Very accommodating and experienced!
5/5

I travelled to Murchison Falls, in late August 2024. I had never been on safari and had not planned the trip far in advance, but on short notice Dickson organised the entire experience, quickly answering any and all questions I had. My guide Lorand was great and very experienced, we saw everything you could hope to see in Murchison. He also accommodated a stop to the Ziwa Rhino sanctuary on the way, which was incredible. The company was great at communication and the experience was excellent.

A magical experience
5/5

Our Ugandan Gorilla tracking trip with East African Jungle Safaris was absolutely mind blowing! We trekked for just under an hour and then spent a further hour with these magnificent creature’s. We also spent time on Lake Bunyonyi which was magical. Our guide for our three day trip was Ronnie who is a great guy, and an excellent driver and guide. As two female friends travelling together we always felt safe with Ronnie and he imparted so much knowledge. We would recommend Ronnie 100%!

An incredibile journey

We organized a tree days safari tour with Magilani and it has been the best experience of our life: everything easy just perfect!
We visited Lake Manyara, Ngoro Ngoro conservation aerea and Tarangire National park.. we had the opportunity to spot lots of animals, our guides made everything even funnier and they told us many fun facts about animals.
The departure was early in the morning, everyday we had lunch in the pic nic areas of the parks ( we’ve always had tasteful meals), and then we came back to the lodge around 6pm.
August was a perfect period for us: we suggest to bring some sweaters to wear in the morning and at night, instead during the day the temperature is around 27 degrees.
We highly recommend Magilani if you want to do a Safari in Tanzania, the organization was just perfect even better than expected. You will experience truly deep emotions.. we will never forget this trip and all the beautiful people we met!

Excellent! Well organized, prepared for every scenario.

We had a 5 days budget safari to Amboseli, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha, Masai Mara. The accommodations were basic, but that's what we expected for the price. Everyone was kind, had no problems. The tour operator did all he could to make us comfortable. Masai village is a bit of ripoff, but that's not the fault of the tour operator. Later we had a one full day trip to Nairobi National Park, where there was a little bit of misunderstanding but we managed to talk it through.
Tour operator is very flexible, the communication is very good. Absolutely satisfied.
I would chose them again.

We spent 2 weeks on a private trip to Uganda with Kajie Safaris.

A big compliment goes to our driver Bob.

Bob always tried to show us the most beautiful places and explain them to us. He saw many animals before we saw them and took us very close to them. He really has eagle eyes :)

We were also impressed by Bob's careful driving style, which always brought us safely to our destination.

The selected lodges were also very nice, clean, well maintained and the staff were always friendly and helpful.

We can highly recommend Kajie Safaris and Bob as a guide. We spent 2 weeks on a private trip to the south of Uganda with Kajie Safaris.

Unforgettable Safari in Serengeti National Park
5/5

【Good】
- I had an incredibly valuable experience that I will never forget in my life! Thank you so much.
- Despite booking the tour the day before my trip, the quick response from the staff allowed me to make a smooth reservation.
- The tour members were all great people, which made me feel very comfortable and allowed me to fully enjoy the experience.
- I had always dreamed of setting foot in the motherland of humanity at least once in my life, and seeing the vast panoramic view of the open plains with my own eyes. It was a thrilling experience.
- The meals provided were hearty and delicious, allowing me to enjoy a satisfying dining experience.
- The hospitality of the tour company was excellent. In particular, Naomi was very considerate, speaking with me kindly, showing me around the local market, and negotiating with Tanzanians who couldn’t speak English. I was very pleased with her hospitality.

【Requests】
- I would have appreciated it if I had been informed of the tour schedule beforehand (at the quotation stage), such as what time we needed to wake up in the morning. Since we were told the schedule for the next day only on the night before, I was worried each night whether I would get enough sleep.
- On the first day, I was told that I could take a shower, but the shower only had cold water, which was too cold, so I couldn’t use it.

【To those planning to go on a safari in Serengeti National Park】
- The temperature difference between day and night is significant, so I recommend bringing warm clothing. If you tend to get cold easily, you might need a down jacket for the night.
- Always keep your valuables with you. One of the tour members had their USD stolen while they were eating lunch, leaving it in the safari car.
- There are souvenir shops along the tour, but the prices are generally high, so I wouldn’t recommend them. There are some souvenir sections inside the departure gate at Kilimanjaro Airport. If you ask the tour company, they might guide you to a local market.
- The departure procedures at Kilimanjaro Airport take a long time, and it’s not possible to line up in an orderly manner. I recommend arriving at the airport with plenty of time to spare.
- At Addis Ababa Airport (Ethiopia) during the layover, my return flight was delayed by a full day due to overbooking by the airport. I recommend planning your return schedule with extra time in mind.

A wonderful and amazing journey!

Choosing Whistling Travel was the best decision I made on this trip. For a Chinese like me who is not fluent in English, they arranged Chinese customer service to patiently answer all my questions and gave me the most satisfactory price and itinerary, Alex provided us with the most professional safari guide throughout the entire trip. Whistling Travel is undoubtedly one of the best safari teams!

Huge knowledge of every area we travelled in.
5/5

I worked with Vundi over a couple of months in 2023. We hired him for a series I was filming for National Geographic. For us to even hire Vundi for this project shows you how much trust we had in his experience and knowledge of the areas we would be filming in.
Filming animals in their natural habitat is a very tricky thing to do, but Vundi and his team were exceptional at getting us up close and personal, without feeling like we were at risk!
I look forward to the day I actually go and spend some time with him on a holiday and not work. You can’t go wrong booking with Unfold Africa Safaris.
