Our tour guide, Obed was one in a million!
5/5

We just returned from an 11 day safari with African Big Cats and I can’t recommend them more! From our planning stages to being dropped back at the airport they were responsive, friendly, organized, and helpful. We had a few ‘wants and needs’ beyond their original itinerary and they responded quickly and gave us options so we could determine what would work best for us. All of our accommodations were great and every camp was very welcoming, knowledgeable, safe, and every meal was great! Even our lunch on the trail was hot, fresh, tasty and not a boxed affair like others that we saw. Our guide, Obed was A+++ and was a huge part of our amazing safari. He is knowledgeable, informed, kind, and fun! He knows everything about Tanzania and understands what a magical place it is. Our vehicle was clean and well-maintained. You will spend a lot of time in the Rover so this is an important factor! He shared his knowledge of animals, birds, geography, history, culture…basically everything you would have a question about. He has great relationships with other guides so he always knew where the ‘happening’ spots were. We really felt immersed in Tanzanian life and felt more like travelers than tourists. Our trip was more than we could have imagined! If you put your faith in Big Cats you will not be disappointed!

Topnotch in preparation and execution of safaris
5/5

I have had four separate trips with Family Leisure Africa Safaris. Our first visit was for a cultural visit, and we stayed overnight at the Kajiado Cultural Resort. It was a fantastic experience that was expertly organized and carried out. We went to Malindi the second time. The organization shown great professionalism throughout the entire trip planning and execution process. For our money, we received worth. Since it was a family vacation, Wislay and his staff took care of our kids' and our requirements. We spent three days traveling to Naivasha. We took a boat ride and enjoyed a walking safari on Cresent Island, which was a fantastic experience. In the Hells Gate National Park, among many other places, we also loved riding and many other activities for the kids.
Lastly, we crossed Subukia on our way to Nakuru for four days. We went to the shrine at Subukia, which allowed us to connect to one another as families. We visited Lake Elementaita and Lake Nakuru National Park when we were in Nakuru. I heartily suggest Family Leisure Africa Safaris because of the excellent preparation and implementation.

Great Experience
5/5

We booked a 3 day Masai Mara safari tour with Jocky tour. Our guide Charles is a very professional and experienced game driver. Help us to find a lot of best spots to see the animals. It's a great experience and we really enjoy the tour.

Everything was perfect.
5/5

With a group of friends we went on Safari with Joky Tours. Today I know that it was a very good decision. The guide told many interesting stories along the way to the Safari. During the Safari itself there are also many interesting things about animals. We navigated the Safari trails efficiently. Here's a big bow to the guide - Josue. Accommodation okay (Safari - tents, Nakuru and Naivasha - hotels). The equipment is good. The food was a bit monotonous, but there was plenty of choice. The price may not be low, but it's worth the views. There are hidden costs for additional attractions in a few places.

Wonderful experience!
5/5

I came on Safari in late August/early September with a group of 4 other friends. Our guide, Barnabas, was AMAZING!! We saw lions (with babies!), giraffe (with babies!), elephants (with babies!), cheetahs, hippos, gazelle, and too many more to name. He was very accommodating and all 5 of us had a wonderful time as a result. Thank you Barnabas!

highly attentive to the entire family and flexible
5/5

We booked our 16 day holiday for our family (M51, F50, F16 and M14) with Ngotea on very short notice. Leonard and his team were able to arrange a great itinerary with both cultural and nature highlights. Culturewise, we loved the day-tour through Arusha, visiting the local market, banana and coffee plantation and waterfall. Special mention to Daniel our guide, who was great with the kids.
Naturewise, every day in the parks were highlights, Spotting the big 5 and many, many other animals, (cheetahs, hyena's, birds). Godliving was an excellent guide, tracking down animals and even predicting their tracks. His sense of humor and flexibility were highly appreciated.
The lodges the team booked were very nice, clean and spacious, as was the landrover-neatly cleaned out at the beginning of every day (and oh how dusty it was at the end of the day :) )

Leonard took the effort to meet us during our stayovers in Arusha (3 times), to make sure we were having a good time, and if we needed any changes to the program.

The last week of our trip we stayed in Zanzibar, all booked through Ngotea Distinctive Safaris. Upendo in the center of StoneTown -small family owned place with rooftop terrace, walking distance to the waterfront. And Upendo lodge on the east-coast of the island right opposite of The Rock restaurant. Upendo Lodge really fit out needs to chill out for a couple of days: small scale, nice restaurant and very nice staff.

Amazing experience
5/5

I took a six day tour with People Tours & Safari, 3 days Etosha and then 3 days Sossusvlei camping. My trip was amazing!

Even before I arrived, Emilia made sure I was well informed and comfortable with everything. During the tour she checked up on me regularly and made me feel super welcome.

My tour guide, Leonard, exceeded all expectations. Not only is he very polite and thoughtful, he knows so much about his country and could answer all of my endless questions. He organized the entire tour seamlessly and really went the extra mile to make sure I had a perfect experience! He knows a lot about the animals in Etosha and where to find them. And thanks to him planning the trip so well, we were even able to climb the Big Daddy dune by ourselves, the first to reach it in the morning - an experience I will never forget. He also made sure we always had snacks and water, our tents were set up clean and nice and charged my phone in the car. In short I didn’t have to worry about anything.

Wholeheartedly recommend booking with this company, especially also for female solo travelers. You will have an amazing experience!

A fantastic experience in Kenya
5/5

In July of this year, we embarked on an unforgettable journey in Kenya. Even now, when we look back, it feels as if we're still amidst the vast savannahs. From Amboseli to Samburu, from Nakuru to Maasai Mara, each day brought new awe-inspiring experiences. The Big Five, the wildebeest migration, a family of cheetahs walking past our vehicle before starting a hunt... All in all, this trip was filled with surprises and joy. Our guide, Philip, was very professional, experienced, and communicative. He showed us many incredible sights while sharing a wealth of knowledge. In short, we were very fortunate and came away with so much from this journey.

Confidence and insider guide in our first African adventur
5/5

This was a mother's and daughter's first African adventure. We were anxious about the trip, the culture, and everything in general. Right from the beginning, we felt guided, protected, and clear about what interested us in such an amazing destination. We had fun at every stop of the journey, and fell in love with the people, the nature, the wildlife, the culture, and the amazing service. We just want to book our next adventure soon!
