Great experience, really serious !
The 3 drivers were at time to the hotel to kigali (4:30 am).
the cars were so confortable (and fun) for the 12 hours on the road.
we were 19 persons with 3 cars.
This experience to Akagera park was very great, we saw lots of animals but no lions and elephants.
Franck had planned everything !
Very communicative and professional

Everything was well organized
Everything was well organized.
The first offer I had already after one day. All other questions were answered very quickly and competently.
The journey itself was a dream, unfortunately very short.
In Uganda everything went very well. From the transfer at the airport to the end of the journey.
The selected lodges were very good.
Richard, the owner is a great birding expert and always saw all the animals immediately.
He has always responded individually to my wishes.
I highly recommend Shoebill Safaris.
Thank you for the great journey.
I'll be back!!!

An Epic Safari Vacation Thanks to Pembury Tours!
From the very first email to get a quote to the last day of our trip, Tammy of Pembury Tours was amazing. Our group of six had never been to South Africa before and Tammy patiently answered our many questions quickly and thoroughly. We spent seven months planning and she hand held us all the way through. We traveled to Capetown, Private Game Preserves in Sabi Sands and Timbavti, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Botswana, then finally Johannesburg over 3 weeks. Tammy arranged the excellent guides, transportation, hotels, and activities, and even recommended restaurants. As we all know when you travel, not everything goes as planned but when it doesn't go as planned, Tammy immediately took action and all was resolved. I have already recommended Tammy and Pembury to a friend who is planning a trip at the end of the year. Thank you Tammy and Pembury Tours!

Beyond Safari
It's been a decade to cross off the bucket list. Africa is the most place I wanted to go so bad. With tens of research, followed by the instinct I finally chose the company, Soul of Tanzania.
Indeed, we just relieved as soon as we met our guide, Heaven at the airport. As we felt like it would be a great journey, it went so fantastic during our safari.
The lunch time, as I viewed through the reviews, we served warm and nice meals like a picnic. It was much more ROMANTIC with 'real nature' than I thought. People around us wondered about our company, even one of them came to us and asked in person.
During the safari, Heaven tried to show us 'Big 5' and it really worked. Thanks to Heaven's efforts, we could have some great chances to see wildebeests' migration, cheeta's eating on the tree and zebra's bath and drinking. When I was in the middle of the wildebeests on the field, it's like we are in the heaven on earth.
As Heaven wrote on the back widow, we flew really high. Thank all other staffs as well for prompt replies and the support with heart to be our trip great.
Especially, thanks to Heaven, we enjoyed our trip with Heaven who loves and is passionate and thankful about his job. We were not only exploring the nature, but also learned and touched a lot from his attitude. Also, we were a great team!
Above all, the most important thing to be a great trip is not just where to go, but who is going with you. Anyone who is interested in. Just take this. You'll be on the right track.

can’t in one sentence
Service: my tour guide, Karim, was terrific.. he absolutely became my friend.. and took terrific care of me to be sure everything was perfect as far as he was concerned! Above and beyond!
Home to Africa: disappointed in the stupid and ridiculous flight they booked me on to come home.. I had basically NOTHING to do in Entebbe for 30 plus hours /. I should have been on a one day earlier flight
And to tell me, the travel department thought I needed a day to rest.. that should have been my call especially since there is NOTHING to do in Entebbe.. the owner said he would check on why that happened.. still awaiting that response , even though that is 30 hours totally wasted and lost
It’s things like that that aren’t properly executed to leave a bad feeling

Amazing experience
I had an amazing time with the company. They were much more than I could ask for. Tour in Tarangire was one of the best moments of my life and Paul the guide knew many stuff about each animal and was really fun to spend time with him. In case I decide to do safari in Africa again, I will definitely go with this company again.

Gorilla and Golden Monkey tracking in Rwanda.
I had a wonderful time traveling with Terrain Safaris in Rwanda. The guide was very helpful and helped me meet with locals that had the same interests as me. Very professionally organized and I am definitely going to be using them on later occasions.

Luxury Safari Company designed a complex itinerary that was executed with flawless precision.
Luxury Safari Company designed a complex itinerary for our family of five, involving five locations, safaris, and a climb to the summit of Kilimanjaro. While Mom and Dad made the eight-day trek to the summit of Kilimanjaro, Grandpa (me) and the two kids (ages 8 and 13) safari'd in three game reserves throughout Kenya, ending in Masai Mara on the Kenya side of the Serengeti, where we rejoined Mom and Dad for the final four days. The camps were first-class in accommodation and service, and the views were breathtaking. We saw more than fifty varieties of birds and animals, including lions, rhinos, cheetahs, hippos, crocs, hyenas, impalas, Cape buffalo, giraffes, elephants ... the list goes on. A special treat was our drive to see the wildebeest migration at the Tanzanian border, where ten thousand wildebeest and zebra braved attacking lions and crocs to cross the Sand River. The entire experience came off with flawless precision thanks to LSC's planning, attention to detail, and personal service.
