Congo Discovery Safari with Barack was the best tour I’ve ever done!
5/5

Barack was a wonderful tour guide. He made sure to have everything taken care of for us. We felt very safe like we were with a close friend when we were with him. He even let us stay at his home for free. Such a sweet, accommodating family. The Volcano hike and gorilla trek are well worth the money and you will be so glad you did them! Barack will create a tour to fit any budget and travel style and ensure you have an amazing time!
Thank you Barack!

Awesome Once in A Lifetime Experience
5/5

My husband and I recently did a 7day camping and lodge safari with East African Safari and Touring Company. The experience of camping with the sounds of wildlife close by and waking up in a tent under an acacia tree in the Serengeti was an amazing experience. This trip was far too short but it did give us a taste of Tanzania and its wildlife we will definitely be returning in the future for another safari with friends and will again travel with Eastco, they were the best. Boundary Hill Lodge with is view had one of the nicest views from a hotel we have seen or stayed in, sitting on the veranda for evening drinks around the fire created a great atmosphere, with the night sounds in the distance and hearing the occasional roar of a lion.

The camp we stayed at in the Serengeti called pure Tanzania luxury was also great, the area for tents was very large and our cook was able to place us in a private space. The toilets and showers can be busy at times and we were glad we stayed in a lodge at Ngorongoro. The Toyota couldn't have done the job better well driven over really rough roads and room to move around in. I would really recommend this type of trip to anybody who wants adventure and a bit of comfort, camping and lodges provide excellent variety on safari you can really experience the African bush. Our cook and guide were wonderful and did everything to make this trip amazing, thanks to Eastco and the team we will surely be back.

Absolutely perfect
5/5

Barak is the home welcoming person i have ever met! Such an incredible host. He so happily welcomed us in his home for actually a pretty long period of time, without asking for a thing, and all while he and his family were so nice and friendly to us. Barak is without doubt the best in my opinion to meet in all of rwanda.
Thank you for hosting us brother!

Friendly, passionate and thoughtful staff, driver guide and chef
4/5

We have joined the 5 days tour to Lake Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater and Tanrangire in June 2018. The hotel arranged before the safari is up to standard with friendly staff. The driver guide is experienced when spotting wildlife and explaining the interaction behind them and the food prepared by the chef is generally quite good. It would be better if the chicken is not overcooked. Communication and arrangement with the office staff is clear and they are always helpful.

Very interesting city tour of Dar es Salaam
5/5

We are a swedish couple who 19/7 attended a day-tour of Dar es Salaam. Our guide Patrick is very knowledgable about all things Tanzanian. The tour let us experience the more "common" sights like the Fishmarket and Village-museum but also took us outside of the beaten path to other areas and neighborhoods around town . That gave us a rather unique cultural experience. It was obvious that our guide went to great lengths to make us experience a taste of the "real" Dar es Salaam.
On comparison with other companies this full-day-tour was delivered at a very good price and offered excellent value for money.
All in all we can recommend Nodven Tour with Patrick as a guide as a very entertaingi and enlightening way to spend a day in Dar es Salaam

We had been planning this trip for the best part of a year all little details were taken care of and properties and experiences were overall fantastic. A daily call from the office in Arusha made us feel very comfortable and secure and the birthday cake at Lemala was an awesome surprise. We shall to return and when we do we will book with you again.

Terrible Company !!! Cheaters !!! Left our group of 14 Tourists stranded in between the tour.
1/5

Complaint against Lians Travel Africa and the Operations Manager Lilian Maina.

We a group of 14 Indian Tourists including women and children from Dubai, United Arab Emirates had booked a tour package with Lilian's travel company and have been communicating with her from March, 2019 for this trip. We agreed for an all inclusive full board package for 5 Nights (12th Aug till 17th Aug 2019) excluding Flight tickets to visit Amboseli, Nakuru and Masai Mara. We paid a 25% advance before coming to Nairobi. As soon as we landed on 12th we could sense trouble as we were put up at a different hotel than agreed. Hence we only paid the rest of the amount leaving a small balance to be paid at the end of the trip.

However as the days passed, more trouble started and after the Amboseli and Nakuru hotel stay was over and when we reached Masai Mara, the company and Lilian could not be contacted anymore.

The Masai Mara hotel was just booked for one Night instead of two, this even after we agreeing on a contract with Lilian that was for the full travel stay of 5 Nights. After the first night stay at the hotel in Masai Mara is when we realised that we and our families and kids were left stranded without any money and accommodation. We had to arrange additional money with great difficulty and had to pay all our expenses for the last two days including the Masai Mara Hotel stay for two nights, Park entry and Masai Village fees ourselves.

The whole group feel cheated and we would like to officially log a complaint against Lilian Maina and her Travel company Lians Travel Africa.
