Best place for large herds of Elephants in Africa. If you can stand tzetze flies you will love the place.

Review about Serengeti National Park by wildlifepictures.se
Best of the best. It´s a must. No other place on earth has more wildlife than Serengeti. Been there a lot of times and if there is one place I want to get back to before I die it´s Serengeti. But leave the place from May - November when the migration is too far north and weather can be really wet.

Review about Selous Game Reserve by wildlifepictures.se
Larger than anything. Wildlife is usually har to find and weather can be tricky, really hot and humid. But this place is for the turists who want to meet the real wild Africa. I´m really glad to have been there before it gets too crowded like the other parks.

Review about Mikumi National Park by wildlifepictures.se
Small park and not really my favorite spots. Wildlife can be scarce like birds. Beware of Tzetze flies

Review about Lake Manyara National Park by wildlifepictures.se
Small but one of my favorite parks in Tanzania. Wildlife and birds are abundant, however depending on the water-level on Lake Manyara.

Review about Arusha National Park by wildlifepictures.se
Not as open as Serengeti and Ngorongoro makes the park more hard spotting wildlife and wildlife is far from abundant. However scenery is excellent with mount Meru and Mt. Kilimandjaro in the background.

Best Wildlife Worldwide like Serengeti
Since 1978 I have been at least 10 times to Ngorongoro Crater because I love the place. Always traveling on our own. Weather can be tricky depending on which time of year, but remember Ngorongoro is on high elevation and mornings can be really cold. Lots of hotels but no budgets only more expensive ones today however campsites are available. Road is now fine from Arusha but inside the Crater it can be bad. Scenery is breathtaking from the rim.
Got upclose with the animals
The wildlife is exceptional, you can see the big five as well as numerous birding opportunities. The weather is just perfect for safari and accommodation is top notch.
