Outstanding Customer Service
As a service provider, Africa Moja Tours is outstanding! Our tour guides were early, very accommodating, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and above all else enthusiastic. It’s easy to apply ratings when they are measurable, but our tour guides were so good, and it could easily be detected that they truly wanted to do a good job, that they were like family members – we took care of each other and had tons of fun. Given was nicknamed Superman because he had an uncanny ability to spot the animals. One instance Given spotted a male Ostrich in the distance and pointed in the general direction, so I pulled up my camera with a 300mm lens and could not find the Ostrich. So, I then pulled out my binoculars and found a small black “spot” running through the bush. His unaided sight was better than my high-powered optics. My wife and I had the time of our lives with this company.
We also booked a one-day tour of the Cradle of Humankind with Tumi and Solley. They were both so much fun to be around and made the trip well worth it. If it were possible to assign 10 stars, I would give this company that rating. My wife and I are forever grateful!

Amazing!
A wonderful 5 day safari with Suricata and a great group of people! Mandela, our guide, shared his extensive knowledge and appreciation of nature! He worked tirelessly to make sure we had the best time and saw all the animals including the big 5. Memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Mandela & Suricata!

Excellent from start to finish
While researching tour operators I found Serengeti Clarity to be the most responsive and accommodating to the places we wanted to see between Tanzania and Kenya. They set up a seamless itinerary coordinating with a partner in Kenya to make the border crossings and driver switch incredibly easy. In Tanzania we were lucky enough to have Abdul as our driver. Abdul’s 15 years of experience was evident immediately from the moment we met at the border. His expertise about the parks and animal patterns ensured we saw it all. Abdul was very thoughtful always having water, drinks, snacks available. The roads can be rough on the vehicles and Abdul very competently handled some of the roughest terrain. I have never seen anybody change a flat tire faster than Abdul. His thoughtfulness spread beyond his clients as he would stop and check on other vehicles that seemed in distress. We were very impressed with Abdul and Serengeti Clarity and highly recommend them.

Amazing trip and unforgettable experience
We did the 7-day safari and it was a great experience. We saw a lot of different animals, including all of the Big 5. Our driver Max was great! The contact person Faraja was also always available and helpful for the booking and throughout the trip. Absolutely recommendable!

From the online booking to the end of the safari, everything worked perfectly. Faraja made a lot of effort to give us an unforgettable safari. Highly recommend Carol to have a trip of a lifetime!
My husband and I had an amazing trip to Uganda, Rwanda and Zanzibar through Gorilla Link Tours and would highly recommend them and Richard our driver. Carol and I had a lot of email correspondence before the trip organizing the itinerary, the accommodation and suggested activities and every question that I had (and there were many) were promptly answered with great knowledge by Carol. She really does know Uganda and Rwanda well and we could not have asked for a better person to organise this trip.
From the time that we arrived and were met by Richard to the time that we had to leave every aspect of our trip was organised with care, professionalism and with our individual needs and wants in mind. Richard is a lovely man, very knowledgeable and a great driver and guide and we could not imagine anyone better to have on this incredible trip.
Uganda is an amazing destination, the primate trekking is one of the best experiences that we have ever had and Carol and Richard made the experience easy, pleasurable and without any stress.

The tour operator was great and very helpful
The tour was a great experience. We saw a lot of animals in their natural habitat. I would do it anytime again. I didnt expect to see so much different animals that near by the car. The tour operator was great, had a lot of information and always found the right spot to be close to the animals. I would recommend Full Package Adventures 100%
