Review about South Africa by niknikjw
In the northern part of the country, we stayed with a friend on a private game reserve and were able to see the local wildlife up really close (incl. antelope, zebra and giraffe). We also visited another private game reserve a few kilometers away where we were driven all over in an open topped truck. That was a lot of fun. There was a lot of wildlife in some very beautiful countryside.
The southern coast is also stunningly beautiful and you'll see plenty of wildlife there as well.

Review about Ngorongoro Crater by DennisK
This is a must see destination! The view of the crater from above allows you to digest all the geological information you will read and that the guide will tell you. It is also a natural zoo, rich with water and vegetation that supports many wildlife.

Review about South Africa by Ronel van Zyl
The Big Five can easily be seen and a self drive safari is very possible. Safari on your own pace and own viewing preferences eg wildlife or birds. The climate is amazing and the food the best! Good roads but expensive toll roads. Diversity of people, cultures and scenery in one country.

Review about Serengeti National Park by DennisK
Serengeti - what a name, what a beautiful area and oh, so many animals. We went to Kenya a week later and saw the continuation of the Serengeti into their country. It was also beautiful, but very commercial. Hopefully Tanzania will not change their management philosophy.

Taga Safaris Africa a truly professional operation
Our first trip to Africa was in April 2010. Searching the internet was quite daunting but we thought the Taga Safari site looked very professional , so we decided to contact Taga for advice on planning our African safari to South Africa, Botswana, Zambia and Namibia.
We were truly impressed with the quick response to our numerous queries and the proactive manner in which Mark assisted us in planning our itinerary. He certainly has a great knowledge of Africa.
When we arrived in Johannesburg, Mark was at the airport to meet us and he escorted us to the transport base to begin our adventure. At no point during our entire trip did we feel unsafe or intimidated. At every transfer point to/from each safari or country, we were met by a Taga representative to ensure our timely and safe passage. The Taga representatives were always punctual, very courteous and competent.
We had such a wonderful trip thanks to the input of Mark and his Taga team, in fact we were so impressed that when we decided to return to South Africa for a safari lodge holiday (Sep,2011), we immediately contacted Mark to make the reservations. Once again we had the most wonderful trip and we are now looking forward to planning another safari holiday.
We commend Mark and his Taga team to anyone who is looking for a highly professional organiser, to assist and implement their plans for an African holiday, with the emphasis on seeing the magnificent wildlife in a safe, friendly and happy environment.

Review about Lake Manyara National Park by DennisK
This is a small park near Arusha and had the most visitors we encountered. Because of the season, it has the least animals. However, we did see the flamingos!

Royal treatment at an affordable price.
My first travel experience to South Africa I had a slight apprehension on what tour company to use. A friend of mine recommended Tambuzi Safari's. I had some budget constraints so I went on a 10-day budget/ back packer safari package through Tambuzi in the Kruger National Park and surrounding areas. Traveling in a foreign country with different cultures, amazing sights and animals that only live in this area of the world had a great impact on my life. The fun of meeting new people and assisting with the daily camp activities energized my soul. I recommend using Tambuzi Mobile Camping Safari's when traveling to South Africa.

Review about Tanzania by Sarah Beatty
The abundance of wildlife, great scenery and good accommodation. It was extremely rare that we saw other safari jeeps.
