A really exotic experience in a country that deserves more recognition.
I was really pleased by my discover of the Swaziland. I love to walk across the Mlilwane wildlife sanctuary. It was a really implying day, during this visit i could see beautiful landscapes and admire wild animals living in half-liberty. It was so beautiful that i forgot the sense of the time.
We also visit some factories (candles, glassware,....) where you could buy nice creations. Original and satisfying for most of european travelers.
People in Swaziland are welcoming us very well and i recommend you to try to speak with them. They could learn you a lot about their country and their culture.

Adventure time
Firstly, Moonstroll is a booking agency, it subcontracts the actual safari operators. We had a wild week with our experienced guide and his friendly and efficient crew, saw a massive amount of animals up close. Maybe a bit too close: on included Chobe boat tour the boat operator said many tourists want to see animals react, eg. do mock attacks. In my opinion you're already too close if that happens - especially on purpose. But yeah we saw lots! A couple of incidents we could have done without and also we did not have satellite or vhf communications backup which caused needless anxiety but other than that a fun and definitely memorable trip. Food and camp equipment were good. Suggest discussing matters thoroughly beforehand so you know who and what you will be going into the bush with. Weather was great but very hot.

Amazing. But the boat trip mentioned in the trip itenerary is COMPLETELY WRONG! You have to pay!
Amazing country and a perfect budget travel in Africa to see wildlife.

Nature at its greatest
We would highly recommend Safarihub, everything was extremely well organised for our trip to Tanzania and Zanzibar. A first class holiday beyond our expectations, thank you.

Production in a Safari
We arranged our trip with BackofAfrica Adventure, in general all of the agreements were accomplished and the attention of Allan was impecable. We learn not every people of Kenya are as honest as he was with us with their work.
We do not have anything more to say than it was an extreme and amazing experience to get to know all the landscapes, animals and people from the Masai tribe. We had every support from the company to make a photography and film production on the parks.

Well organized
Highly recommended. Perfect organization, many private games and visit to the Kruger park. Plus we met many nice people along the way :)
Maybe safari is not the main motive for an Ethiopian trip.
Ethiopia is a country with millennia-old culture. A highlight are the 11 monolithic churches in Lalibela. At the same time, it is still one of the most original countries in Africa. But the roads are excellent, the hotel business is good and overall it is a country where you can feel comfortable. Those who travel along the Rift Valley can observe many birds, there are also smaller national parks with antelopes, ostriches, hippos and crocodiles. In the west of the country there are large national parks with all the impressive animals of East Africa. A hike to the Geladas in the Simien Mountains (Simien National Park) is highly recommended. The weather in November 2018 was mostly dry, but often cloudy due to the end of the rainy season. The temperatures are very pleasant, as Ethiopia is partly very high. The local food consists of flat bread (baked from the teff = dwarf millet) and various sauces, mostly made from legumes. Occasionally there is also pasta, lasagne, beef or mutton.

Another fascinating trip to Africa
We spent 3 nights at Savuti camp in Botswana. We had wonderful food, a great guide , Lucky, and saw a leopard within 5 minutes of arriving at Savuti Camp Airstrip.Kang, Kelly and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our front porch looked out over water and grassy fields where we could watch elephants graze. We even had two occasions where peaceful elephants grazed through the camp!
Banoka Bush Camp was my least favorite camp. Mama Bea was wonderful and welcoming but the cabins were less comfortable and our guide not as easy to work with. Our last camp was Marataba Safari Lodge in South Africa. The four hour car ride gave our grandsons a chance to see city and country roads with the ease of a professional driver. Marataba was everything you would want on a safari trip. Beautiful, expansive views and comfortable common spaces. Our tent, really a suite, was a cool refuge after being out looking for animals. We saw plenty of animals and our guide, Wikus, was so knowledgeable about animal behavior. The food was superior and the staff always accomodating. We would return to Marataba without question.
