Our guide Francis was amazing, not only in the way he managed the tour but also how he used to interact and relate with us.

4/5

We really enjoyed our safari. Our tour guide was very nice. Communication was easy. Since we went for a mid range package the accomodation was good. Also, it was our first time on safari in Kenya and we wanted to see as many place as possible. We went to Maasai Mara, Lake Elemental, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli and Tsavo East. Maasai Mara was a good experience but were tired after the all day game driveπŸ¦“πŸ¦. Add that to 7 days of travelling it was a bit hectic. Nevertheless we enjoyed the wild life πŸ¦’πŸ¦Œ. For us Amboseli was the best because we did sunrise and sunset drives 🌞 (Mt kilimanjaro is beautiful πŸ”) Also Tsavo east was amazing! Next time we would love to just pick 1-2 places and spend more time and experience it fully. πŸ˜ƒ

About: Safari365
Zannon Rocks! He interpreted the needs and desires of our family of 7 and then delivered!
5/5

Zannon James of Safari 365 deserves to be commended for all the effort, skill and talent he put into planning our (7 adults) family safari. We started out in Camp's Bay - hiking, mountain biking, touring the Cape, eating and drinking our way through Cape Town, Franshoek and Stellenbosh. Next we flew to Johannesburg. The accommodations at Arthol Place were PERFECT for our family - very attentive staff and incredible food! The JoBerg and Soweto tour was enjoyed by all 7 of us. Next - Four nights at Sabi Sabi Little Bush was great! We saw the Big Five after only one day, and added the Magnificent Seven before departing for Victoria Falls. Two nights worked well there as we really only wanted to see the Falls and enjoy a night out. Next we flew to Botswana for 2 nights each in Chobe and Okavango Delta. The helicopter ride between the two was a special treat. GREAT animal sighting as well. We loved the sunset Makuro canoe safari with so many elephants.
Each of the camps were well aware of the special dietary consideration of 2 of our family members. It was clear that Zannon had prepped all of our hosts. Every detail, from warm airport welcomes, easy transfers, very caring, friendly and professional staff made what could be an overwhelming process extremely easy and stress-free. Zannon listened to what was important to us and what wasn't and proceeded to tailor-make a most successful itinerary. We've been home 2 months and we're still on Cloud Nine!

Scammers- BEWARE
1/5

Honcho took my 50% deposit over a year ago and now they are off the grid- emails and websites gone, the lodge had NEVER gotten the money OR the booking. So now 2 weeks prior to the trip I have no safari booked.
It is too late to get Visa to cover the fraud and they are not to be found anyway.
What horrible people to rip innocent travelers off like this.

This company did a great job keeping us warm, safe, fed, and of course, showing us the beautiful wildlife in Krugar and around a local game reserve. Truly a once in a life time experience! I loved the accommodations; glamping at its finest. The food was decent and they were kind and thorough enough to make accommodations for gluten free meal needs.

Our tour operator was Axis travel, and they were amazing and beyond helpful. Cynthia provided so much support for us, even beyond the actual safari trip - including organizing transport to and from the airport, answering all the questions, etc. Our guide Kelvin, was so cool. He was kind, he knowledgeable, and he kept us very safe. Many times we saw some irresponsible driving, but Kelvin always kept his cool and took such a good care of us. Really, he made our trip superb.

One thing about Africa is that everybody asks for tips (at Axis even this was awesome and Kelvin was awesome). But people ask for tips that you don't even know what you are tipping... like we served you breakfast, tip us, we picked p the dishes tip us, we are going to the restaurant bathroom tip us etc. It is very extreme and strange for us coming from Europe. You can tell that Africa is a third world country and that there is such a corruption and poverty as people talk about it. Yet the prices are high and it makes you wonder how people manage to survive.

The country itself is so stunningly beautiful. Wildlife, coastline, everything.
