Great attention to details
5/5

We loved our whole customer experience from itinerary design, to the awesome welcome pack we received at home which put as all excited about this trip. The safari itself was flawless and I can only say great things about this company and also about Tanzania which is the most beautiful country I've ever been to.

Truly a trip of a lifetime: our road trip was extremely well researched and imaginatively planned
5/5

Our experience with Extraordinary Africa was exemplary from start to finish. Friendly, highly efficient planning correspondence with a personal touch made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. EA's deep knowledge of the region meant we had an itinerary to die for, but, almost more importantly on a road trip, a realistic one - a self-drive safari where the driving would delight us each day rather than tiring us out. We stayed in a perfect mix of magical places, from desert camp sites to high-end hotels. Once in-country, we felt support was there if we needed it, but never intrusively so. I wouldn't hesitate in booking with Extraordinary Africa again after the terrific experience we had.

Great experience!
4/5

In august we had a good time on safari with Best Day Safaris. We booked online last May with Peter and we were able to customize a private safari for 2 person: we spent 5 days on Safari, and we visited 3 parks Tangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater at the price and accommodation level we were looking for. We had a special guide that speaks italian, we had great time with him. Peter gave us valuable advice before starting the journery. The safari itself was amazing and our driver was an excellent wildlife spotter. We recommend them to anyone looking for a quality safari experience in Tanzania.

Great safari - Tarangire+Serengeti+Ngorogoro
5/5

As there seem to be millions of safari operators around Arusha I studied some trip advisor reviews and then chose Northern Circuit Adventure, for a 5 day / 4 night safari in Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorogoro, who happened to have a group I could join (Sept 4th-8th 2015). It was a great trip, Mike the owner took care of us in Arusha, our driver/guide Elias was very competent and nice, our old Landcruiser worked (didn´t on my last safari in Masai Mara), the food really good (thanks Sweetbart!) - so basically everything worked perfectly. Only room for improvement - warmer sleeping bags for the 1 cold night on the Ngorogoro crater rim (2300 meter above see level).

These guys know what they are doing

I was in Uganda for business. My job there depended on Encounter Africa Safaris being on point, on time, and on location when needed. Tolbert was all of these things and more. In addition to making sure our time there was smooth and as productive as possible, Tolbert also provided tons of useful information about people and places that we otherwise would not have known. I can not recommend them more for either safari or for news transportation services.

Incredible!
5/5

It was any experience of a lifetime. Even though we did not see any big cats, it did not take away that much from the experience.

I can't say enough about the entire staff being superb. Everyone was so accommodating. Being greeted by Denzel, who never forgot a name or what drink was preferred, was special. Being greeted by friendly faces by ALL staff members added to the wonderful experience.

Also our guide, Albert, needs to be given most of the credit. This man is incredible. His fund of knowledge on any subject is remarkable.

If there was any problem at all, it was the chef. All of the food was so succulent, my pants were getting tight. Wow! That man can cook.

Satisfaction gaurenteed.

It was the second time i have used Real Africa safaris, and the second time i have received excellent service. On this occasion i was flying to Nanyuki Am direct from the airport, so things had to be co-ordinated to be sure i got my connection/flight. All went well and I arrived in good time. Equally my return flight was co-ordinated well as the flight came in early. All my travel arrangement went smoothly, and I had a fabulous time. Thank you Real Africa Safari.

A Guide is more than a guide
5/5

My family of 6 people (including one 10 year old) recently returned from a safari in Tanzania organized by Msangi of Bright African Safaris. The trip was spectacular in every way, not the least of which was our guide throughout the twelve days, Athuman Abuu. I am writing this review to focus on the relationship between Athuman and our family. In essence Athuman became one of our family in that we spent all day together sharing incredible experiences. From what I have read and heard from other safari goers, this is not unusual at all. What was different was that we invited Athuman to join us for meals (we paid a nominal fee to the camp for his dinner). We never thought not to offer this when on the first night we discovered that he was to eat elsewhere. I can truly say that having out guide join us for meals enhanced the friendly, intimate time spent together in this very special experience. I highly recommend to other safari goers to extend this gesture to your guide.
