Trudno jest opisać słowami, to co przeżyłyśmy przez 3 dni Safari zorganizowanego przez World Tours & Safaris Tanzania. Było absolutnie idealnie. Nie spodziewałyśmy się, że wycieczka zrobi na nas tak ogromne wrażenie. Co do organizacji, to Richard ogarnia wszystko znakomicie, jest z nim świetny kontakt, wszystko wyjaśnia, odpowiada na maile niezwłocznie. Bardzo pogodny i miły człowiek a do tego świetny menadżer dbający o swoją firmę i PR.
Safari spędziłyśmy z przewodnikiem Stanleyem Ernest i to właśnie jemu należą się największe podziękowania. Pokazał nam najpiękniejsze miejsca Afryki. Sprawił, że wycieczka była dla nas niesamowitym przeżyciem. Posiada ogromną wiedzę, na temat wszystkich odwiedzanych miejsc, spotykanych zwierząt i roślin. Przy tym Stanley jest niezwykle ciepłym, pogodnym, miłym, sympatycznym człowiekiem, który szybko stał się naszym przyjacielem. Przez całe Safari Stanley był bardzo opiekuńczy, dbał aby absolutnie niczego nam nie brakowało, żeby brzuchy były najedzone, żeby wygodnie nam się spało, żeby sprzęt był naładowany, ale przede wszystkim żebyśmy zobaczyły wszystkie cudowne rzeczy które ma do zaoferowania Afryka. Oczywiście widziałyśmy Afrykańską wielką piątkę i wiele, wiele więcej. Z czystym sumieniem mogę polecić World Tours & Safaris Tanzania jako organizatora safari a mojego przyjaciela Stanleya jako przewodnika wycieczki.
Stan, dziękuję Ci jeszcze raz za wspaniale spędzony czas.

We were incredibly lucky with the animals we saw in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro.
We had 7 days with Bramwel Safaris and we spent 2 nights each at Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. We were incredibly lucky as we saw the big 5 and multiples of these and other cats at the 3 parks. Our driver Gideon was fantastic and always made sure we were at the right place at the right time. It was very dry and dusty but this made it easier to see all these animals as they weren't hidden in lush green grass. I would definitely recommend Bramwel Safaris to friends who are looking to go to Tanzania in the future. Thanks to William and his team for ensuring we had an amazing experience.

Amazing honeymoon
The travel agency really pleasantly surprised us with nice hotels one after the other as we made our way along the garden route. They made it a point to put us up in different types of hotels e.g. Rustic, countryside, elegant, beach resorts, etc. For us to experience the different hospitality services that S Africa has to offer. They also told the hotels that it was our honeymoon and we were treated with such love!
Special mention goes to monique who handled our booking. She was flexible and made really good recommendations, open to changing our booking to address our last minute requirements. She was always friendly and prompt to reply and we were thankful for her high service standards.
Beautiful Country
I have just come back from a truly remarkable safari in Tanzania. The country is blessed with everything from scenic landscapes and beautiful animals to stunning sandy beaches. An excellent choice for people wanting to go on Safari for their first time.

No Moses- No Safari
My wife and I very much enjoyed our trip to Africa! It was due, in no small part to the efforts of Ben and our guide and driver Moses! The before trip section was handled expertly by Ben and he was always there, at the other end of the email, to answer all my OCD questions. I had a couple of issues with the immigration visa, I arrived the day before everything changed and I think I was the first Visa ever issued; and Ben walked me through the frustrations. We had a delightful time and had only one small issue. Ben resolved the issue immediately and I would book another trip with him in a heartbeat.
However, the heart and soul of the trip was our driver Moses! He was so kind and worked so hard to see that our trip was a once in a lifetime experience. The only thing I can say is: "Next time- No Moses- No trip!" I am sure that all the other guides that work for Ben are of equal caliber, but my money is on Moses.
Be very open with Ben about what you want and do not want. He is looking for guidance from you to help plan the trip. If you don't know something- ask. He will create a trip just to your liking.

Beautiful Safari at Masai Mara
We did a Safari at the beautiful Masai Mara wildlife park. It was more then we could imagine. We had a very kind driver who picked us up from our hotel. We had a stop at Narok to have some lunch, wich was included to this trip. We slept at a campside and had our own tent and bathroom.
The driver showed us some of the beautiful places inside the park. He could tell us a lot about the different animals. We saw lions, elephants, giraffes, gazelles, zebra's and a lot more.
We were very content with the service, offered by Kenya Walking Safari's. We had an experience we will never forget.

Nice employees, good itenerary, some mistakes/miscommunication but in the end all solved
With some help of a friend we had a good itinerary. The safari was good, except that we had lots of car damage. Our driver was skilled to fix it all the time, so in the end we did not mis a lot. Our trip to the summit of Mt. Kilimanjaro was great, we had a great team that walked with us to the top.
For both safari and the climb we had good food, well done chefs!

Highly recommended local tour operator
This summer we traveled through Kenya, and a few weeks before we arrived there we tried to find a company to do our safari-trip with. We wanted to visit Samburu as well as Masaai Mara, ideally in a 6 or 7 day trip. Not a lot of companies were offering that as a group tour. Because of that, and because of the good reviews, we contacted Terminal Tours. Even though it was quite short term, we mananged to plan everything such that it exactly fitted our schedule, and Terminal Tours went the extra mile to help us achieve that. Communication was fast and adequate.
The trip itself was an amazing experience. Basically we proposed ourselves to join two different groups and change halfway during our trip, because this would give us an extra day. Because of this we have met several drivers and cooks from Terminal Tours, and they are all very professional, nice guys, and fun to travel with. Because of some unexpected circumstances Terminal Tours had to send another driver for one part of the trip. In order to not let us be affected by this, this driver left Nairobi at 3AM, and in fact on that day we had a private Safari, even though we booked a group tour. This is just an example to show how important service is for Terminal Tours, and they go to great lengths to really give you the experience you pay for, and nothing less.
Already the second day we had seen the complete big five and the great migration as well. We have seen animals hunting, eating prey, and on another day we actually saw the whole process of the migration starting to happen in a spot where we were the only car. This was completely due to the skill and insight of the driver. The cooks were amazing, and the food was of high quality. In the second part of our trip to Kenya we went to the coast for some more fancy resorts, but if I had to choose between the food there, and the food during the safari trip, I would choose the latter anytime. The accomodation is of good quality as well, since we booked a budget safari we expected more of a backpacking setting, however everywhere we had good beds with mosquito nets, hot showers, etc.
Next to the safari trip itself we received great help from Terminal Tours as well, for accomodation on the night we arrived, for helping us book other activities/transport on our travel and by showing us some nice places in Kenya. So, take my word for it, Terminal Tours is highly recommended.

Memorable safari thanks to Big Time Holidays Ltd
Me and my husband booked 4-days Serengeti/Ngorongoro safari with Big Time Holidays in August 2015. Definitelly we would recommend this company to anyone who's looking for once-in a lifetime experience! Firstly I must say that Milabo Allan was extremly patient and was answering all of our questions (and, to be honest, we had lots of them!). Thanks to him we were fully informed about our safari, and in fact everything went as planned. Even though at the time of our arrival to Arusha he was busy in his office in Nairobi, he arranged everything for us so that we didn't have to worry about a single thing. Every time we wanted to ask something, he replied immediately and we were in touch all the time. Actually I'm pretty sure that he would answer his mobile even if we called him during the night:) Safari itself was perfect and surely we'll keep the memories for the rest of our lives. We even had an elephant visiting our campsite early in the morning which was pretty exciting and memorable. Another advantage of Big Time Holiday Ltd is the price - I've done an extended research in so many different companies and Big Time Holidays Ltd offered us the best agreement so that we were sure we're not being overcharged. To sum up - it was just great! Milambo is definitelly a person that you can trust and he'll do his best to make your trip an excellent experience.
