Great communication and excellent service.
5/5

From the initial enquiry, Erik, our sales representative, was always quick to respond to our questions. Booking at a busy time he worked hard to ensure we stayed in the accommodation we were looking for and organised great alternatives for the ones that were not available.
During our trip, Erick was on hand for any questions, and organised for luggage that we didn’t need after our safari to be stored so we didn’t have to take it out to Zanzibar. Overall an amazing trip and we would recommend Serengeti Smiles to family and friends.

Excellent Safari trip with Champion
5/5

We enjoyed our safari adventure with Champion and Serengeti Smile. We saw all the big five, wildebeests crossing the river and many other animals. Champion is a great guide making sure we are safe with the bumpy road condition and he’s good at finding animals and place to take photos. We had a great time and highly recommend this tour company and Champion.

Amazing Safari Adventure
5/5

Our group of 8 recently worked with Lion King Adventures for trip of a lifetime. We worked with Caroline and Naurey to book our travels. They were very responsive to all of our questions and requests. Caroline modified our trip to meet our wishes. Both Caroline and Naurey responded promptly to all of our questions and helped us through the payment process. It was seamless. They also booked our lodging during our trip and the accommodations were amazing. Very comfortable and welcoming.
We were met at the airport by George and Jafari. They were with us for the first 2 days and were very accommodating and helped us find an ATM. What fun guys! Our trip started with them taking us to a hike at Mount Kilamanjoro where we saw an amazing waterfall. Maliki guided us on this tour and we ended up with a coffee tour in his village and an comforting lunch.
Gilbert and Macha picked us up the next day for our safari. They spent the next 7 days educating us on the animals, terrain... Read more and customs. . They work hard! We went on game drives everyday and they worked to ensure that we would see the amazing animals. Everyday they set up our lunch and at night they cleaned the vehicles. I'm not sure when they rested. Both were so much fun and we will always have fond memories of them!
We spent the last night at the Gran Melia hotel in Arusha. It was spectacular.
The lodging and food was more than we could imagine. Everyone at Lion King was more than helpful. From the time that they picked us up at the airport until we departed we were well taken care of. Their service was impeccable and we got more than we imagined for the cost of the trip.
Do not hesitate to use Lion King Adventures!

The experience was awesome and quite adventurous .Geoffrey who was our driver and guide as well was a very humble fellow who was conscious with his communication skills, exhibited high level of patience. He engaged us all the way and the kids loved him as well.He ensured that we had the best experience. The price was relatively reasonable compared to the other agencies that we had contacted. I recommend this agency and with Geoffrey as your guide you have a lifetime experience.

Amazing experiencie
5/5

It was an amazing experiencie, we were lucky enough to see almost all the animals and even some of them came right next to our car, so we got a really good and an amazing experiencie.

The driver was amazing, really nice, able to spot all the animals even for far away and he let us use his binoculars.

Exceeded all expectations, well planned Safari tour all the way.
5/5

Have been trying to digest the impressions and things we have seen in only 48 hrs. Feels like at least like 4-5 days.

Up close experiences with almost all the animals gave us both a full memory bank as well as a full photo album with the Big 5 and many more. Having experiences from other safaris with no cats, we saw 20 Lions, 4 Cheetahs and 1 Leopard within the first 24 hrs. Exceeding expectations is therefore more of an understatement.

Mr. Good Luck (our Tour Guide) really lived up to his name. Friendly, educated and also very listening to our wishes to make sure we got the most out of our trip within Serengeti and Ngorongoro.

For sure a memory for life. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, exciting gamedrive with a great guide
5/5

exciting 4 days spent with Assad, our guide. Assad is very competent, prepared and ready to satisfy requests to make the tour unforgettable for each participant. Right away our group of 6 people of 3 different nationalities felt like family. His ten-year experience allowed us to see the 5 big five! during the long stretches in the jeep he played both local music and the splendid Africa by Toto. From now on when I listen to it again my thoughts will go back in fabulous Tanzania. Thank you to Assad!

Everything has been exceptional
5/5

Everything with our safari has been exceptional, starting from the organisation, easy of communication and attention to our requests.
Suleiman has been a great driver, gave us lots of explanations and answered every question. Thanks to his experience we have been able to spot all the big five and lots of other animals.
I will absolutely recommend Lion king adventures for a safari and ask for Suleiman as a driver.

About: Safari360
a well-organized and memorable safari experience, with excellent wildlife spotting and safe driving,
3/5

We recently completed a 5-day private safari in Tanzania, covering Tarangire, Central Serengeti, North Serengeti, and the Ngorongoro Crater.

Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we were fortunate to see all the animals we had hoped for.
Lameck, our guide, was excellent at spotting wildlife and drove safely throughout the trip. His knowledge of the animals and environment was impressive, and we learned a lot from him. Additionally, Pietro, who handled our booking, was professional and prompt, making the planning process smooth.

However, there were a few areas for improvement:

Bluetooth speaker to wake Lions: One incident that left us feeling uncomfortable was when Lameck used a Bluetooth speaker to play hyena sounds to wake up sleeping lions on our first day. While this did lead to better photo opportunities, it felt unethical, especially with numerous jeeps already surrounding the lions. Although he stopped after we expressed our discomfort, this... Read more behaviour seemed at odds with the ethos of conservation that Lameck self-proclaimed. We believe this practice should be avoided entirely in the future.

Language Barrier: One of the more significant issues we faced was with Lameck's English, which made communication somewhat difficult. Almost everything he said, we had to ask him to repeat himself, and after a while, it became tiring to continue asking questions.

Communication about our route and plans: For much of the trip, we didn’t know where we were or where we were going next. For example, when I asked about visiting Seronera, Lameck simply said "no" due to our accommodation, but we ended up going there later. A bit more explanation—like letting us know we’d visit later—would have helped manage expectations. It would also be helpful if he provided options, like whether we'd prefer more time with animals and a later arrival (after sunset) at the lodge, or an earlier return. Keeping guests more informed would enhance the experience.

Overall, it was a fantastic safari, but with a few adjustments, it could have been even better.
