, his patience and his politeness were second to none….and he was such good company too! We learnt so much from him about animals. When we arrived we said hi to a guide, but when we left we said goodbye to a trusted friend. So if you’re reading this review because you don’t know which safari company to choose don’t look anywhere else. Go with Godson and you won’t regret it..

Allen was the best
We had a nice time in this safari have seen all of the animals, some of them have been sleeping. The Serengeti was amazing and if i would a safari again i would stay 4 nights in Serengeti. The jeep was really old and i can understand that it is not easy to have new ones, but this particular one was really bad! All the drivers drive like crazy through the area as the distances are really too long. The owner Issa is a nice young fellow who knows the business in and out!!!

I went on this trip is a student on study abroad from the US with a group of my fellow students from our university. The trip was coordinated by our school so we didn’t handle any of the booking and planning ourselves. But the entire experience from the moment we left until the moment we returned to our hostel was phenomenal. The tour itself was filled with beautiful sights and we got to have experiences outside of game drives that were meaningful and an opportunity to connect with the community we came to get to know. Our guide was so knowledgeable about the areas we were visiting, it made us feel more connected to the sites we were seeing as well as safe navigating each place. I had a wonderful time and hope to come back to Namibia and take another tour again!
