Adventure time
Firstly, Moonstroll is a booking agency, it subcontracts the actual safari operators. We had a wild week with our experienced guide and his friendly and efficient crew, saw a massive amount of animals up close. Maybe a bit too close: on included Chobe boat tour the boat operator said many tourists want to see animals react, eg. do mock attacks. In my opinion you're already too close if that happens - especially on purpose. But yeah we saw lots! A couple of incidents we could have done without and also we did not have satellite or vhf communications backup which caused needless anxiety but other than that a fun and definitely memorable trip. Food and camp equipment were good. Suggest discussing matters thoroughly beforehand so you know who and what you will be going into the bush with. Weather was great but very hot.

Best Experience in our life so far
I planned most of my 5 Day Gorilla and Wildlife safari trip in Uganda via e-mail. The people who assisted with planning were very patient with my multiple changes to my itinerary. They were also open to me not following one of their existing itineraries. Michael was guide and he was just lovely and we had a really great time. I would go again in a second!

Incredible Journey with Simon
I went on a solo 1-week trip around Uganda and Rwanda (Chimps in Ft Royal, QENP, Gorillas in Bwindi, Golden Monkeys in Volcanoes NP) in September with Encounter Safaris. Luckily, I got the best driver/guide I have ever had in any country, Simon Tumuhimbise. Simon is incredibly knowledgeable about the politics of Uganda and the region was able to explain so much to me. More than anything he was a great travel companion with an easygoing personality and perfect english. I highly recommend a trip with Simon and Ecounter Safaris!!!

Nice guides and food
Guides were very experienced and nice. They could always spot animals hiding in the shadow, which is very impressive.
