AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!
5/5

I would recommend this tour for absolutely anyone who wants a great African experience. Myself and a small group of friends did a safari through Uganda, Kenya and finishing in Tanzania a few months ago. The tour itself was amazing visiting parts of the world you never dreamed you would go and experiencing things you could only imagine like trekking the mountain gorillas in bwindi impenetrable forest or whitewater rafting in the Nile! Our tour guide James was excellent and could spot animals from anywhere!!! I saw more wildlife in those 25 days then I have seen in my life!! We went way beyond the big five and were even lucky enough hang out with Mountain Gorillas, chimps, hunting dogs, rhinos aswell as everything else! James was great company a pleasure to be around and even taught us some Swahili words aswell as an easy song!! Our cook Costa was incredible I always looked forward to eating his meals. Everyday was an adventure with something different we did plenty of game drives, boat tours, walks, bike tour, white water rafting, bungee jumping and a night game drive. The tours there are great they really are tailor made to suit you which means you get the exact experience that your looking for! Overall the trip an amazing experience!!! I will definitely return for another adventure and recommend to anyone thinking of experiencing Africa.

I stayed at the Idube Lodge and the staff was very friendly especially the ladies in the kitchen. The local staff was very quick to offer up smiles and say hello and even lend a hand with greetings in local languages.....more than one! The game drives and access to the Sabi Sand were the shining star in my experience here. (I managed to poison myself by spraying the "Sleep Ease" bugspray in my room with the doors closed....not advised!). However, I got very, very lucky where I had a vehicle all to myself on one drive........Also quite unique was my guide, Promise, a local, whom I was told by a driver is a Prince in his tribe.....can't get much luckier than that! This was an unforgettable experience!

WONDERFUL AFRICAN SAFARI.
5/5

The Kruger Park photographic safari experience was absolute amazing. Dick Berry's knowledge and guidance on how to use your camera for the best wild life photos is unbelievable. His has lots of patience in guiding you to make sure your photos are top class. The Lodges were wonderful and the staff very friendly. His chef at the Lodge served the most amazing dishes. While on safari, we had opportunities to get real close to the animals and in some cases actually touch them. Wow! what a safari.

Kruger Still Has It!!

When my girlfriend and I first visited Kruger National Park in October 2010 it was our first visit to Southern Africa as well as our first safari. We had 4 nights in the park splitted between Lowers Sabie and Olifants Camp and we loved every minute of it. On our flight back to The Netherlands we were already making plans to return to Southern Africa and since our first trip we visited some of the best reserves in Southern Africa such as Moremi & Chobe in Botswana, the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park in South Africa and Etosha in Namibia.

For 2015 we had decided to revisit South Africa and Kruger National Park was one of the reserves we wanted to explore some more and we were very curious if we would still enjoyit as much as we did in 2010 after visiting those other famous parks in the previous years as some of them are much more adventurous and/or wild than Kruger. We had booked 9 nights in 4 different camps (Lower Sabie, Satara, Shimuwini & Berg-en-Dal) and I can honoustly say we again had an amazing experience and still loved every minute of it!! Of course Kruger can be busy, especially when you come across a big pride of lions on the tar road between Lower Sabie & Satara but if you know where to go and count to 10 sometimes it's still one of the best reserves to see the Big 5. We had 4 leopard sightings, multiple lion sightings, we saw hyena's, wild dogs and even a pangolin!! Some sightings were hectic, those on the tar main roads mostly but we had several amazing sightings with no (with the pangolin) or only a few other people around. We also liked the fact that we could chill in the fenced camps for once as it can be very relaxed and enjoy a good meal at one of the restaurants so we didn't have to cook ourselves. That's something you can't do when your at an unfenced camp in Moremi or Chobe in Botswana or the Kgalagadi. That's awesome as well of course but like I said before, we still loved Kruger!!

We have 6 days safari private with driver/guider from Tanzania Joy Tours Joseph. I could really recommend using its services, very professionally prepared to safari, good connection to other guides to find something interesting in Serengeti and other places, deep knowledge about animals, birds and african people. Everything was very good organized and in very nice atmosphere. Strongly recommended!

Serengeti is really the quintessential safari destination. Although it can get crowded on occasions, there's a good reason for that. Lions, leopards, elephants, Serengeti has it all!
