Amazing safari in Tanzania
5/5

In four days we visited Tarangire, Ngorongoro e Serengeti: it was an amazing experience due to the contact with neture and wild animals in their habitat. We were able to observe all kind of animals che abbiamo potuto osservare da vicino grazie alla nostra guida, Arida, thanks to our guide, really knowledgeable and lover of the animal world. Arida Arida was able to show us all the mythical BIG FIVE (lion, rhino, leopard, cheetah and bufalo), as well as zebras, giraffes, gazelles, antelopes, ostriches, hippos, crocodiles, eagles etc.
I advice to stay at least one night in the Serengeti in a tended camp: it is a fantastic experience sleep feeling around animals! The great availability and the timely and complete information of our guide were fundamental: thanks to them we were able to observe the increasingly varied landscapes, the Masai villages, see animals in their natural habitat.
I would strongly advise to choose Bestday!

The best safari operator
5/5

We've had the best safari experience with SafariBook Evolution I can imagine. The operator is reliable, very carrying of guests, reception is easily reachable in Arusha. Our guide was extremely friendly, communicative and with an amazing eye for animals and our cook was a food-magician (on the safari, I've had the best pumpkin soup ever). Also, we saw the Big Five, so our trip was complete in every manner. We strongly recommend SafariBook Evolution!

Excellent experince, fantastic tour quide
5/5

We were with James on trip 08/2015. We were on gorillas (in Bwindi), chimpanzees (Kyambura Gorge), 2 days safari (QE Park) and many more. Everything was absolutely perfect, James takes care about us and he did everything for us, he explain us a lot about Ugandan poeple, nature, habits etc.
Please note, you have to order your gorillas trip few month in advance, permits are very limited.

I can absolutely recommed this quide, he is one of the best in Uganda!!!

My Amazing 9-Day Safari
5/5

I had booked a 9-day safari with Authentic African Safaris.
I were guided very well by Murtaza at the USA office. The safari details were fully customized as per my requirements, with fine tunings done by Murtaza, as he has years of experience in the business. His knowledge of the country and the park encouraged me to use them rather than the other company that was recommended to me by my friend. Also dealing with a tour operator, with their local offices in USA was a piece of mind!
On arrival at Kilimanjaro Int. Airport, we were met by the driver who transferred us to the overnight hotel. We stayed at the Arusha Coffee Lodge, and the place was just out of the world. the first glance of Africa and we knew that we had made a great decision to come to Tanzania and this was going to be an adventure of a lifetime!
Murtaza's brother came to meet us and that was another relief! One of the owners coming to see just the 2 of us! they really care about each and every client.
The lodges and the food was just a touch above the best. Tarangire Treetop, Manor at Ngorongoro and in Serengeti - the Migration Camp and the Pioneer Camp - the experience was just amazing. My wife is a vegan, and i had informed Murtaza beforehand and he took care of it all the way, from the packed punches to the dinner at the camps. The food was just delicious, an African touch to all the food made it all worthwhile.

All in all, we are very satified with the tour. Our guide Felix had a third eye somewhere, he would see animals miles away! Very knowledgeable, and spoke English very well. He had a great sense of humor!
In short I have no problems is suggesting that anyone using Authentic African Safaris, will get a great service.

Safari to Tanzania is expensive. This is due to the fact that all these camps are located in the middle of the bush, and the infrastructure is not like the western world. Thus you pay a premium for getting all the comforts in the middle of a jungle surrounded by animals. You would go to Europe for the same number of days at a much lower cost - but then can you compare Europe to African Wildlife? There is no comparison.

Best holiday of our lives, and we've been to over 30 countries. Special beyond words
5/5

WOW!! I honestly don't know where to start.. my husband and 5 year old daughter went to Kenya for a 5 day safari - we went to Amboseli, Lake Naivasha, and the Masai Mara all very beautiful and amazing

1. Noah, the man who responds and organises all the tours was amazingly patient and so very helpful!! I'd send him an email, mind you we are 9 hours behind and I'd get emails straight away, he answered all our questions, we forgot to see about getting a car seat for our 5 year daughter until we arrived in Africa. I emailed him from the airport and when Eustace, our fabulous guide, showed up the next day car seat was in the car! My husband realised the day before we were leaving Kenya he forgot his credit card at the hotel in Lake Naivasha ( we'd stayed at 3 nights prior a bit annoyed with the hotel that they didn't call us or Noah as we'd booked through them but definitely not Wildebeest's fault!) so Noah sorted it out got our card to Nairobi. Eustace got it to us before we left for the airport- mind you he had to leave his house early in the morning to get to the courier office to pick up the card, then get to our hotel as the traffic was terrible he abandoned his vehicle got on a moped taxi to make sure we got it before we left for the airport at 9AM. Amazing customer service!!
2. Eustace, our lovely guide, he was so nice and very patient as we had our 5 year old daughter who can be a bit difficult. Every morning he'd have a smile on his face waiting for a new day. He was knowledgeable about the animals and the places we were, very well spoken, and now very much loved by our daughter and our family he made our trip so very special. My little one was desperate to see lions, her favourite animal, and every time we stopped to talk to another guide he'd ask if anyone had seem some.. We were very lucky and saw a mating pair in Masai Mara- we were the only jeep around for a while totally amazing!!
3. Lodges- we stayed in 3 different lodges during our 5 day safari - all were beautiful, clean and had wonderful beds!
4. Journey- we drove to all our destinations and I now see why people fly in and out of the safari camps the roads are horrible but of course this isn't Wildebeest's fault… However if we hadn't driven we wouldn't have seen the great divide and have fond memories of Nairobi traffic, going off road on the highway because there was a huge hole in it, seeing camels, cattle, goats, and chickens as road blocks, and getting our Kenyan massage! ( riding on an unpaved very bumpy road for about 3 hours!)

I highly suggest using this outfit the customer service goes above and beyond. The pricing is so very competitive!! I don't know how they did it but one of the hotels we stayed in was roughly $600/night we stayed 2 nights our whole safari was only $2500 for 2 adults and 1 child…. We considered that a fantastic deal!! When we head back to Kenya, this is definitely who we'll be using!! Fab time!!

Fun trip and true adventure
5/5

First of all I'd like to thank Steve Sr. Manager of safari booking. He is really good experienced manager. He helped me to going through step by step booking my trip even he helped me to search for my domestic flights and hotels etc... He was really careful about if anyone vegetarian or any food allergies in our group. That was a huge plus for me before start our trip to Tanzania.
Once we arrived to Arusha they picked us up from the airport as promised to our hotel. Next morning driver picked us up from our hotel on time and we met our game driver James and our stomach doc.
James is very experienced driver and a guide. I cant even ask more than his unlimited good mood and smiley face friendship and did not take time how he blended into our group :-)
During Safari he gave us all the information about where we are and the animals that we have questioned. He played very well. Knows where to stop for good view that we can take pictures clearly.
We had all the safari experiences that we can in 4 days.
Our cook (stomach doc) had feed us very well with a lot of food... He was careful about vegetarian (me) and cook separately. In the morning our coffee and tea was ready at the table. Food always ready at the time he told us with least 3 courses meal and dessert.
Thank you Safari booking and Thank you James from bottom of my heart.

Incredible day safari in Moremi National Park thoughtfully organised by the lovely Lelobu Safaris.
5/5

After talking to the lovely, friendly people at Lelobu Safaris about what I was looking for in a day safari, I found that they went over and above to go beyond all of my expectations. I had the most incredible day in Moremi National Park spotting all if the African animals I had dreamt of seeing, with the added bonus of watching a lioness attempt a kill to feed her hungry cubs. My tour guide was very informative and experienced and all the timings were spot on. Lunch was delicious, and Lelobu Safaris made sure that there was something for everyone to eat, meeting my gluten free dietry requirements. This was amazing! Lelobu Safaris were super stars, I would 100% use them again.
