Omi was a very knowledgeable and experienced tour guide.
From first contact months before the safari, to the day we met and started the safari, everything was communicated very clearly and everything was as discussed. Tom was very helpful with organising everything before hand and while we were there. We had a fantastic experience in Tanzania. The company took very good care of us and our driver Eric was very friendly and informative. We saw all the animals we wanted to see and the itinerary was perfect as it allowed us to see several different parks and animals and landscapes. I have travelled with my husband from India for one week, and I can say Serengeti Clarity is actually best option. Right from crafting my itinerary and hotel selection and each and every details were properly attended. The staff members are excellent in services specially our tour guide and safari driver Abdulaziz Stephen Mhando. He is really amazing and very helpful. Excellent driver and with lot’s of information about animals. Very very genuine and good hearted person to have as tour guide. All the accommodations options provided were very good and as per our budget with excellent food. The ballon ride was epic and the most amazing service we received. An Incredible Bucket List Experience!!
We spent 5 days travelling through Uganda with our amazing guide, Simpson. Our tour consisted of a safari through Queen Elizabeth National Park, a trip to the Equator, Chimp Tracking and Gorilla Trekking. From the very beginning of the process Peter was incredibly responsive and helped curate a trip that was in our budget, including everything we wanted to see. Even when we were having trouble acquiring our visa to get into Uganda, Peter stepped in and finished the process for us without hesitation.
All of the accommodations we stayed in were absolutely beautiful!! Although our first stay at Elephant Hab was changed last minute it was replaced with a fantastic stay at the Aardvark lodge. The food throughout the trip was absolutely delicious and the service throughout all of our stays was top notch.
Our guide Simpson really made our trip a 5 star experience. His incredibly kind and funny personality mixed with his knowledge about his home country was everything you could ask for in a guide. He is someone we will continue to keep in touch with and he quickly changed from just our guide into our friend. Just the best tour operator I could have asked for :)
Phine Safaris is ann anmazing tour operator. Everything was impeccably arranged, and we enjoyed every single day of the tour. They tailored a comprehensive tour that comprised of Mount Kenya hike, safari in Masai Maara and a coffee tour. We had limited time (only 8 days available for this trip) and they managed to fit all our destination requests in this short period.
The hike to Mount Kenya was a highlight for us, and the safari was simply unforgettable. In not even 2 full days we saw enormous amount of animals, including dozens of big cats. The coffee tour that Phine Safaris arranged for us was also fantastic. A special thanks to Perpetua, for always being there to support us if we had any question or concerns; her help made a big difference in ensuring we felt looked after throughout the trip.
It was the best value for money, the communication very efficient and definitely a very reliable company.
