enjoy the process. Safe and satisfied
5/5

The determining factors for a trip to Tanzania are the hotels and the guides. The hotels booked by the local travel agency were all confirmed without any changes, except for the Heritage Camp, which was really terrible and deserves a complaint, but I was satisfied with the other hotels. The boss also helped to arrange bean bags in advance, saving the trouble of carrying them. I met a very good guide named Michael, whose presence made the African journey shine. He has high driving skills: ensuring the car doesn't overturn in the rain and doesn't get stuck in the mud. He drives steadily, fast when it should be fast, and slow when it should be slow.

Good interpersonal skills: he can find out where the animals are in the park in the first place through the radio or by calling friends or brothers on the road.
Rich knowledge of animals: he can accurately introduce each animal and its habits, the reasons for animal behavior, and more advanced, he can know the names of various birds.
Stable emotions: he doesn't get angry while driving, is patient in speech, and discusses strategies with tourists when encountering problems. He has rich experience (more than 8 years), loves the guide work, and speaks fluent English.
On a rainy day, when the car was stuck in the grass while watching a lion group, he became a commander, directing the vehicles to move, covering the lion's sight, providing private tools, and helping two cars to break through the lion's encirclement. He is tall, disciplined, and strong, running every day, especially good at taking care of people. The happiest time every day is not watching animals, but chatting with him, exchanging a lot of information about the local customs of each other's countries, understanding his personal emotional life, and finally getting more and more familiar, even measuring his MBTI. A trip, in fact, whether you can see animals or not is secondary, connecting with the local customs and culture is the most impressive. And Michael did it, giving us a very good impression of the country of Tanzania. I hope to see him again in the future.

Serengeti Smile provided us with an unforgettable experience on our safari adventure in Serengeti.

The organization and service provided by Serengeti Smile were impeccable. From planning to execution, everything went smoothly. The vehicle was comfortable and suitable for the terrain, and Champion ensured we were always safe and comfortable.

Our guide, Champion, was exceptional. His knowledge and passion for nature and wildlife were contagious. Champion took us to breathtaking locations, where we spotted a wide variety of animals, from lions and leopards to elephants and rhinos.

What we loved most was the personalized tour. Champion tailored the experience to our interests and preferences, taking us to off-the-beaten-path locations that other tours don't visit. His dedication and enthusiasm made our experience truly unique.

In short, if you're looking for an unforgettable safari experience in Serengeti, as me and my family were, we highly recommend Serengeti Smile and specially our guide Champion. You won't be disappointed!

An excellent Tour operator for Amboseli National Park
5/5

My customized two days one night Kipruto Safaris tour of Amboseli National park from Nairobi was a fantastic safari experience. My typical Amboseli safari tour with Kipruto Safaris included stunning views of Mount Kilimanjaro, a lot of elephants, giraffes, zebras, gazelles, wildebeest, and various bird species. Our tour guide Winston was excellent and ensured that we were able to capture all the vviews of Mount Kilimanjaro from different angles and locations from within and outside the park. He was attentive, communicated well and drove us safely around the park and back to Nairobi. It also included a visit to the Maasai village for a beautiful cultural experience. He was punctual when he picked us up from Nairobi, gave us a briefing before we departed and accomodated us with adequate bathroom breaks to include coffee and lunch breaks. We couldn’t have asked for a more better tour operator than Kipruto tours. Excellent service and dedication was their motto with us. I would definitely recommend Kipruto Safaris tour operator.

Amazing welcome to Tanzania
5/5

From the very beginning of ccommunication with Josh Dreamland Safari there was fast, clear and friendly communication with Angel. All transfers from the airport/hotel were easy and on time.

The guide who led our safari "King David" had excellent english, a great sense of humour and was exceptionally knowledgable about the native flora, fauna and general local customs and culture. Our chef was fantastic, providing delicious food, taking care of cleaning and great conversation.

The accomodation that I selected was camping 2 nights and hotel 1 night. All of the accomodation was clean, compfortable and safe. I can reccomend that you bring toilet paper and ear plugs for sleeping- although you may not always need them, they are great to have with you.

In terms of the safari and animals, this was my first safari experience and I am so glad that I chose Josh Dreamland Safari. Our guide got us very close to the animals, so that we were able to get excellent pictures - even with my average smartphone camera. We saw an incredible variety of animals, more than I expected and it was a life changing experience.

We also had the opportunity to visit a Massai village and speak with the local people about their life and culture. They were very welcoming, friendly and their singing and dancing was a privillage to see. Like many parts of Tanzania they have markets for local art for sale.

The group of women who I met in my safari group were incredible, friendly and really enriched my solo travel. For my ladt day I was provided a private driver to Materuna waterfalls, lunch and coffee experience. The transport was safe, compfortable and my guide was very friendly and knowledgable. The food was excellent and it was a highlight of my tour.

I had my birthday whilst on safari and the beautiful Angel was so kind and generous organizing a gift for me - she went above and beyond in all areas.

I highly reccomend booking a safari with this company, with much love from Australia.

Jocky Tours is a top notch professional company giving wonderful photo tours of Kenya
5/5

Steve Mwaura made our Safari wonderful. First , he is always on time for every meeting, never late. He is naturally happy, with a smile and positive attitude. He plans the day for the best; we missed our first day due to flights; so Steve worked around this to assure we still saw all. Some days were twelve hours, so much he wanted to assure we had a great Safari. Steve is a hunter of animals for photos; he tracked the animals so we had the best experiences. All the guides speak on CB radio and share when an animal is spotted; often Steve spotted them first! He is an excellent driver; taking the best way, and this is not easy with the holes in the road, slowing so we are shaken less, then going faster to save time as the road gets better. He knows his vehicle well and is respectful of it and us, his passengers. He is very flexible, whenever we wanted to do something different than the plan, he was ready with a new plan! He knows and is friends with everyone, using his relationships to his clients’ advantage, always a better place to visit, or better treatment by the people we met. There was a demonstration along one road by farmers, roads were blocked for three hours; Steve took initiative to get us out as soon as possible; all the while keeping calm with a good attitude; I would have lost my temper! Steve made our Safari great. He is a credit to Joky Safari and when we return we will insist he is again our guide.

The operator is highly experienced.
5/5

I had the pleasure of booking a tour with Jambolux Africa Safaris during my visit to Kenya in October 2023, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I made my first inquiry to the final farewell, the entire process was seamless and professional.

The team went above and beyond to ensure that every detail of my trip was tailored to my preferences. Our guide was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing Kenya’s rich culture, wildlife, and history. The safari tours, in particular, were an absolute highlight—getting up close to the breathtaking landscapes and diverse wildlife of Kenya was an experience I'll cherish forever.

The accommodations were top-notch, offering both comfort and local charm, and I always felt well taken care of. The logistics were expertly managed, making sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish, including airport transfers and guided tours.

What impressed me the most was how Steve took the time to listen to my preferences and customized the itinerary to ensure I saw the very best of Kenya. Whether it was exploring the Maasai Mara, visiting local villages, or enjoying scenic drives through beautiful national parks, every day brought something new and exciting.

If you're looking for a tour operator that provides a blend of adventure, comfort, and authentic Kenyan experiences, I highly recommend Jambolux African Safaris. They made my trip unforgettable, and I’m already looking forward to my next adventure with them!

A lifetime experience - Kilimanjaro and Safari
5/5

I would like to recomand Afrishare to everyone who’s plannig Kilimanjaro trek or safari tour in Tanzania. With my wife we had really great time with this company.
First we went to Kilimanjaro for 6 days by Marangu route with guides Kijaji and Habibu. These guides (and also whole crew) were really really nice, professional and friendly. With them we felt like with our family, they were very helpful, got us every single information what we needed, they was everywhere in time, stay with us and support us when we were tired. Thanks to Kijaji and Habibu we reached the summit succesfully. Also during the road they showed us different interesting things like flowers, animals, talked about local life. And with very good english! Thanks guys, it was a lifetime experience with you!

After great time in Kilimajaro we continued with Afrishare to safari. We had 4 days itinerar - Tanrangire, 2 days Serengeti and Ngorongoro. Our friendly guide Moses had really excellent driving skills and got us to the right place safely and in time. He had special talent to found animals and got us to them really really close. Also he mentioned interesting informations about the animals, national parks and local life and all with very good english. Moses always asked us if everything is allright and I could say that it was! If we want to stop somewhere to make more photos or videos it was no problem.
The accomodation during the whole trip were really nice, the luxury camp in the middle of nowhere where a lion goes around and wildebeests miggrate throw is something you definetely must have in your wishlist.

CEO of Afrishare Ibrahim was also very friendly and nice and he arrange all itinerar according to our wishes and communication with him was very smooth, he responds all our messages immediately.
Thanks to Afrishare our dreams came true!
