Last minute weekend tours
We were in J’Burg on business and had two weekends for Safari. Last minute booking so it needed to be very efficient. Cape Tours found us excellent residences with lovely rooms and good tours. Thank you!

The best.
Communication was as good as it could be due to international barriers.
Service from day 1 to the last day was excellent.
The tour company exceeded my expectations.
Very professional and flexible.

They were very determined to ensure our holiday was all and more than we hoped for.
All went to clockwork. Professional kind and very friendly staff. Exceeded our expectation. The tour was just amazing.

More animals than we expected and best trip ever.
This was the best holiday ever. Our guide Saleh was the best. He worked so hard for the five days he was with us, over tough terrain and warm conditions, he always knew where to find the animals. We saw 3 different leopards in one day and two lioness with cubs in the Serengeti and finally, in the Crater, we landed our Big 5 with a great long distance spot by Saleh of a Rhino. I was anxious that March was not a great time to go to Tanzania with the wet coming but we saw so many animals and with a smaller number of tourists - it was a great time. Thank you Saleh for your expert guiding and great attitude every day. Thank you Anna for your communication before our arrival in Tanzania and coming to see us the day before the trip.

Vast but sparsely populated
Visited both Tsavo East and Tsavo West. They are quite vast, but sadly not a wide variety of animals are present. You see plenty of elephants and zebras, some giraffes, and that's almost it! We spent 2 days and only saw 2 lions in Tsavo East on our very last hour after a very frantic search for them (our guide had been told where to go and look for them!). There was the occasional monkey and one buffalo. This is all over 2 days! If you really want to see animals go to Maasai Mara, Amboselli, etc.

It was a little dry, but we know it was because of the time of the year, but it´ is great to see animals in diferent scenics.

AN UNFORGETTABLE AND AMAZING EXPERIENCE
If you are hasitating in visiting Kenya on february, do not do it! The weather is perfect, not to hot, with no rain. We could see the big five in the fisrt day, and a lot of other animals. The Masai Mara is wonderful, with great sightseeings, it is not to crowded. All the hotels are really great, the service is impecable, you can see everyone with a smile in their faces. Our tour was wonderful beginning with our guide, that has a lot of experience, always taking care of us, the transport is quite good, we had the car for ourselves. The food is very good.

Our tour for 25 days around Tanzania was the result of very good cooperation during almost one year!
Communication between very differently thinking people can be difficult, but also very giving - hopefully to both parties? "Dating" this way about new travelling experiences is like a lottery, and this time we won!
The cooperation and playing "ping pong" in the planning phase with Selous Ngalawa Camp fully lived up to our expectations - and more! We really feel that we got "value for money", and in addition to that we had the pleasure of meeting very kind and helpful people from the company and their cooperating partners!
We will never be afraid of trying this way of planning and travelling again, and the days in Tanzania gave us SO many exciting and new impres-sions and experiences that it fully covers for the tiny points of "dissatisfaction" (which we have long forgotten!!) We will remember this tour for the rest of our lives ......
