Poor communication, insufficient team spirit
We agreed on a 5-day safari package with Osnet. Our communication was very good beforehand and I had recommended it to many of my friends.
Although the tour started well, problems came one after another during the trip.
On the 2nd day, the Giraffe Center visit did not take place due to lack of communication between Geofrey and the guide. Although dinner was included in the price, I paid for it. The visit to the Masai village also did not take place again due to communication problems. The plan included a Tsavo West and Taita park tour. Our guide suggested to replace East instead of Tsavo West, and I said OK. Again, due to lack of communication between the guide and Geofrey, I had to pay the extra Tsavo East Park fee and fuel cost.
The hotel was not on our plan before the flight on the last day. I asked Geofrey and thanks to him he arranged. He asked 103$ for it and then said he paid himself for cover his excuse, I think.
In summary:
The communication between the team was very poor. Geofrey accusing them, guide and the driver criticizing him, telling he just sitting at the office.
Why I found myself in the middle of unpleasant arguments for no reason? Why did I pay for Park fees, fuel costs and dinner which should be included in the itinerary? Why we didn’t go to Giraffe Center and Masai Village which was also in the itinerary? I spent an hour to explain situations for Tsavo Parks. Why I had to do it on my vacation ?

I had a great time during my trip and am so grateful to Innocent for the care and effort he put into making my trip an absolute success.

Innocent was a great guide: punctual and consummate professional, attentive and caring. I'm a solo female traveler and Innocent was particularly attentive to my safety, even going the extra mile and joining in on excursions when he felt it was necessary to keep a watchful eye on me.

Quite better than your expectations!
He gave us an unforgettable bird watching tour! Every member of our 5-person staff says it was the best bird watching experience they have ever had.
The inclusion of a local guide in addition to the existing guide for each area increased the observation quality to the highest level.
Herbert won our hearts with the surprising improvements he made during the tour. We were amazed by how he transformed our hotel in Kibale into a much better hotel without our knowledge. Even though we did not have a hotel before the flight on the last day, he arranged a place for us to stay with dinner.
We enjoyed every moment with zero problems. Highly recommended

Trip of a lifetime -17 day Uganda Safari.
Tubale Safaris exceeded our expectations, from our initial enquiry, the booking process, and accomodating our request to extend the trip by 3 days.
We booked mid range accommodation and was pleasantly surprised as to the quality of the accommodation and the excellent food provided by each lodge.
The game drives were amazing, thank you Jamal our driver/guide who was very patient and readily stopped so we could take photos. We saw leopards, lions, elephants, buffalo, monkeys, antelopes we walked with the rhino at the sanctuary and walked amongst the zebra and giraffes. Jamal was very good at spotting the wildlife, even when they were hidden up a tree.
The trek to see the chimpanzees was an amazing experience.
The highlight was our tour was the trek to see the family of Mountain Gorillas spending one hour with this family of Gorillas was amazing.
We had an unforgettable 17 days and would definitely recommend Tubale Safaris.
We are already planning our return trip.

Professional and prompt
Sun Safaris were incredibly helpful when organising our first ever safari experience. Natasha provided an excellent trip for us, that was within our budget whilst also providing a very tailored/intimate experience! She was extremely prompt to communicate with and readily replied to our emails. Our transfers between accommodation/the airport were also seamless which was a huge relief! We stayed for 4 nights at Nsala Lodge which was perfect for our group, at times having the whole lodge to ourselves. Thank you Sun Safaris for an amazing trip!

my assistant Anja was fantastic, in everything. Very quick in contact, already during the planning she gave me advice but also followed my instructions on what I wanted. And she's nice as well as competent. But above all, during the trip he solved various problems for me (not regarding reservations, we didn't have any problems with this!) that I would not have been able to handle alone. This was very important. I will never thank her enough. I would recommend Great Exploration Namibia to everyone.

Lesego organised our holiday trip to Mauritius in 2022. It was so well organised to the smallest detail with a reliable airport shuttle transport. Accomodation was very good with clean comfortable rooms and the food was very delicious. The rooms were cleaShe knows good customer relations and always checked with us to ensure that we travelled well and how we were enjoying the place.

Holiday of a lifetime
planned a last minute Kenya Safari as a family of 4. From the moment we contacted Super Eagles, Chanson gave us options of different safaris. We initially wanted to do a private mid-range safari, however due to places being booked up so close to visiting, we opted for a budget private safari. Chanson booked all our hotels / tents, which though basic were clean and had good meals with friendly staff. He also helped us book our SGR to and from Mombasa and arranged for a driver to pick us up at Mombasa to take us to our hotel. Chanson was in touch with us throughout and very helpful. Our guide Jackson was also amazing. He himself was from Maasai and when in the Mara he knew most of the rangers and people. He was able to spot animals minutes before we could even see them! He had an exceptional eye and knew exactly where to go. We saw 11 lionesses, 4 cubs, 6 cheetahs, 3 hyenas as well as all the herbivores all on the first day in the Mara. Our next stop was Naivasha where we cycled at Hell’s Gate which was an amazing experience. We also went on a boat trip on the lake where we saw birds like pelicans and eagles at close range. Nakuru was a pleasant surprise for us as we didn’t know much about it before we went. We saw many animals including the Cape buffalo but the icing on the cake was the rhinos especially the baby one and a male lion. We ended our trip in Amboseli where we saw the giant elephants plus many more animals. We just missed a pride of lions and had a small glimpse of a cheetah but were not disheartened as we had seen saw much in our few days already. We saw 4 of the big 5 during our safari and we had an exceptional time and couldn’t believe how refreshed we felt each day! A huge thank you to Chanson for organising the trip and to Jackson who was the nicest guide we could have asked for. My kids absolutely loved him and his knowledge of where the animals were was absolutely mind boggling. A truly memorable experience!
