beautiful country , excellent organization
at the beginning of the trip our flight was delayed by a day but the guide was there waiting too . our program was very intense and everything was done in the best way , covering great distances . excellent ability to make us discover the fauna also poultry uganda and the good relationship between the guide and my 11 year old son .

They provided us with the best trip we could have imagined.
We went on a 9 day safari in July of 2015 and Robert our driver was not only Amazing but by the end of the trip he was practically family. We traveled from the northern half of the country to the bottom over the trip and we were able to see it all, from raging waterfalls to vast savanna's and the jungles of Bwindi. I couldn't recommend hem enough! We had one of the people traveling with is left their bags at a camp and didn't realize it until the next day, not only did they get us th bag by that night but they managed to have all the clothes cleaned in between. Truly fantastic service!

Flights and Safaris were friendly as well as professional in dealing with us.
The experience was memorable. Flights and Safaris were truly professional in their approach. The safari was money's worth. The driver was extremely good.
Scope for improvement : Accommodation in Nairobi was not money's worth. This should be included int he package. Food and restaurant service in Mara Sopa Lodge to be improved.
Otherwise everything was absolutely fine.

It was the most satisfying safari tour that I have ever been on--nothing was too much trouble.
From the initial booking of the safari to the safari itself, nothing was too mush trouble for this company. The hotel they suggested was amazing and Kakasii our driver went out of his way to make our safari the best one we have been on with little touches that other companies don't do thus making our experience much more than we expected. We will certainly use this company again and recommend it to anyone who wants an extra special experience that doesn't cost the earth.

Superb budget safari experience with professional and caring staff.
We had a six day tented safari visiting, in order, Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. Perfect arrangement for our family safari (kids 11 and 13.) Guide and cook was the perfect team to maximize our adventure and adapt to our needs and requests. Food surprisingly varied and well made considering the conditions. Guide did all in his power to show us everything. And we did! The car and tents were old but functional. Best regards to Stanley and Sokofo from the Bendz family!
