Don't trust him
Unfortunately my review cannot be positive... Faustin let us down before the end of our holiday... We had agreed a package safari to Ruaha and Mikumi but he was everything but professional. He was very superficial about the actual time needed to reach Ruaha and he didn't keep his promises about the agreements made. On the way back, we were supposed to visit Mikumi but he stopped answering the phone and we had to pay extra money because he had disappeared. Luckily our driver stayed with us until the end, though we decided to report everything to the police. After coming home, he wrote us promising to refund us the extra money we had to pay. But, up to now, he hasn't sent us any money.

Amazing Experience
Kilimanjaro Brothers Climbing & Adventure is a first class operation. Although I did not summit (due to unrelated medical issues-my friend did summit), the experience was amazing. George Mtaki, the owner was extremely responsive to all of my questions leading up to the trip and coordination of travel. Our guides Priskuss and Ibrahim were awesome and provided great knowledge and assistance throughout the trip. The cook, waiter, and porters all do an amazing job. It truly is a group effort. The food was better than many restaurants I have eaten in and the equipment was in great condition. Even the hotel pre and post trip was very nice. I intend to climb Kilimanjaro again in the future and you can bet the first and last call I make will be to George and his team.

Great Safari with wonderful Guide & Chef!
We booked the 4 nights/5 days Safari for Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Nationalparks.
The prior communication with the operator Loth went very well. He picked us up at the airport and took us to the hostel in Arusha where Brayson, the driver, picked us up the next morning to start the Safari. He was really nice, explained everything to us and answered all our questions. The Chef, Osman, was very nice as well and we really enjoyed his cooking. We had such a good time with the two of them and can only recommend it to everyone who wants to experience a Safari in Tanzania and wants to see the Big Five.

Unforgettable experience
We really enjoyed the safari and were looked after very well by our guide and chef. They were both very patient and explained everything we wanted to know about Tanzania to us. It was a great way of learning not only about Tanzanian wildlife, but also about the culture. We saw all the big give animals in just 5 days. It was amazing!

Adventurous and exciting days on the river , balanced with tranquil peaceful times.
Communication and service was excellent , Julius our head guide was superb, his river and animal knowledge made us feel safe at all times , despite some hair raising hippo encounters . In addition he was an entertaining and interesting host in the evenings. Kenneth the assistant guide was always helpful and friendly. Great team.
Catering was good.

Truly a wonderful family adventure with Trek2Kili
We are a family of 4 (parents and young adult children). This trip was truly one of the greatest times we have spent together. The crew from Trek2Kili was amazing and fun and treated us like part of their family. They were so considerate and so fun. The kids especially loved learning swahili phrases and hanging out with the crew during downtime at camp (of which there is a lot). It was certainly a challenge, especially the last push to the summit, but each of us felt it was worth the training and the expense. The food was really a highlight and I cannot compliment King (our cook ) enough. Our guides and crew watched over us and had fun with us at the same time. The crew seemed happy and well- equipped, which was really important to us. I tried to research ethical operators and I believe Trek2Kili operates in a manner that is safe for its crew and safe for its clients.

Best experience of my life
Climbing Kilimanjaro was the best thing I've ever done, and I couldn't have been able to do it without the help of trek2kili
The guides and porters were amazing and couldn't do enough for you, they were there to help with anything
The food was great, especially as it was cooked up the side of a mountian!!
Our group really bonded and made an impact on the guides, with them saying we were the best group they've trekked with
We became a family and I am forever grateful to Aboo, Amedeyus, Torez, Nelson, Nuru and Hussain
They worked very well together and got everyone but one up to the summit helping those who struggled
We saw the chefs and Amedeyus again on safari which was amazing and got treated to a feast of fish, beef stew, chicken and rice followed by an amazing fruit salad and was surprised with two bottles of Champers!
Can't explain how good this experience was and I will never forget it
Would definitely recommend trek2kili and especially the group of guides

We had a really very good trip with World Air Travel & Tours.
We had a really very good trip with World Air Travel & Tours.
The mail contact from the beginning was nice, correct and quick, on every question was a direct answer and the trip was made to our wishes.
The tour to Taranigre National Park, Lake Manyara, Serengety National Park and Ngororgoro was the best. We have seen so many wild animals. Our tour guide John, was perfect! A very good and save driver!! Has a lot of knowledge about the nature in the parks and the animals and their behaviour. John was also very good ad locating the animals who were difficult to see and find, and had a lot of patience while we were watching and making photos of them. He was a very good companion on our trip. The lodges ware very nice and good, fine rooms, good bed and good food. Also entertainment in the evenings was nice. We really had a very, very special week in the beautiful parks of Tanzania. We feel blessed that we got to see so many beautiful wild animals, it was an experience that will stay with us forever..
The week after the trip we were in Zanzibar. Again the flight and pick up was very good organised. And the hotel Ocean Paradise Beach Resort was beautiful, it was a perfect place to take some time to relax and rest. The pool and beach are wonderful and the sea water was (for us) warm. So we enjoyed this very much.
We want to thank everybody who helped make this an unforgettable time for us. Especially John our guide who was the perfect travel companion.

7-days Machame route Kilimanjaro
The trip was amazing, especially the team of porters, the cook and the guide made this trip memorable. There guidance to the top was excellent. Whit their smiles, food, songs and laughter we made it to the top! Once again special thanks to the guides Livingstone and Sanga!
The team of porters on the mountain makes the difference between other companies. With this team I can strongly recommend Jackpot safaris.
