An amazing 6 nights / 5 days with Chris, "Where your dreams will come true"
5/5

Before arriving into Uganda, I had no interaction with AA Safaris. My first encounter was with Marcy in Entebbe and then with Chris when he picked my daughter and myself up at Kihihi Airport.

We had a great time with Chris. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, respectful and entertaining. He shared all his knowledge and experiences with us and we also exchanged cultural stories. Chris definitely looked after us on our gorilla treks and made sure we would be okay. He also helped us go shopping to buy food items for a community and then drove us about an hour from Bwindi Headquarters to the village that we were taking the items to. On our behalf, Chris kindly shared some words of wisdom to the mothers, the children and the Head Teacher.

Chris helped make our 5 days in Bwindi amazing and we couldn't have done it without him. Thank you Chris and we look forward to keeping in touch.

Chris is a huge asset to AA Safaris and you should be very proud to have him in the Company.

Quote, in Chris's words : "I will make all your dreams come true". Which he did and will now get a t-shirt.

Once again, a big thank you to everyone involved in make our trip so wonderful.

P.S. We also saw Chris dancing at the start of the trekking and in Chris's words, he is very good.

Perfect Honeymoon! (7 day Safari)
5/5

The Airport reception was great, we had trouble with our luggage with Precision Air (DON'T FLY WITH THEM!) but Amazing Memories did everything to solved our problem and we got our bags back.

My correspondence with Anne was always very professional and helpful, I received several quotes but Anne's work was the best by far, as well as her recommendations. We worked out a perfect itinerary with great hotels. Loved all my hotels but FS Serengeti was out of this world.(Maramboi, Manyara, FS Serengeti and Neptune).

I would definitely recommend choosing Amazing Memories. I have already recommended them to all of my friends and family.

Thank you!

About: Mozambique
road to the Indian Ocean
Overall rating
4/5

MY trip to Mozambique is actually the end of a trip that started in Zambia and after crossing this country and Malawi, I reached the Mozambique border to cross the country from west to east until I reached the Indian Ocean. Mozambique is not a country that stands out for its wild fauna, greatly diminished by the effects of the civil war suffered by the country. The best parks are located in the state that border the borders of South Africa and Zimbabwe. But if it is endowed with a great scenic beauty, with extensive wooded plains on which protrude gigantic rock of rock, some of almost a thousand meters, that break the uniformity and give a magical aspect to the environment. The beaches of its coasts and islands are totally of very white sand and have nothing to envy to those that can be found in the Caribean or in the Pacific. The water of the ocean is of an intense and warm blue and it is easy to find whales jumping on them or approaching the boats, especially in the area of Ilha de Mozambique. Mangroves are also frequent, where the movements of the tide reveal an intricate labyrinth of channels on the sand, very rich in small marine fauna and birds, at low tide
People are generally friendly and curious about foreigners, and unlike in other African countries, there is an effort to recover part of the colonial splendor, of some settlements which are accompanied by restorations and the appearance of very well-kept hotel establishments. a high level of comfort and services that are promoting a tourism of greater adqusive power and very focused on relaxation or aquatic activities such as coral reef diving or navigation. It is possible that if the political stability of the country is maintained, Mozambique is called to be a country with a strong attraction for its possibilities. If we add to this its culinary culture, mixing the local with the Portuguese, the attractiveness of the country increases remarkably.
As security, it is not a troubled country in general and keeping with minimal care especially in the cities at nightfall as it happens in many Western cities, you should not have problems. Some guerrilla centers have appeared in the north near the border with Tanzania, linked to the appearance of oil in that area, but of little and infrequent activity

Very good upfront communication with Margaret. The tour was awesome and for a very competitive price. Our driver could tell us a lot about the parks and animals and we got to see many of them. Thank you!

we had the most amazing 4 days. in the lead up Alym was super accommodating, helpful and prompt with his communications and organisation which made us feel comfortable from the offset. our driver Hassan was extremely insightful and was a joy to tour with for 4 days. His knowledge and navigation of some tricky roads was fantastic. East Africa Wild adventures gave us a magical experience we will remember for the rest of our lives. highly recommend their services and expertise which is professional and friendly.

Wonderful safari with lots of animals
5/5

I had an excellent safari in Nairobi National Park with Shem of Kibera Holiday Safaris. Within a short time after entering the Park, I had seen lions, rhinos, giraffes, lots of zebras, gazelles, buffaloes, and birds. I did not expect to get so close to so many animals, so quickly. Highly recommended!
