Every place we stayed was perfectly fine for us. PATRICK our guide was amazing. He knew how to anticipate the animals so we got amazing photos. He is patient, kind, and amazing driver. My wife and I just finished a 7 day safari with Spirit of Kenya and we could not be happier with our experience with the company, our Personal Journey Designer, or our guide.
Our experience, from start to finish, was absolutely perfect and we cannot rave enough about everyone and everything involved.
From the moment we reached out to Spirit of Kenya with a general query about their safaris to the moment we arrived back home, everyone involved ensured that our time in Kenya was the most memorable experience of our lives.
Our Personal Journey Designer Victor was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful in helping us design the best safari based on our budget, the time of the year we'd be arriving, and what we specifically wanted to see and experience while in Kenya.
Our guide Kennedy was perhaps one of the most memorable parts of our experience. Incredibly kind, personable, funny, patient, knowledgeable, and experienced - Kennedy was able to ensure we checked off ALL of our boxes on our safari checklist and was a joy to accompany over the 7 days of the safari.
Everything from the chosen parks (Samburu, Aberdare, Lake Nakuru, and Masai Mara) to the various accommodations (lodges/tents) were incredible.
This was our first safari experience and we weren't certain about what operators to choose from but we decided on Spirit of Kenya due to their incredible reviews and, having returned home, we don't have any regrets. Should we ever return for another safari experience, we would only book with Spirit of Kenya once again.

5-star life experience with our guide Solomon
The 5 days safari with jocky tours was by far our best experience ever! 5 days full of adventure where we did Safari , game drives , boat ride , cycling and hiking.
Our guide Solomon made sure to make our experience unforgettable, he is a very knowledgeable and humble person , he answered all our questions and even explained a lot of details about the local life in Masai . He was very patient with us and made sure to take action when we requested something ( for example he bought a WiFi package and shared it with us ). We also appreciate the extra effort he made to make our experience even better : for the full masai mara day we were supposed to go back at 16h but our guide did extra hours to show us even more animals ( watching baby lions with the sunset will stick in my head for a while ).
First 2 days we were amazed by the beauty of Masai Mara Parc, we almost saw every possible animal there except the leopard, but we were lucky enough to witness some great things like group of lions hunting, a group of Cheetah eating fresh food , like baby lions ect .. 3rd day we visited the Masai village where we got close to the local people and learned about their life . 4th day we spend it in lake Nakuru where we saw tons of beautiful birds and we had a nice boat ride in lake Naivasha in the afternoon
5th day was a nice cycling experience in hells gate and we finished with a nice hiking experience
In total we did everything that was promised in the package ( we had to pay extra for some activities that were not included in the plan but it was definitely worth it )
I would definitely recommend this experience and you would be lucky if your guide is Solomon

Excellent service during a perfect safari - reliable company
We had a five days safari in Masaai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Park Amboseli and another four days in Tanzania, all booked together.
From the first minutes we felt that we were in good hands.
We received all the necessary information from our reliable contacts David and Susan.
They always replied quickly to our questions, organized everything for us, gave us good ideas and always asked for feedback of our satisfaction.
I strongly recommend them to everyone who search for a holiday without surprices!

Very professional and reliable, transparent communication, and respectful to the animals
We enjoyed a 8-day trip with Tanzania Roadside Expeditions and saw not only the Big 5 but a lot of other animals and the beautiful nature. Everything worked as described, incl. payment, hotel reservations and airport transfers. There were some changes regarding the hotels but we were actively informed before our trip started and the alternative hotels were even better than the initial ones. Really appreciated the transparency.
If James is your driver, you are lucky. He is very experienced and respectful to the animals.
If we go back to Tanzania, we will definitely book another tour with Tanzania Roadside Expeditions.

Perfect organization, competent, friendly and fast
Making a safari trip to Africa was our wish for a long time. When we started to realize it, we first contacted several agencies in Europe (where we live). In addition we checked the offers by agencies in Botswana. Based on feedback by other customers, we chose Savanna Safaris and Tours. Soon we discovered that they are much more knowledgeable and responsive compared to agencies in Europe.
Our contact was Emmelyn, who answered very competently and friendly our mails within hours. She helped us to organize a perfect trip in following lodges: Saguni Safari, Jumbo Junction, Camp Savuti, Cresta Resort and Insika Lodge. Each of them is in a different part of Botswana (with different animals and vegetation to observe). Insika is in Victoria Falls. All lodges offered very comfortable accommodation, perfect staff and guides, very good food. We took small planes to travel between lodges in order to avoid driving on bumpy roads.

8 day safari / big migration
Going to Serengeti to see the wildlife was my childhoods dream. We just came back from this, one of a lifetime, epic safari. Our guide Innocent was the best ever. He listened very well what we expected from this trip and then just made it all happen. He was able to find the big 5, the ugly 5 and the beautiful 5. But not only that, we had thrilling experiences, like lionesses attacking wildebeest, attacking rhinos, we had to save a cheetah with het babies from 3 lions and we saw the big migration, but not just once, multiple times, and one of those was a crossing from over 2 or 3000 wildebeest, soooo emotional !!! Innocent speaks English and French perfectly. He's the best ! 😍 Zuria put our itinerary together. She did a great job ! Everything was perfectly organised 👍
We came back with our eyes and hearts full ! We definitely recommend Safari Soles but even more our guide Innocent Richard Mushi
