Don’t book with this criminal. This tour never happened. He never even showed up.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Michael was very responsive when we were booking our trip but once we booked he was less and less available.
We arrived in Tanzania for our 4 day safari and no one ever showed up. We also have a 3 day gorilla trek in uganda booked with all the flights etc. doubt he will show up for that either. Originally he tried to have us send money through western union, good thing I didn’t and my credit card is going to work on disputing the whole charge.

We werw on the 7days Safari with Adventure my take and it was amazing experience!
I'm from Russia and I travelled on Africa with my boyfriend in January 2019.
We were in 4 location for Safari provided by "Adventure my take" : Maasai Mara, Amboseli, Nakuru lake and Naivasha lake.
Our guide and driver was Antony - very good, friendly man and great professional! He knows all about National parks of Kenia and about wild animals, birds and even plants =) It was perfect and very exciting travel.
We have seen Big five and many other animals )
About organizaion:
- communications and service - all employees and managers were attentive, they helped us and were ready to answer any questions and help during the safari, if there were any problems (there were no problems!);
- guide - accompanied us all seven days and it was very convenient for us, he helped us if we have question with accomodation or something else during the safari;
- car - we were taken by big car, quite comfortable. Besides the two of us in the group there were 4 more people and everyone could comfortably stay in the car;
- accomodation - we booked budget safari, but despite this all accomodation was good and comfortable. When we lived in camps there were good meals, clean tents and hot water in a shower. There weren't any wi-fi if you live in camps, but we knew this in advance and it was not a problem.

the communication was good, we never realised any challenge during the period. they got one of the best services around with humbled but experienced guides who take their time while with customers.

Amazing safari in Tanzania
Thanks Paul for the most fantastic holiday one can ever think about when booking with Tanzania Roadside Expeditions! Everything turned out magic! Although the flight arrived 2 hours late the driver was there picking us up. You offered us a late dinner out in town at a local place after arrival as a gesture for the inconvenience and showing us great hospitality, which after all turned out to be a terrific start! The safari was perfectly organized with a very knowledgeable and service minded driver/guide. 5 stars out of 5 will be our grade! Naphtally goes the extra mile to make sure his clients are provided with a safari that meets their expectations and budget. He even came into his office late on a Sunday just to meet with us and plan our last minute booking. He was also accessible and professional throughout our entire adventure, including meeting with us when we got back to hear our feedback. Naphtally is thoughtful and is truly interested in making his client's safari adventure the best that it can be!
Our driver and guide, Paul, is highly experienced. He knows the parks and where the animals and most beautiful scenery can be found. Paul also has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the animals, birds and plants of the region. There wasn't a question he couldn't answer. Paul was always cheerful and considerate. He'll tell you he loves his job and it shows!
We did a six night/seven day safari through Samburu National Park, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara. This itinerary was perfect for us because we got to enjoy the beauty and animals of Kenya from north to south in different habitats. We did a budget safari and were very happy with our basic accommodations. All of the facilities were clean, we had many good meals and slept well. In Samburu the food was outstanding! There was a young chef, Preston, who customized all of our meals. He was one of the highlights of our adventure.
We saw an amazing variety of wildlife on our safari -- all the Big Five and more!
Don't hesitate to use World Escapes & Adventure Travel, especially if you're on a budget. They will work hard to provide you with a great experience!

Small company with a very dedicated owner
Paul, the owner of the company, really puts a LOT of effort into planning your safari and make the best out of your stay. The safari itself was amazing and the accommodations fully met/exceeded our expectations. Our driver was very knowledgable, however, he made it very clear that he would rather be with his family (it was around Christmas time). We of course understand this but this put us in a very uncomfortable situation. He only answered our questions but did not tell us a lot by himself. We also booked a beach vacation on Zanzibar with Tanzania Roadside Expedition after our safari. This part we wouldn't book again with them as we had a very unpleasant experience in the hotel booked for us (but Paul was again VERY helpful).
All in all we absolutely loved our experience and think it is very rare that someone puts as much effort into client servicing as Paul does. It was not "perfect" due to some things as listed below but your value for money is great and you sure will have a great vacation if you book with Tanzania Roadside Expeditions.

Seven by far is an excellent and reliable tour operator, absolutely recommendable.
Communication with Sylvester went smoothly. He was very friendly and met us at the hotel before Our safari.
Our driver and guide Nicholas gave us a lot of information during the safari, nature, animals and many other things. He handled everything really professionally. He is the best!

Excellent experience
We did a tour of Tarangire, Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and the Serengeti. We had a fabulous time and saw lots of wildlife up close as well as birds and stunning scenery.
John was the best tour guide and an excellent and safe driver. He went out of his way to ensure we got to experience the best of each location. We were passionate about seeing and photographing the animals and birds and John managed to seek out close up sightings and allow us plenty of time to take pictures and enjoy the experiences.
We had flexibility with safari times but referred to John for his advice which always proved to be spot on and often ahead of other safari jeeps. We saw something amazing on every outing.
John was extremely courteous and accommodating and it was a pleasure to have spent our time in Tanzania under his care and guidance.
The accommodation was all very good and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful at both locations.
Overall we would be very happy to recommend this company and our tour guide

Amazing Safari
I traveled with my sister a few days ago to Tanzania. We defenetly wanted to go on safari and we contacted with Afrozone Kingdom Safaris. Thanks to Adam everything was perfect, he went to pick us up at the airport and took us to a hotel in Arusha, the next morning our 4 days trip began. We left the big baggage at the hotel and go only with the necesary to the safari. We ask for vegetarian menu and they made all the meals for us acordig to that. And at the end of the trip, we needed to go to Moshi and Adam arranged it for us as well.
The experience was amazing and everithing went as planed.
