Review about Katavi National Park by nilsrinaldi
Overall rating
4/5

Also a remote park, Katavi was fantastic, with its small river along which wildlife was concentrating. Well-known for its hippos and crocs.

A different experience, away from the busy parks

I am living close to Mkomazi national park
I saw almost all the animal species there.
The experiences are very varying, sometimes you see a lot of animals, another time hardly any. All times many birds are around.
The park is not well known so you are the only one but also the animals are more shy.
Park rangers are not well experienced yet, a guide from external is at least as good.
In the wet season the park is difficult accessible.
In the dry season it has less animals since there is not much water.

Review about Kruger National Park by Duncan R

I have only been there on a day-trip, but even then I still saw a leopard, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, rhinos, countless antelope and wonderful birds. It really does deserve its reputation as one of the best holiday destinations in South Africa.

Sociable and amenable hosts delivering a memorable hloiday with superb photos to take home.
5/5

The planning of the holiday was made easy by the Pangolin staff who gave us advice on the flights, clothing, visas, currencies to bring, injection requirements etc. From the moment we were met we were looked after very well and enjoyed an action packed holiday. The purpose built boat on the Chobe was excellent. Each visitor had his own swivel chair and Nikon camera equipped with tele photo lense and motor. I took well over 1,000 photographs. The off road truck used for the safari park was also better than the others we saw. All together better than expected. We are already planning our next trip with Pangolin.

Review about Karoo National Park by Duncan R
Overall rating
4/5

We stayed in an extremely comfortable and large chalet, surrounded by undisturbed expanses of Karoo. It can get very hot in the day, but thankfully there was a pool to swim in, which was regularly visited by local birds.

Golden Gate is one of the most beautiful places in South Africa, and is definitely worth seeing if you can make it there. The mountains are majestic and the grasslands are full of life.

Review about Addo Elephant National Park by Duncan R
Overall rating
4/5

I enjoyed my day trip to Addo, as it offered great views of a variety of beautiful animals. The only downside was that the scenic roads were quite clogged with cars.

An afternoon spent on the Pangolin safaris boat on the Chobe River is the best possible way to spend time in Chobe National Park. Every consideration is given to light and position when placing the boat in the best spot to photograph the wildlife and birds that are so abundant here. Thanks for a fantastic trip :-)
