Amazing
A Great Experience.
I can’t speak highly enough of our recent 18 day safari in Uganda & Rwanda, everything was organized perfectly by Twipa Safaris. The accommodations were perfect and places. We would have never been able to do this trip with out their help.

Amazing first safari experience
My recent safari experience with Vacay Holiday Deals in Kenya's Masai Mara was nothing short of extraordinary. From start to finish, every aspect of the trip was meticulously planned, allowing us to fully immerse ourselves in the breathtaking beauty of the wilderness.
From the moment we began communicating with the travel agent, William, it was evident that we were in capable hands. William's expertise and genuine passion for creating unforgettable experiences shone through. He listened attentively to our preferences and interests, ensuring that our itinerary was tailored to perfection.
The coordination of transportation and transfers was seamless. Not once did we experience any delays or setbacks. This allowed us to focus solely on soaking in the incredible landscapes and remarkable wildlife that Masai Mara has to offer.
One of the standout qualities of our experience was William's flexibility and willingness to accommodate our interests. He effortlessly organized safaris and day tours that allowed us to delve deeper into the heart of Masai Mara, capturing moments that will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
In summary, our safari adventure with Vacay Holiday Deals was an absolute dream come true. The memories we created, the wildlife we encountered, and the warmth and professionalism of William has left an indelible mark on us. If you're seeking a safari experience that seamlessly blends adventure, comfort, and authenticity, look no further than Vacay Holiday Deals.
Thank you, William, and the entire Vacay Holiday Deals team, for an unforgettable journey. We eagerly anticipate our next adventure with your exceptional travel company.

They’re so nice and hospitable
We did a 5-day safari that included Tarangire National Park, Serengeti (2days), Ngorongoro, and Lake Manyara. The experience in each location was unique, and we enjoyed the first 3 locations a lot, but Manyara didn’t have a lot of wildlife and we could have probably skipped it and added another day in Serengeti. Our guide Elie was great, and was quick in identifying animals for us. Highly recommend!

A Mixed Experience
The company was easy to communicate with before the tour, and they met me on time. The price was competitive and that’s what I cared for most. This was my first safari and overall I loved getting close to the animals. The driver got us right up to some lions and I could hardly believe that we were just next to them! The negative is the guide watched a lot of videos on his phone when I wish he could have told me about the animals.

Fantastic
I did the safari with my mum and sister and we really enjoyed it, it was an awesome. The guide know a lot and he explain us everything and answer all our questions.
We choose the the private safari because it was for the last minute and the staff help us organizing everything also the flight from Zanzibar and the taxi to the airport.
In my opinion if you go to Tanzania you need to do a safari is something that you can’t miss.
If I do an other safari will be with this group company.

unforgattable trip
we visited 3 weeks the southern national parks to Lake Tanganyika and the Gombe National Park. The trip was chosen especially for us. Due to some health issues, the accommodations were selected based on our needs and were ideally suited for us. The entire communication in advance worked very well.
We were picked up at the airport and given a very warm welcome and then the journey of a lifetime began. The car was in great condition and was cleaned every day. Our guide Gabriel, who is now also our friend, is a very good, safe and experienced driver. He has discovered a lot of animals in the national parks even in hidden places and knows them all, so that we couldn't stop being amazed. The varied and dreamlike landscapes fascinated us again and again. People were always very friendly and accommodating to us, the lodges were of a high standard and we could sometimes see many animals from there.
The southern national parks offer the advantage that only a few tourists visit them. You can enjoy the animal experiences without restrictions and experience Africa in a very original way.
We simply had a great trip and the experiences and impressions will accompany us for the rest of our lives. We can fully recommend this young company with its extremely committed employees

Experience because of experience
Fantastic pre safari communication from Paul the CEO. He also came to meet us in Arusha at the end and it was great to hear and see how a local entrepreneur is challenging the more capitalised big operators.
The safari was brilliant - we have been to SA Malawi Bots Zim Zak Moz on safari and Walter our guide was as knowledgeable and experienced as anyone we’d met before. He was ex A&K and been guiding for over 20 years. Walter took us on the less chaotic paths away from the big crowds in both the Serengeti and the Ngorongoro Crater. This meant we had better sightings with fewer vehicles and once watched a cheetah mother with her five cubs on our own. He also managed to get us a sighting of the illusive Black Rhino!!! I would heartily recommend using this firm as they know the local ground and will show you a more authentic Tanzania. Some of the other firms like Tanzania Specialist and Savannah Explorers don’t try to find any sightings themselves rather they drive as fast as they can to find the next group of jeeps to find out what they are looking at resulting in overcrowding and noisy and busy sightings and their guides are clearly less experienced and understanding of being part of nature as opposed to interfering with it. If you want to see Tanzania I’d always use Tanzania Roadside Expeditions.

Biggest flop of my trip.
1. Agreement discrepancy.
They did not deliver the service they promised. We paid more for an upgraded open-sided vehicle as they promised they would provide, but they sent us a Landcruiser without a popped-up roof and below industry standards. One day during the Safari, because there was no roof to cover, I got sunstroke and ended the day's trip early.
2. Cover up problems and shirk responsibility.
When we questioned that the vehicle they provided was not what we required, they kept trying to cover it up, telling us that the Landcruiser was the industry standard and that no guest had ever questioned it (with an ironic tone), and requiring us to bear it as there was no other option. However, we were not questioning Landcruiser, but that they did not provide an open-sided vehicle as they promised.
3. Their quotation is more expensive for the same services.
Taking the price we paid as a reference, they did not provide an open-sided vehicle which generally requires an additional $700, therefore, in fact, their quotation was $500 higher than other agencies for the same services. Don’t choose them and save your money!
4. Irresponsible and lazy tour guide.
The tour guide they arranged for us was extremely irresponsible, often driving while making personal phone calls.
Example 1: In Mara, it is 20 kilometers from our hotel to a gate of the park, and it took him 70 minutes to drive us there. Then wandered 2 kilometers near the gate for a whole morning and we saw almost nothing.
Example 2: When we parked just 1 meter away from a lion ready to hunt, he kept talking and laughing loudly. We tried to stop him, but he continued on the phone for 40 minutes. At last, the antelopes were scared away by his voice, and the lion gave up hunting. We missed a great scene that could have happened, which made us very upset.
Example 3: He lacked a basic sense of service and courtesy. Firstly, I want to clarify that we have treated him politely and respectly. However, he didn't share enough information with us, didn't thank us for tips and snacks, interrupted us, and argued loudly with us.
Do not choose this travel agency, they will ruin your trip!!!

Wonderful Safari
African masterclass is simply the best tour company! Starting from the safari planning, flexibility and availability.
Everything was arranged perfectly and the services from the staff makes us comfortable, everything was of high quality!
Our guide livingstone is so talented knew alot about the animals and he answered all the questions we had about animals, parks, culture and everything else we wanted to know. He also able to find different animals in differents settings for us to see them.
The tented lodges which we stayed during our safari were beautiful and amazing also the meals and other services from the staff were great too!
Also we had a chance to travel to materuni village in moshi in the last day of our safari we really enjoyed the day hiking, swimming in the natural pool of the waterfalls and experiencing the local coffee production!
