In September, my family and I spent 15 days in Madagascar with Soul of Madagascar, including the East Andasibe, Palmarium, Tamatave and Ivoloina circuit. Everything went smoothly. The road in Madagascar is not like in Europe, but it is a common problem for everyone. We had a great time and admired all the scenery. In a country like Madagascar, it is essential to have patience and adapt. I am completely happy with the organization. I said YES thank you to the entire Soul of Madagascar Tours team. Perfect program and organization
Better is difficult to hope, we visited 3 National Park, Lower Zambesi, Kafue and South Luangwa, the best of Zambia, spending 3 nights each, 2 full days each of amazing morning, afternoon and night game and boat drives, with very special guides and comfortable jeep and boat.

Best safari guide everBest safari guide ever
Our safari with Gilbert was amazing. We planned this trip for a long time and everyone at Easy travel was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful . Our hotels were all wonderful, the itinerary was carefully planned, but what made it all magical was our guide, Gilbert. Gilbert was absolutely wonderful, and gave us the trip of a lifetime. We saw so many animals - maybe 100 lions, so many elephants, zebras, giraffes, hippos, crocodiles , wildebeest, hyenas, cheetah, leopards, baboons, warthogs, mongoose, ostrich, even rhinos. Along the way we had so many fun adventures and Gilbert made it all possible. He was always in the perfect spot to capture a perfect picture, paced each day and the trip perfectly so there was balance between rest and excitement. We were with him for 11 days and he made every day special and fun. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a safari, we are already planning our next trip and without a doubt we would book it with Easy travel and Gilbert. The most caring and accommodating person I have ever met

Trustworthy well organized tour operator
This four-day safari was a unique experience for us. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. We were picked up on time at our hotel in Zanzibar. All flights were booked and our German-speaking guide Elias and his driver were already waiting for us in the Serengeti. Elias explained everything to us well and we learned and saw so many interesting things. Individual requests were always taken into account.
Every lunchtime we received freshly cooked, very tasty meals at a lovingly set table, so no simple lunch boxes.
We can recommend this safari and therefore also the organizer in all respects.

Everything is Great
Everything is great. The guide Dieal’s service is really excellent. We saw a lot of animals during Safari. However, we lost 200 dollars in Ngorongoro Tortilis Camp. People who want to come here should take care of your wallet and anything important.

Great experience
We could see many animals including all of big 5. Driver was kind and well experienced. Foods were also nice. Asante.

Great operation with the will to go drive an extra mile for a great experience
With the wide range of companies, we picked five, which suited our needs best. After comparing, we decided to go with FIF Tours, which had a good value for money offer and great communication before and during the tour.
Our guide Hilary was great (really good english). We had long days but he was always there for information and was eager to show us as many spots and animals as possible.
The accommodation chosen in Serengeti (tented lodge) was awesome. Eileens Treehouse near Ngorogoro was also great, even though its a little bit far to drive (its next to the crater, some lodges are on top of the crater, but probably more costly).
All in all we can definately recommend FIF Tours for your Safari.

Great Experience all around
Our tour guide Kelvin was amazing and so friendly, he communicated in advanced over WhatsApp which made it very easier and he was able to help with every aspect of booking and payment. He picked us up promptly and we were very well catered for with water and breaks while driving, very polite and knowledgeable. We were also joined by an aspiring female guide which was great to have an extra person, she was very nice and professional as well.
Kelvin was extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we saw everything and had a great time :) the camp we stayed at was very nice, however we were only there for 1 night.
We did have some minor car troubles (not anyone's fault) when trying to leave Amboseli which Kelvin managed promptly and professionally and his priority was making sure he could get us back safely.
We booked short notice, 3 weeks in advance so it was always going to be more costly (I assume) but still - great value for money and very much worth it.
Would highly recommend!
