Great Experience
5/5

We had a great experience climbing Kilimanjaro. The porters were great and the guides were top notch. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. They ensured that all of us in our group completed the hike to the top. We were the only group where the guides were singing songs to keep us motivated during the summit night. I would rate the overall experience as outstanding. Definitely worth it.

Climbing to the roof of Africa with the support of a dedicated company
5/5

Climbing Kilimanjaro was always going to be an exceptional experience, and it certainly lived up to that. The climb itself was challenging but incredibly rewarding - the support team were dedicated, friendly and professional, ensuring that I had everything I required to succeed.
I was recommended Migration and Kili Expedition through a Tanzanian friend, and was blown away by the level of support given by Amos (the director) outside of the actual climb - personally helping me with my onward travel arrangements and other logistical requirements. It really was like being with a close friend and I thank him for that. It made my overall experience in Moshi and the surrounding area something truly memorable.

Good job Richard and team
5/5

Based on the reviews @ Safari bookings, i decided to get in touch with Richard. He is extremely helpful and very quick to respond to my emails and very patient too since i had so many queries! We reached Arusha and his team completely took over till we were dropped off at the airport. We did Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro over 4 days. Special mention goes out to Stanley our extremely knowledgeable guide with eagle eyes. He patiently drove us across the parks, and showed us the big 5, amongst various other animals.

Thank you World Tours for the wonderful experience!

Great Safari
4/5

The operator was very responsive in arranging the 3-day package through very many emails.
The overall safari went smoothly including transfers and pick up and drop-offs.
One Tour guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and committed. Other was not so much.
Operator should accept US CC to avoid Paypal surcharge.

A Park Everyone Should Visit At Least Once In Their Lifetime
Overall rating
5/5

I visited Kruger National Park in September 2015. As this was a lifelong dream, I can honestly say I was not disappointed with my experience. I booked with Themba Lodge Tours (who were absolutely excellent) and they were more than accommodating. Their guides were very knowledgable and we were able to see 4 out of the big 5 safari animals.

I was disappointed that we did not get to see lions, but the abundance of other wildlife in which we saw most definitely made up for that. Some of the animals I remember seeing are: water buffalo, elephant, leopard, rhino, cheetah, baboon, zebra, giraffe, antelope, monkeys, many different bird species, plus more.

As for scenery, I took it for what it was: the African bush. A lot of flatlands as far as the eye can stretch. It was a bit baron as I expected a few more high up viewpoints for it being a National Park, but I guess I didn't know what to expect really.

All in all, I would highly recommend going to Kruger National Park at least once in a lifetime. An absolute destination.

A great place for wildlife lovers

Chobe National Park is an amazing place for wildlife and safari lovers.
The parc is really beautiful and the guides very competent. I did an early morning drive and saw lions, baboons, elephants, giraffes...
I also did the cruise on Chobe river and it will remain as one of the highlights of my stay in Botswana. Everyone is very quiet and respectful of the animals, you can observe crocodiles, hippos, herds of elephants and a large variety of birds.
I definitely recommend this place!

If you enjoy camping as we do, you'll love uMkhuze. We stayed at the Emshopi campsite The ablutions and campsites are well kept. The hides have been upgraded and are absolutely stunning. uMkhuze boasts the big 5 so there is plenty of game to view. The staff at reception were amazing as was the guide who took us on our game drive. For more information and images please see www.lecphotography.co.za.
Please note that there is currently a drought so there are water restrictions in place and taking your own bottled water is advised.

Botswana is a great safari destination because of the diversity of landscapes (desert, river, delta...), the abundant wildlife, the pristine areas but above all, because of the country's conservation efforts.
