Excellent all Around!
We are from Canada. Had a wonderful trip to Africa organized flawlessly by Go2Africa. Experienced, flexible, responsive- everything you want when travelling to a part of the world where you need to be organized , comfortable, and feel safe. We worked with with Lauren who was terrific, and able to seamlessly correspond and organize things for us despite the big time zone difference when communicating. Most important- when some health issues arose on the trip, Lauren and her team were available over the holiday period and responsive, trying their best to make the changes necessary for our comfort and safety. It’s easy to rate a company when all goes well on a trip, but the mark of a quality, client centred company and personnel is when changes and adjustments are needed when something goes wrong. High marks to Go2Africa for the follow up and care given from day one. Highly recommended company. You will be in good hands. Don’t hesitate to use them. Thank you Go2 Africa!

Beyond Expectations.
I could have given more stars but I can only give 5 stars. This was our 4th safari to Africa but the first booking with Australken and we booked for gorilla safaris as I was going to be in Uganda for work so I thought that after I finished ,my family of six can join me and I was really happy with the arrangement's that Zippy made for us , my son,s enjoyed the expedition so much, it was nice to see tears in their eyes, as this what they really wanted to do for a long time. I am looking forward to coming back and doing a real safari with Australken.

Jason worked diligently, generously, congenially, and with complete knowledge of the camps, experiences, and costs of what was available. We exchanged many emails during which time he was informative, courteous, prompt, and proactive. He tailor made the trip that was right for me, listing to all of my needs and requirements. The two camps I visited, and by his recommendation, were absolutely flawless in terms of amenities, service, ambiance, excellent meals, creative surprises, and excellent animal viewing... Safe pair of hands
Ker and Downey made us feel looked after all the way. The bespoke itinerary was exactly what we were looking for, and they even threw in some nice surprises. Their agent met us for breakfast during our stop in Cape Town, and had very useful local knowledge and recommendations.

Road to another planet
I had only day in Karamoja region and I Paul from Karamoja Wilderness Expeditions was my guide there. It was amazing! Paul is a wonderful guy who loves this land and people. We were in village and next day it was a small hike to the mountains. It was one of the best experiences in my life.

Extremely personalized and top class service
I highly recommend Red Africa.
The service provided by them since the booking was excellent and they delivered above expectations. The guide Jaco, who is a savanna passionate and knowledgeable professional, provided an outstanding overview of Kruger’s wild life, including a tour with in-depth explanations which was much better than the regular tours offered by the park. Besides that, he was very flexible to adapt and attend our needs.

Great 3-day safari!
Overall, this was a great experience!
Selma communicated with us along the way and she was very responsive. We loved the diversity of the 3 parks that we visited (Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro, Tarangire) - each of them were very different and had a lot to offer! Our guide, Robert, was knowledgeable and kind. We stayed at Simba Karatu Lodge for the 2 nights and it was absolutely beautiful and the food was great.
The one thing we were disappointed in is the lunches. When you are paying thousands of dollars, we would expect better food, not just a piece of white bread with cheese and some fruit. I am not sure why we could not get leftovers from the previous dinner or a better quality lunch. We communicated with the lodge several times about our food restrictions, but they had no idea how to make a vegetarian lunch box and one without dairy. They messed up all 3 days, even after clarifying what we could and could not eat. We were especially disappointed because the food at the lodge for dinner was great! I am not sure why they could not have made more effort for the lunches. Overall, this is not a big deal, but I had much higher expectations given the price we were paying.
