Everything was ideal start to finish
I feel very lucky to have found Kevin and Leslie and Experience Uganda! First Kevin immediately responded to my request to book a trip on very short notice. He suggested we talk on the phone so that he could get a perfect sense of exactly what would work for me. After calling me the next morning, Kevin had everything lined up for me within 24 hours. With only two weeks notice for my trip, he was able to secure my permits and flights without issue. He was responsive and professional the whole time.
I stayed at Karibu Guest House where Kevin and Leslie and their staff greeted myself with open arms and even arranged to have my friends come for dinner and a shower during their layover. The guest house is lovely and could not be a more perfect retreat in Entebbe. I then flew to Bwindi where I stayed at Buhoma Lodge which could not be more charming. Service and food was incredible at both locations!
Overall everything not only went perfectly smoothly, but Kevin and Leslie could not have made me feel more welcome, taken care of and happy!
I highly recommend Experience Uganda!!!!! I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Excellent service, competent guide
I did a 7 day Machame hike up Kilimanjaro and successfully climbed the mountain thanks to Tai Travellers. The email communication from the beggining was clear and responses were quick. They took care of me from the moment of my arrival to the time I left. Everything was exactly as we agreed in itinerary. No hidden costs and no unwanted surprises. They are very helpful and proffesional. I was satisfied and I would warmly recommend them to anyone thinking of doing the trek.

Excellence beyond expectation
I just spent an excellent 4 night safari with Moriti Safaris in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve. Shaun is an excellent host and his knowledge of nature is really out of this world. What really impressed me was his ability to track (and then find) the animals. The lodge he used was also excellent with very good facilities. I would definitely recommend his services to anybody. Well done Shaun, keep up the good work.

great itinerary, wonderful trip
We worked with Monique who customized our tour of Cape Town and the Sabi Sands Safari. The resorts were outstanding, food was terrific, the guides were wonderful and every pickup and drop-off went exactly according to plan. Would highly recommend.

Breathtaking, organized, informational, and extremely fun!
I visited Tanzania with two good friends. We had a wonderful safari with It Started in Africa. From checking in to getting the safari started, everything ran smooth. Our guide was Damien and we were so happy to spend 3 days with this wonderful man! He was friendly, liked to chat, a good driver, calm, and extremely knowledgeable about Tanzania and specifically its wildlife. We had a wonderful time seeing elephants, impalas, monkeys, zebras, lions, ostrich, wildebeest, etc. Damien had a great eye for finding animals - even rhino very far away. He would stop and give us plenty of time to take photos and just take in the beauty. The food was delicious, provided by Roman the cook. I appreciated that providing vegetarian meals for me was no problem. The campsites were great - Haven Nature and Lake Eyasi - and every single person we met there was so nice and informative. It was a treat to meet people who lived in the villages we visited and gain their perspective on their country and the beauty surrounding it.
I wanted to visit a coffee farm in the area and ISIA had no problem taking us there even though they had never been there before. We had a wonderful visit. The only thing I suggest is contacting the places you go that are not usually on their itinerary. They were not expecting us at the coffee farm and while it worked out fine, I was nervous that no one had contacted them to let them know we were coming. I made the assumption that ISIA would contact them but I see now that I could have just contacted them to let them know.
I highly recommend ISIA for a thorough and fun safari. My friends and I had a wonderful time and we miss being in Ngorongoro Crater with Damien looking at all of those gorgeous zebras!

Trip of a Lifetine
Neil and the staff at the Savanna Lodge did a fantastic job to make our experience the best it could be.
They were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming.
The experience of viewing the animals with them was amazing.
I could not recommend them more highly.

This was my 2nd trip with Adventure Africa; as before everything from guides to safaris was perfect.
Prior to flying to Africa, both of my trips (2010, 2012) were completely organized via email communication with Dickson, of Adventure Africa Expedition. I felt 100% confident with all of the arrangements that were made. His suggestions, coordination of trips and safaris, and accommodations booked were perfect.
Places that I visited and things that I did: Kilimanjaro was climbed via the Machame route; Masai Mara National Reserve, Lake Nakuru National Park, Amboseli National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire National Park, Serengeti National Park, Manyara National Park, Samburu Park, and Ol Pejeta Conservancy were toured using a safari vehicle; hiking was done in Aberdare National Park as well as a five day hiking safari in the Loita Hills; a week was spent volunteering at an orphanage in Migwani; a Maasai village was toured; and an elephant nursery and a giraffe centre were visited while in Nairobi.
Adventure Africa Expedition's staff are excellent, they know their animals, birds, and plants. They are courteous and polite. The cooks make excellent meals on safari.
I have absolutely no hesitation recommending Adventure Africa Expedition.
