7-day trip to Uganda & Kenya
5/5

We recently had an unforgettable trip to Uganda's Bwindi National Park for gorilla trekking and Kenya's Masai Mara National Park, and we owe it all to our fantastic tour operator, Coleb. From start to finish, Coleb was incredibly patient in understanding our needs and went above and beyond to accommodate all our requests. He provided excellent recommendations that were perfectly tailored to our preferences, ensuring every part of our trip was exactly what we hoped for.

The accommodations he arranged were fantastic, and he efficiently managed any contingencies that arose with the local team in Kenya, ensuring everything went smoothly. Special thanks to our guide Brian from Standard Safaris for the Uganda leg of the trip. Coleb was always available during our trip, consistently communicating with our guides and enhancing our overall experience.

Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better-organized trip. We highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a seamless and enriching travel adventure!

Excellent tour operator with experience guides and plenty of safari experience
5/5

Meijo was a tour operator found on Safari Bookings and they helped us find the perfect safari itenary with very competitive price. When we got quotations from different companies the prices looked frightening - it looked like safari was going to be twice as expensive as climbing Kilimanjaro. Then we found Meijo - local, well priced. They offered us great accomodation, unforgettable experiences and the guide better than we could have dreamt of. Everything was perfect.

Unforgettable experience with a personalised and professional touch
5/5

I was very impressed with all the service we received from Habitant Andentures Travel.
When we started organising the trip Kombe was amazing in accommodating all our needs ( length of stay, budget constraints, areas we wanted to visit, accomodation).
We experienced the same excellent service when we visited Tanzania. The guides we had were well organised and very prepared for all the excursions we did.
The safari was amazing. We visited Ngorongoro Crater, Serengeti, and Tarangire National Parks. All were an unforgettable experience. The lodges we stayed were all very clean with good food and good service. The guide at our safari, Joel, was the best. Polite, caring, and very professional made our trip unforgettable.

The ultimate choice for a dependable, entertaining & well-organised safari tour operation
5/5

One of the biggest challenges when planning a safari trip to Nairobi is finding a trustworthy, economical, and experienced safari operator. I contacted and communicated with several operators, but it was just one call with Abongo—the main person at Silver Sparks—that made my decision easy. His patience, attention to detail, and calm demeanor assured me that he would meet my expectations for the safari.

Day 1 & 2: My safari with Silver Sparks was exceptional from start to finish. Abongo’s meticulous planning ensured that every detail was perfectly executed. The adventure began with a visit to the giraffe center, followed by a bike ride at Karura Forest (Tip: Make sure to get some cardio in if you plan on doing the bike ride), and concluded with an insightful tour of Nairobi city, including Kenyatta Market where you’re spoiled for choice with souvenirs. What made the first two days even more memorable was the company of Abongo, Kevin, and Eric. They joined me on the bike ride and were very helpful with haggling for souvenirs.

From Day 3 and 4, I met Peter, my tour guide for the rest of the trip. As they say, first impressions are lasting, and meeting Peter was no exception; his smile could light up a room. We headed to Masai Mara, a five-and-a-half-hour drive from Nairobi that turned into a seven-hour drive due to unexpected traffic (Tip: Leave as early as possible if driving from Nairobi to Masai). I stayed at Jambo Safari Lodge, which, though considered mid-range, could easily compete with luxury resorts. The game drives at Masai Mara were memorable, and Peter’s insightful information about the animals made the experience even better.

On Day 5, we drove from Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru, a five-hour drive with a two-hour stopover at Lake Naivasha for a boat ride. You can take the regular boat ride for USD 35, but Peter suggested using the boat ride offered by Lake Naivasha Resort, which costs $50 and was worth every penny. You get to see various types of birds and a few hippos. I stayed for a night at Lake Nakuru Lodge, which exceeded my expectations. My room had a balcony with breathtaking views of Lake Nakuru National Park.

On Day 6, the final leg of the trip, we left early from Nakuru toward Amboseli Park, driving past the majestic snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. At Amboseli, I stayed at the tented resort managed by AA Amboseli Lodge, a unique experience where you sleep in the heart of the park amidst the clean Amboseli breeze. The game drive featured incredible views of elephants strolling through marshy land with Mount Kilimanjaro in the background. Be sure to have your camera ready for some portrait-worthy pictures.

Finally, the seamless transition on Day 7 back to Nairobi Airport capped off an unforgettable adventure. Silver Sparks exceeded all expectations with their outstanding service and attention to detail. Abongo’s youthful yet mature nature has contributed to the success of Silver Sparks, and having a team like Kevin, Eric, and Peter adds to the quality they provide.

My only regret on this trip was not catching a glimpse of a leopard, but that just means I have a reason to return to Nairobi and experience another incredible safari with Silver Sparks.

Until we meet again, Abongo and Silver Sparks, Asante!

Exceeded our expectations
5/5

We booked a bespoke safari experience through Nature excursion safaris and Castor Floridy provided excellent communication organising every detail of our safari and always giving prompt replies to any queries. We have just finished our amazing safari . We arrived in Nairobi and started with two days in Masai Mara we then travelled to the Serengeti where we met Castor to continue our adventure including Ngorongoro crater and also a cultural tour of local villages. He looked after us very well, our booked accommodation was great. The safari was outstanding seeing many animals and Castor was a fantastic guide searching and getting us close to animals. The roads are quite bad but Castor was a brilliant driver and we felt very safe. I would not hesitate to recommend Castor and Nature Excusions ,this was a bucket list trip for us and ticked all the boxes.Thank you Castor

Top-notch professionals in every way. We hit the jackpot with Lion King Adventures
5/5

I have wanted to go on a safari since I was a child watching documentaries. I could not be happier with my lifelong dream becoming a reality with Lion King Adventures. Rose was so helpful with the itinerary and all our questions, and then on day 1 of our 9-day safari, our guide Fred Elias picked us up at the airstrip in Northern Serengeti and we hit the jackpot. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job than Fred as a guide. He can read the movements of the animals and anticipate what's about to happen, and get the jeep into the perfect spot for fantastic photos (and watching) all while explaining the animal behavior to us. Spending 9 days together with Fred E was very special. I am in awe of his work as a guide (and as a great person) which translates into a life-changing experience for anyone who is fortunate enough to experience a safari with Fred Elias as their guide. He has 20 years of experience as a guide in TZ. In fact, we spoke to other safari goers who had very different experiences in the same locations, on the same day as us - that speaks volumes to our experience with our guide.

Every day was different with new experiences.
Lion King does a wonderful job of choosing great accommodations, and taking care of every detail along the way. A 5 star experience from start to finish!

A trip to Zanzibar first to get over jet lag before starting the safari, and then a few days at the end to explore Stone Town and visit a spice farm rounded out our dream vacation perfectly.
I've been recommending LKA and Fred Elias to all my friends who are interested in going on a safari.

All organized
4/5

The first day we did the Chobe sunset cruise and it was great.
The second day we did the Chobe cruise in the morning and the 4x4 in the afternoon. In my opinion, there was not enough time on both tours so I recommend investing an extra day in a full day 4x4.
The third day we did a full day 4x4 and it was extraordinary.
The fourth day the transfer to all the sites of Victoria Falls was smooth sailing. Both the zip line, seeing the park, the helicopter and the sunset cruise were great.
The fifth day Devils Pool was an unforgettable experience but the transfer was a disaster. Only this transfer needs to be improved.

About: Safari365
Safari 365 is a remarkable tour operator and only provide the best in every aspect.
5/5

I recenlty completed a 10 day Safari in Tanzania with my family organized by Safari 365 and I cannot recommend them enough. The itinerary that Zannon put together was well planned and executed from start to finish. If we had to shorten our trip, it would have been very difficult to decide which area to eliminate. Each safari park offered an unforgetable adventure.

Logistics were perfectly organized that allowed us to relax without worrying in all the details. The accomodations were excellent and provided us different experience. Our favorite was Simbavati Grumeti; the service, people, food, ambiance were extra ordinary.

Trevor Stoutz of Safari 365 was available for us the whole time, he was professional, responsive patiently answering all our inquiries and went out of his way to assist on everything including handling our delayed luggage, made sure it was tracked down and delivered to our lodge.

Our guides (Mudy and Ronald) were the best. They had deep knowledge on the area, the animals and with great communication skills which made our safari experience exceptional. I like how both guides tried to involve our girls who are 11 and 14 years old. I also want to thank Safari 365 for putting something together to celebrate our daughter's birthday. Almost each accomodation had something arranged for her.

I am already thinking of our next Safari trip and would definetely do it again with Safari 365. They have made our first Safari experience one-of-a-kind.

Great 5 day safari experience from start to end with our guide Sebastian
5/5

e had the greatest safari experience during our 5-day safari in Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru with our guide, Sebastian. We got to see every animal we wanted to see. Sebastian was a great guide; he answered all of our questions with knowledge, stopped for all the animals we wanted to photograph, and waited patiently. Every day, we got to decide what we wanted to do and how long we wanted to be on a game drive. Sebastian gave recommendations, but we got to make the final decision on the timetable for each day. He was a very nice and professional guide, so if you book through Apodiformes, you should ask for Sebastian. :)

Also, communication with the office prior to the safari was very good, so thanks to Fredrick for that. Highly recommended service provider! :)
