Kenya with Kenya walking, great experience!
5/5

I visited Kenya in June first week with Kenya Walking and undoubtedly it was a great experience. Not only where are safaris amazing but the guides were extremely enthusiastic and helpful. I would also like to recommend Jacob who was our cook for the entire tour. I would go to the extent of saying that his food was far more delicious than our buffets in luxury hotels. Mr. Otieno was very helpful in suggesting us the best places to visit in our limited duration trip. Except a few organizational level issues(which i think is very common), there is nothing I can complain about. Overall it was an amazing experience! Cheers!

If someone asks me about the most reliable and the best tour operator to use, that would definately be Kenya Walking Survivors Safaris .we had used them foe two consecutive holidays and they were the best. They made our days in Africa memorable and enjoyable.

Excellent experience, everything was delivered as promised
5/5

Myself, husband and 2 adult sons did the a 4 day safari.Richard was very quick to reply to all emails. There was no problems with payment either. Everything that was promised was delivered.Definately worth the money . I would recommend boOking with Richard. He even arranged a birthday cake and wine for my sons 21st birthday. Thanks to Gady the cook for managing that. A memorable experience for him in the Sesengeti. Our guide Frank was very good, knowledgeable about all the animals and just knew where to go to give us the best experience. Frank was a very respectful man. He even came back to our hotel and took us to the airport. We took our own sleeping bags. Remember to take extra cloths particularly if staying at the Ngorogoro ridge as it gets foggy and cold at night. A head torch is a must for going to the toilet at night as no lights in the campsite in the Serengeti.

Remarkable experience, wish i could do it all over again
5/5

What can I say?The personal touch personified, from arrival at Kili International, where our names were prominently displayed on Safarihub banners,to an expert induction from the General Manager Karsten at our Arusha hotel, before being being sublimely picked up and driven off to our Safari in our new,custom-made jeep.We saw the Big 5 and more and enjoyed the luxury of our carefully selected Lodges. A truly unforgettable experience for me and my girlfriend.

Thank you
5/5

Just to say thank you so much for arranging such a wonderful holiday for us. We returned from Tanzania last week after a truly memorable trip.

All our arrangements were spot on and our safari with was excellent. In particular, our driver/guide Noru, was fantastic.

Can I particularly recommend the accommodation at the Bougainvillea Lodge. We thought we had been booked in the wrong place, it was so luxurious! I would definitely recommend this to any of your clients staying in the area.

Jo, your representative in Arusha, was lovely and very helpful.

I will certainly recommend you to anyone looking to plan a similar holiday..

Great service and experience
5/5

My guide Maurice was very good. He was very helpful from the booking to the actual safari. I left it quite late and only booked it one day in advance but he still managed to arrange it for me. The only negative comment is that the company charges me extra for paying in Kenyan Shillings rather than US dollars, which left me with no money to give Maurice as tips (luckily the accommodation was all inclusive so I didn't need money for food). All in all, Maurice was very helpful and made sure I had a good safari experience..he deserves any tips!

About: Safarihub
Fully hands off and enjoyed the ride
5/5

We used Safari Hub for a 7 day tour of the Northern Circuit. Having done 0 research, they fully defined our itinerary, including 2 nights in Tarangire which we ended up liking more than the more famous Serengeti, so very glad that we let ourselves be taken there.

David our guide seemed to always know where to go and when, so much so that we ended up seeing every major animal and more, including very unique and private hang outs with lions.

This being our honeymoon, our 2 nights in Serengeti were upgraded to a luxury tent, quite a unique experience, but even the "basic" assortment of Serena / Sopa lodges made for very comfortable and stunning settings.

Highly recommend

Fantastic!
5/5

Jackie was great, she answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. She is kind and she will do her best to make your adventure one to remember. I went on a 8 day tour, trekking for Gorilla's, game safari, trekked for Chimpanzee's. The treks were hard for me but the end result makes it all worth it! The accommodations we chose were budget but honestly they were amazing. The service was great, everyone made sure we had everthing we needed and more. Our guide Richard was the best! He went above and beyond for us. We told him we loved avacado, he stops along the road and gets a bag of them for us. He made sure I had the best adventure trekking for gorilla's. He made sure I had a porter and that the guide kept and eye out for me, and Sara did, I will never forget this adventure. Thanks Katona for making my first trip to Uganda an memorable one. I will defiantly be back.

Overall we had a great trip and I would especially like to thank our guide Edy who was with us for the proximity of the trip and at the end of it felt like part of the family. We saw the migration crossing the Grumeti which must be the highlight of the trip. The lodges were very nice and we enjoyed Sopa with their delightful evening choir band.
