They did everything they could to make our trip smooth after our flight was delayed 3 days.
Carol was very helpful in putting together a tour for us. When our flight got delayed 3 days they worked very hard trying to rebook everything and make sure we got the best options available. Unfortunately we missed out on a few of the awesome hotels, but that was not their fault at all. They did respond and try to make our trip as smooth as possible at all times. We loved all of our safaris. We didn't enjoy the two lakes we went to as much, and would have skipped them altogether and spent more time on the safaris, but keep in mind the drives are long and take a long time (they can't drive over 80km/h, so do the math like that), and the lake stops were more strategic. Next time I come, I will choose to go to less places and spend more time in each place, for sure.

Excellent safari with quality accommodations and experienced guide in Tanzania
We are very happy with the 6-day safari we took. The accommodations were excellent, and our guide was highly experienced. During the safari, we visited Tarangire, witnessed the Great Migration in the northern Serengeti, explored the central Serengeti, and visited Ngorongoro. Additionally, the company is reputable, fully licensed to operate in Tanzania, and holds a TALA license.

Punctual, high-quality and interesting!!!
Punctual, high-quality and interesting!!! They picked us up exactly to the minute. On the way to the safari we stopped at the office, where in addition to the payment we were given some nice gifts. I really liked the safari itself, lots of animals. Almost all of the big five, except for the rhino! To see more, I recommend taking at least a two-day tour. We simply didn't have time for this because we were going to Kili. There was also a great lunch and then some more safari. And all this for relatively little money.

Unforgettable and Perfectly Organized Safari with Suricata!
Our 5-day safari with Suricata Safari was an unforgettable experience, and the entire package exceeded our expectations. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, everything was perfectly organized. The itinerary was seamless, and we felt completely looked after. Our guide, Lewis, ensured we were always safe and informed, making the trip stress-free and enjoyable. The attention to detail was remarkable, from the delicious meals prepared by chefs Tito and Salim to the well-chosen, comfortable campsites. Every aspect, including seeing the Big 5, was expertly arranged. We had an amazing time, and the value for money was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend!
Our safari was a great experience. Everything was planned from start to finish, we didn't have to worry about anything. Salim and Tito cooked fantastic food, we had hot meals for lunch and dinner. We saw the Big Five with Lewis, our very friendly guide. Every day was special and he showed us the diversity of Tanzania. Our tour group also harmonized and we had a lot of fun. I can only recommend it!
Honestly one of the absolute best tours organised, everything was just perfect!

A wonderful experience beautifully curated by Crafted Africa
Our UK-based expert - Helen Kirby of African Leap Safaris - helped us design our month-long trip to Malawi and Zambia, drawing on the expertise of Mike and his team in Lilongwe.
We were delighted with the choice of lodges and the great variety of experiences in a very well chosen route from game lodge; to tea plantation; to forest plateau; to a second game lodge; to Cape Maclear on the edge of Lake Malawi; to Mumbo Island; to a game reserve in Zambia and back to our starting point in Lilongwe with a day to explore the capital.
As an indication of the thought behind our itinerary, we can’t answer when friends say what was the highlight of the trip - because each of the places we stayed was so different and so fascinating that each one was a highlight!
From the start of the planning process, the Crafted Africa team was so quick to respond to questions and to make suggestions that ae felt in very safe hands.
Once we arrived in Lilongwe, we were looked after very well by Lawrence before we flew the following day to Blantyre where we were met by Mathias, our driver and guide.
We immediately felt comfortable with Mathias, who drove with great skill and guided us through the local history and culture as we drove around the country.
Malawi is a beautiful country and we felt privileged to have the chance to learn so much from Mathias.
The quality of the accommodation and food was exceptional and we were looked after at each lodge with great courtesy and good humour - and all praised Mike and his team for the way they are encouraging tourists to explore Malawi in a sustainable way that brings income to local communities and helps the country’s efforts to protect its wonderful wildlife.
All in all, the quality of our experience was worth every penny.
Crafted Africa rightly deserves its reputation as the best tour operator in Malawi.
